सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन.... 919919919919 ((((अअअअ).).).).—राष्ट्रपित, संविधान के अनु(cid:24)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते %ए तथा (i) राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ तिक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 1977, जहां तक उनका संबंध पुस्तकालय सहायक और स्टोर प्रभारी के पद से है ; (ii) राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ तिक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला (साधारण के न्3ीय सेवा समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम, 1977, जहां तक उनका संबंध वरिष्ठ वै8ानिक सहायक के पद से है ; (iii) राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ तिक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला (वरिष्ठ वै8ानिक सहायक) समूह 'ख' भर्ती नियम, 1981, जहां तक उनका संबंध वरिष्ठ वै8ानिक सहायक (सू:म जीव वि8ानी अनुसंधान) और वरिष्ठ वै8ानिक सहायक (संस्मारक एवं भित्ति चित्र); और (iv) राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ ितक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला, लखनऊ (वरिष्ठ वै8ानिक सहायक [भू-गर्भ वि8ान]) और वरिष्ठ वै8ानिक सहायक (भौतिक वि8ान) भर्ती नियम, 1993, के अधि@मण में, उन बातों के सिवाय अधि@ांत करते %ए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधि@मण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, संस्कृ ति मंत्रालय के अधीन एक अधीनस्थ कार्यालय, राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ तिक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला में समूह 'ख' पदों की भर्ती की पEति का विनियमन करने के लिए एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—
1111.... संक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ नाम और प्रारंभ नाम और प्रारंभ नाम और प्रारंभ ————(क) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम संस्कृ ति मंत्रालय, राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ तिक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला, समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती नियम, 2014 है।
(ख) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. लागू होनालागू होनालागू होनालागू होना————नियम इन नियमों के साथ उपाबE अनुसूची के स्तंभ (1) में विनिLदष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे।

4444. भर्ती की प(cid:30)तिभर्ती की प(cid:30)तिभर्ती की प(cid:30)तिभर्ती की प(cid:30)ति, , , , आयुआयुआयुआयु----सीमा और अर्हता आदिसीमा और अर्हता आदिसीमा और अर्हता आदिसीमा और अर्हता आदि————उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पEति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और इससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो इन नियमों से उपाबE उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से (13) में विनिLदष्ट हैं।
5555.... निरर्हता निरर्हता निरर्हता निरर्हता : : : : वह Rक्ति ————
(क) जिसने ऐसे Rक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीिवत है या ;
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते %ए किसी Rक्ति से विवाह किया है ;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहS होगा :
परन्तु, यदि के न्3ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे Rक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु8ेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Rक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
6666. . . . शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति————जहां के न्3ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबE करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Rक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
7777. . . . )ावृत्ति)ावृत्ति)ावृत्ति)ावृत्ति————इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहS डालेगी, जिनका के न्3ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वगW, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के Rक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 919(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the (i) National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1977 in so far as it relates to the posts of Library Assistant and Store-in-Charge; (ii) National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property (General Central Service Group 'B' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1977 in so far as it relates to the post of Senior Scientific Assistant; (iii) National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property (Senior Scientific Assistant) Group 'B' Recruitment Rules, 1981 in so far as it relates to the posts of Senior Scientific Assistant (Microbiological Research) and Senior Scientific Assistant (Monuments and Wall Paintings); and (iv) National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Lucknow (Senior Scientific Assistant (Geology) and Senior Scientific Assistant (Physics) Recruitment Rules, 1993, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group 'B' posts in the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, a subordinate office under Ministry of Culture, namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, National Research
Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Group 'B' Posts Recruitment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.–These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules
3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.– The number of posts, their classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification etc.–The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
10 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 5. Disqualification.– No person, –(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.–Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.–Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(Period of deputation/absorption including the period of deputation /absorption in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications).
