का.नि.आ. 62.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और समय - समय पर यथा संशोधित नौसेना समूह " ग " ( शैक्षणिक कर्मचारिवृंद ) भर्ती नियम, 1979 को जहां तक उनका संबंध पोत प्रतिरूपण शिक्षक, तैराकी शिक्षक, सिविलियन शिक्षा अनुदेशक, बिगुल शिक्षक और मुक्केबाजी शिक्षक के पदों से है , अंधिक्रांत करते हुए, नौसेना में कतिपय समूह ' ग ' ( शैक्षणिक कर्मचारिवृंद ) पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्: -

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम नौ सेना समूह ' ग ' ( शैक्षणिक कर्मचारिवृंद ) भर्ती नियम , 2003 है । (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान. उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतनमान वह होगा , जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ 2 से स्तंभ 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ 5 से स्तंभ 14 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति ,-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है, या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्त्रीय विधि के. अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

[PART II-SEC . 4] 5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति . जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबन्ध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृत्ति.-इन नियमों की कोई बात , ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

6. सीधे भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए

आयु-सीमा

(सरकारी सेवकों के लिएकेन्द्रीय साकार द्वारा जारी किए गए अनुदेशों या आदेशों के अनुसार साधारण अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में 35 वर्ष तक और अनुसूचित जातियों/अनुसूचित जनजातियों तथा अन्य विशेष प्रवर्गों के अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में 40 वर्ष तक शिथिल की जास सकती है ) ।

टिप्पण 1 :- अनुसूची के स्तंभ 6 में विहित आयु- सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी । ( न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम , मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा , सिक्किम, जम्मू- कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंदमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है । )

1 टिप्पण 2 : रोजगार कार्यालयों के माध्यम से की जाने वाली भर्ती की दशा में, आयुसीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख वह अंतिम तारीख होगी जिस पर रोजगार कार्यालयों से नाम भेजने के लिए कहा गया है ।

7. सेवा में जोड़े गए वर्षों का फायदा केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा ( पेंशन ) नियम , 1972 के नियम 30 के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है या नहीं

8. सीधे भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए अपेक्षित शैक्षिक और अन्य अहर्ताएं

: आवश्यक: किसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड संस्था से मैट्रिकुलेशन या समतुल्य और क्षेत्र में 8 वर्ष कीअनुभव

वांछनीय: किसी मान्यताप्राप्त पोत प्रतिरूपण फार्म में और किसी मोल्ड लोफ्ट तथा आरेखन कार्यालय में शिक्षुता ।

9. सीधे भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए विहित आयु और शैक्षिक अहर्ताएं प्रोन्नत व्यक्तियों की दशा में लागू होंगी या नहीं [ भाग II- खण्ड 4 ]

10. परिवीक्षा की अवधि, यदि कोई हो

सीधे भर्ती किए जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के लिए दो वर्ष और आमेलित/प्रोन्नत व्यक्तियों के लिए कोई परिवीक्षा अवधि नहीं ।

11. भर्ती की पद्धति: भर्ती सीधे होगी या प्रोन्नति द्वारा प्रोन्नति द्वारा जिसके न हो सकने पर आमेलन द्वारा और दोनों के न हो सकने पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा ।

या प्रतिनियुक्ति/आमेलन द्वारा तथा विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरे जाने वाले पदों की प्रतिशतता

: प्रोन्नति:

12. प्रोन्नति/प्रतिनियुक्ति/आमेलन द्वारा भर्ती की दशा में वे श्रेणियां जिनसे प्रोन्नति/प्रतिनियुक्ति/आमेलन किया जाएगा

किसी व्यवसाय परीक्षा को उत्तीर्ण करने के अधीन रहते हुए पोत कार ( काष्ठ ) का चार्जमेन जिसने उस श्रेणी में 5 वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है ।

आमेलन: रक्षा सेवाओं की निम्नतर विरचनाओं में ऐसा व्यक्ति जो सदृश या समतुझ्य अथवा उच्चतर पद धारण किए हुए है और जिसके पास स्तंभ 8 में विहित अर्हताएं हैं ।

टिप्पण: जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में, जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो वहां उनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परन्तु यह तब जब कि उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक/ पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित, जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो ।

13. यदि विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति है, तो उसकी संरचना : समूह ' ग ' विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति में निम्नलिखित होंगे :

1. संबंधित कमान/नौसेना मुख्यालयों के कमांडर या समतुल्य रैंक अथवा ऊपर के रैंक कासिविलियन आफिसर- अध्यक्ष

1. संबंधित कमानों/नौसेना मुख्यालयों के लेफ्टिनेंट कमांडर लेफ्टिनेंट'या समतुल्य के दो अधिकारी एक विभागीय और एक विभाग से असंबद्ध अधिमानतः अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजातियों और एक अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय का हो- सदस्य । 14. भर्ती करने में किन परिस्थितियों में संघ लोक : लागू नहीं होता

सेवा आयोग से परामर्श किया जाएगा

(सरकारी सेवकों के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए अनुदेशों या आदेशों के अनुसार साधारण अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में 35 वर्ष तक और अनुसूचित जातियों/अनुसूचित जनजातियों तथा अन्य विशेष प्रवर्गों के अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में 40 वर्ष तक शिथिल की जासकती है ) ।

टिप्पणी 1 : अनुसूची के स्तंभ 6 में विहित आयु सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई 224

अंतिम तारीख होगी। ( न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा , सिक्किम, जम्मू- कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा जिले के पांगी उपखंड , अंदमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अध्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है । )

2. तैराकी/कोच के रूप में अनुभव प्राप्त और उसके पास खेलकूद संगम/राज्य सरकारों द्वारा समरूप पदों के लिए विहित प्रमाणपत्र हो ।

वांछनीय: किसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड/संस्था से मैट्रिकुलेशन या समतुल्य

: लागू नहीं होता

9. सीधे भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए विहित आयु और शैक्षिक अहर्ताएं प्रोन्नत व्यक्तियों की दशा में लागू होंगी या नहीं

10. परिवीक्षा की अवधि, यदि कोई हो

: सीधे भर्ती किए जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के लिए दो वर्ष । आमेलित/प्रोन्नत व्यक्तियों के लिएकोई परिवीक्षा अवधि नहीं ।

S.R.O. 62.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the NavyGroup ' C ' ( Instructional Staff) Posts Recruitment Rules , 1979 , as amended from time to time, in so far as they relate to the posts of Shipmodelling Instructor, Swimming Instructor, Civilian Educational Instructor, Bugler Instructor & Boxing Instructor the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to certain Group ' C' (Instructional Staff) posts in the Navy, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement.- ( i) These rules may be called the Navy Group ' C ' ( Instructional Staff) Posts Recruitment Rules , 2003.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number, classification, scales of pay and method of selection. The number ofthe said post, their classification and the scales of pay attached thereto , shall be as specified in columns ( 2) to (5 ) of the said Schedule.

3. Method of recruitment , age limit and other qualifications, etc. The method of recruitment , age limit , qualifications and other matters connected therewith shall be as specified in columns (6) to ( 14) of the Schedule aforesaid.

4. Disqualification.-No person,---

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person , 228

shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any personfrom the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary, or expedient so to do, it may, by order , and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

5. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required tobe provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes, and other special categories ofpersons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

का. नि. आ. 63.- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर ( आशुलिपिक श्रेणी-1 ) भर्ती नियम , 1995 को, जहां तक उनका संबंध राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर निदेशालय से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है , रक्षा मंत्रालय में राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर महानिदेशालय के अधीन राष्ट्रीम कैडेट कोर निदेशालयों और प्रशिक्षण स्थापनाओं में आशुलिपिक श्रेणी-1 के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर निदेशालय और प्रशिक्षण संस्थान आशुलिपिक श्रेणी-1 ( समूह ' ख' अराजपत्रित पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2003 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान. उक्त पद की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उनका वेतनमान वे होंगे , जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 2 ) से स्तंभ (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति,-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी , पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहींहोगा:

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह , ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति . जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबन्ध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 6. व्यावृत्ति. - इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु- सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों , अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

टिप्पण: जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है , प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जबकि उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी [भाग II- खण्ड 4 ]

अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक/ पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो , कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक/ पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर लीं है, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नतिके लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो ।

* प्रतिनियुक्ति: केन्द्रीय सरकार/राज्य सरकार के ऐसे अधिकारी:-

( क) ( i ) जो मूल काडर/ विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किए हुए है; या

( ii ) जिसने मूल काडर/ विभाग में 5000-8000 रुपए के या समतुल्य वेतनमान में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में तीन वर्ष सेवा की है ; या

(iii ) जिसने मूल काडर/ विभाग में 4000-6000 रुपए या समतुल्य वेतनमान में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में 10 वर्ष सेवा की है ; और

(ख) जिसके पास आशुलिपि हिन्दी/अंग्रेजी में 100 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति है ।

* टिप्पणी:-प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि, जिसके अन्तर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन/विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाहय पद पर प्रतिनियुक्तिकी अवधि है , साधारणतया तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । प्रतिनियुक्त द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अन्तिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । 13. यदिविभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति है तो उसकी संरचना समूह ' ख ' विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति ( प्रोन्नति के सम्बन्ध में विचार करने के लिए )

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession oftheNational Cadet Corps ( Stenographer Grade I) Recruitment Rules 1995. in so far as they relate to the National Cadet CorpsDirectorates except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade- I in the National Cadet CorpsDirectorates and Training Establishments under the Directorate General National Cadet Crops in the Ministry of Defence namely :-

1. Short title and commencement . ( 1 ) These rules may be called the National Cadet Corps Directorates and Training Establishments Stenographer Grade I (Group ' B ' Non Gazetted Post) Recruitment Rules, 2003 ,

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

का.नि.आ. 64.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्क्षियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर निदेशालय और प्रशिक्षण स्थापना समूह " ग " कर्मचारी भर्ती नियम , 1988 को जिनका संबंध पैकर के पद से है उन बातों के सिवाए अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिन्होंने ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने से लोप किया गया है, महानिदेशालय राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर रक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर निदेशालय में पैकर ( समूह " घ " ) के पद/पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर निदेशालय पैकर भर्ती नियम, 2003 है । ( 2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान: उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतनमान वह होगा , जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ 2 से स्तंभ 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु- सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं आदि उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु- सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता:- वह व्यक्ति, -

(क ) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है , या

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति:-जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबन्ध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 6. व्यावृत्ति:- इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए अनुदेशों या आदेशों के अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के लिए 35 वर्ष तक शिथिल की जा सकती है ।

टिप्पण 1:-केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय - समय पर यथा अधिसूचित अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति और अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों और कतिपय अन्य प्रवर्गों के लिए शिथिलनीय ।

टिप्पण 2:- अनुसूचित जातियों/ अनुसूचित जनजातियों/ अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों के लिए किसी अन्य आयु की शिथिलता के साथ संचयी रूप से शिथिलनीय ।

टिप्पण 3:-आयु- सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी । न कि वो अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरुणालय प्रदेश, मिजोरम , मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा , सिक्किम, जम्मूकश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा- जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंदमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है ।)

टिप्पण 4:- सेजगार कार्यालयों के माध्यम से की जाने वाली भर्ती की दशा में आयु सीमा अबंधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख वह अंतिम तारीख होगी जिस तक रोज़गार कार्यालयों से नाम भेजने के लिए कहा गया है ।

: (i ) मिडिल स्कूल उत्तीर्ण ।

( ii ) उसे भंडार गृह के कर्त्तव्यों का विशेष रूप से सुरक्षा और अग्नि पूर्वावधानियों का

पैकिंग सामग्रियों तथा बढ़ई के सामान्य उपयोग में आरी , हथौड़ा, जम्बर, छैनी, बाट और माप जैसे बढ़ई के आवश्यक औजारों का ज्ञान होना चाहिए उसे पैकजों में भंडार। चिन्हों और चिन्हांकनों को पहचानने की योग्यता होनी चाहिए या पैकर ( ए एस सी) और चैकर ( इंजी) के व्यवसाय के और सेना के समतुल्य व्यवसाय के तथा नौसेना के और वायुसेना के समतुल्य व्यवसाय के सेवारत भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के सामान को पहचानने । कीयोग्यता होनी चाहिए ।

: भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को सीधी भर्ती और पुनर्नियोजन की दशा में दो वर्ष ।

भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के लिए प्रतिनियुक्ति/ पुनर्नियोजन:-

S.R.O. 65. In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 ( 40 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the Officers mentioned in Column I of the Table below being Gazetted Officers ofGovernment to be Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act and further direct that the said officers shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on Estate Officer by or under the said Act within the local limits other respective jurisdiction in respect of the public premises specified in the corresponding entries in column 2 of the said table , namely :-
