काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 112 112 112 112 ((((अ अ अ अ ).).).).———— तत्कालीन परिवहन एवं संचार मंत्रालय (परिवहन विभाग ) के सांिविधक आदेश सं. का.आ. 3144 दि. 17 दिसंबर, 1960 में भारत सरकार के आदेश के साथ पठित वाणिज्य पोत परिवहन अिधिनयम, 1958 (1958 का 44) की धारा 391 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते +ए तथा इस विषयांतर्गत पहले वाली सभी अधिसूचनाओं के अधि2मण में नौवहन महानिदेशक एतद्द्वारा निदेश देते हैं कि ध्वंसावशेष के प्रापक के रूप में इस अधिनियम के अंतर्गत उन्हें प्रत्यायोजित शक्ति या प्राधिकार तथा उनके लिये विहित कर्त9य का प्रयोग एवं निर्वहन नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के पहले स्तम्भ में विनि<दष्ट प्राधिकारियों एवं अधिकारियों द्वारा भी किया जाएगा जो कि स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर होगा िजसे इसके दूसरे स्तम्भ में उसके सामने प्रविष्टियाँ कर विनि<दष्ट किया गया है ।

S. O. 112 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 391 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958) read with the order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Transport and Communications (Department of Transport) No. S.O. 3144 dated 17th December, 1960, and in supercession of all the previous notifications on the subject, the Director General of Shipping hereby directs that the power or authority delegated to and the duty imposed upon him under the Act as Receiver of Wreck shall also be exercised or discharged by the Officers and authorities specified in the first column of the Schedule below within the local limits specified in the corresponding entries in the second column thereof.
