सा.का.िन. 9सा.का.िन. 9सा.का.िन. 9सा.का.िन. 957575757(अ).(अ).(अ).(अ).———— के न्(cid:4)ीय सरकार, बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं को शोध्य ऋण वसूली अिधिनयम, 1993 (1993 का 51) की धारा 36 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते .ए, ऋण वसूली अपीलीय अिधकरण, दिल्ली में कोर्ट मास्टर के पद पर भर्ती की प9ति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अर्थात्:—

(2) ये िनयम राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. आरंिभक गठन.2. आरंिभक गठन.2. आरंिभक गठन.2. आरंिभक गठन.–––– ऐसे Iक्ति जो ऋण वसूली अपीलीय अधिकरण, दिल्ली में नियमित आधार पर कोर्ट मास्टर का पद धारण किए .ए हैं, इन नियमों के प्रारंभ पर यदि ऐसे Iक्ति इन नियमों के प्रारंभ की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर ऐसे पद का चयन करते हैं, इन नियमों के अधीन उसी रूप में नियुक्त किया गया समझा जाएगा। इन नियमों के प्रारंभ से पहले कोर्ट मास्टर के पद में उनके द्वारा की गई नियमित सेवा को परिवीक्षा की अवधि, पुष्टि और अगली उTतर Uेणी में प्रोन्नति के प्रयोजन के लिए गणना में िलया जाएगा।

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी प\ी के जीवित रहते .ए किसी Iक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की हैः
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नह^ होगाः
परन्तु यदि के न्(cid:4)ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे Iक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु_ेय हो और ऐसा करने के अन्य आधार हैं, तो किसी Iक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.–––– जहां जहां जहां जहां के न्(cid:4)ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण है उन्हें लेखब9 करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Iक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
7. 6ावृत्ति.7. 6ावृत्ति.7. 6ावृत्ति.7. 6ावृत्ति.–––– इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नह^ डालेगी जिनका के न्(cid:4)ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों, निशक्तजनों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के Iक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th December, 2015
G.S.R. 957(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Court Master in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi (Court Master) Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Initial Constitution.- The persons holding the post of Court Master in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi, on regular basis shall be on the commencement of these rules, deemed to have been appointed as such under these rules, if such persons opt for such posts within thirty days of commencement of these rules. The regular service rendered by them in the post of Court Master before the commencement of these rules shall be counted for the purpose of probation period, confirmation and promotion to next higher grade.
3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.- The number of post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters related thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualifications.- No person –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person;
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concession required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen, persons with disabilities and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 958(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Court Master in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai , namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai (Court Master) Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Initial Constitution.- The persons holding the post of Court Master in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, on regular basis shall be on the commencement of these rules, deemed to have been appointed as such under these rules, if such persons opt for such posts within thirty days of commencement of these rules. The regular service rendered by them in the post of Court Master before the commencement of these rules shall be counted for the purpose of probation period, confirmation and promotion to next higher grade.
3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.- The number of post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualifications.- No person –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person;
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concession required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen, persons with disabilities and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

परन्तु यदि के न्(cid:16)ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे Iक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु^ेय हो और ऐसा करने के अन्य आधार हैं, तो किसी Iक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

परन्तु यदि के न्(cid:4)ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे Iक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु]ेय हो और ऐसा करने के अन्य आधार हैं, तो किसी Iक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

G.S.R. 960(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Court Master in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad (Court Master) Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Initial Constitution.—The persons holding the post of Court Master in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad, on regular basis shall be on the commencement of these rules, deemed to have been appointed as such under these rules, if such persons opt for such posts within thirty days of commencement of these rules. The regular service rendered by them in the post of Court Master before the commencement of these rules shall be counted for the purpose of probation period, confirmation and promotion to next higher grade.
3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.—The number of post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualifications.- No person –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person;
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concession required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen, persons with disabilities and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th December, 2015
G.S.R. 96(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Court Master in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai , namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (Court Master) Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Initial Constitution.- The persons holding the post of Court Master in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai, on regular basis shall be on the commencement of these rules, deemed to have been appointed as such under these rules, if such persons opt for such posts within thirty days of commencement of these rules. The regular service rendered by them in the post of Court Master before the commencement of these rules shall be counted for the purpose of probation period, confirmation and promotion to next higher grade.
3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.- The number of post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters related thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Disqualifications.- No person –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person;
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concession required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen, persons with disabilities and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
