The Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby disposes of the proposal received from Ms. Adani Kandla Bulk Terminal Private Limited for notification of Scale of Rates for Dry Bulk Terminal developed off Tekra near Tuna outside Kandla creek on BOT basis under PPP model with Kandla Port Trust as in the Order appended hereto.
