The Central Govt. hereby approves the New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Regulations, 2013 made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of New Mangalore further to amend the New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Classification, Control and Appeal) Regulations, 1980 and are set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.
