(c) drying the medicated strip to evaporate the solvent;

(d) bonding the medicated strip on to the inner surface of a backing layer provided with breathing perforations and coated with an adhesive.

(e) providing a non-stick cover over the medicated strip and sticking it on to the inner surface of the backing layer; and

(0 providing peel-off strips over the non-stick cover and sticking them to the inner surface qj,th£ backing layer.
