The Director General of Shipping hereby directs that the power or authority delegated to and the duty imposed upon him under the Act as Receiver of Wreck shall also be exercised or discharged by the Officers and authorities specified in the first column of the Schedule below within the local limits specified in the corresponding entries in the second column thereof.
