The President hereby directs that the functions of the appropriate Govt. under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (14 of 2013), shall be discharged, in relation to the Union Territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli, by the Administrator of respective Union Territory.
