(cid:17)म (विनियमन और उत्सादन) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 31 के तहत छू ट प्राप्त करने या न करने की
उपयुक्त सिफारिश करने के संबंध में उक्त स्थापना द्वारा अधिसूचना को अनुसूची में नि9दष्ट कार्य में
अनुबंध (cid:17)म के कु छ नियोजन को मंजूरी दी जानी चाहिए या नहg। "
4. समिति का मुख्यालय भुवनेLर में होगा। समिति को अपनी रिपोर्ट तीन माह के अन्दर प्रस्तुत करनी

New Delhi, the 31st December, 2019
No. S-16012/01/2018-LW.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to consider grant of exemption to Odisha Coal and Power Limited for Mohanpur Coal Mine Project, Sundargarh Distt. Odisha under section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition, Act,1970 against Notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 in respect of certain employment of Contract Labour in the works specified in the schedule to the said Notification:-
2. The composition of the Committee and its term of reference will be as under:-

3. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee shall be as follows:-
"To study whether there is justification for grant of exemption to Odisha Coal and Power Limited for Mohanpur Coal Mine Project, Sundargarh Distt. Odisha and to make suitable recommendation whether or not exemption under section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, from the applicability of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, number S.O. 2063, dated 21.06.1988, in respect of employment of contract labour in the work specified in the schedule to the notification, be granted to the said establishment."
4. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Bhubaneswar. The Committee should submit its report within three months.
