In partial modification of Notification dated 16-09-2013 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (8) of Section 3 and Section 4 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 (15 of 1908), the Central Government hereby declares that the Dugarajapatnam Port shall be a Major Port and that the extent of the limits of the said Port shall be as follows
