In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951 ) , read with sub- rule 2 of Rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government in consultation with the Government offRajasthan hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955, namely:-

1. ( i ) These regulations shall be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Third Amendment Regulations , 2004 .

प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार राजस्थान सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( वेतन ) नियमावली , 1954 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्: -

1. ( i ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( वेतन ) तृतीय संशोधन नियमावली , 2004 है ।

सा. का. नि. 277. राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और नागर विमानन विभाग ( समूह ' क ' और समूह ' ख ' पद ) भर्ती नियम, 1969 , जहां तक उनका संबंध उप महानिदेशक ( अनुसन्धान एवम् विकास ) के पद से है , उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या किए जाने से लोप किया गया है, नागर विमानन मंत्रालय के नागर विमानन विभाग में उप महानिदेशक ( अनुसन्धान एवम् विकास ) के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति को विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.-( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम, नागर विमानन विभाग ( उप महानिदेशक ) ( अनुसन्धान एवम् विकास ) भर्ती नियम, 2004 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान. उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतनमान वह होगा , जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूचीके स्तंभ ( 2 ) से स्तंभ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु- सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 5 ) से स्तंभ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता.- वह व्यक्ति, -

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या

(ख ) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,

उक्तपद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृत्ति.- इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु- सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

केन्द्रीय सरकार/मान्यताप्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्थान/पब्लिक सेक्टर के उपक्रमों/अर्ध-शासकीय/स्वायत्त या कानूनी संगठनों/विश्वविद्यालयों के विमानन से संबंधित कार्य में संलग्न ऐसे अधिकारी ,-

क) ( i ) जो मूल काडर/विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किए हुए हैं ; या

(ii ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर/ विभाग में 14,300-400-18,300 रुपये या समतुल्य वेतनमान में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् दो वर्ष सेवा की है ; और

(ख ) सीधी भर्ती के लिए स्तंभ 8 के अन्तर्गत विहित अर्हताएं और अनुभव रखते हैं ।

टिप्पण: प्रतिनियुक्तिकी अवधि, जिसके अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन/ विभाग में इस नियुक्तिसे ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति पर संविदा कीअवधि है, साधारणतया पाँच वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति ( जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , and in supersession of the Civil Aviation Department ( Group ' A ' and Group ' B ' posts ) Recruitment Rules , 1969 , in so far as they relate to the post of Deputy Director General ( Research and Development ) , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitmentto the postofDeputy Director General ( Research and Development ) in the Civil Aviation Department. Ministry of Civil Aviation , namely:--

1. Short title and commencement .--( 1 ) These rules may be called the Civil Aviation Department [ Deputy Director General ( Research and Development ) ] Recruitment Rules . 2004.

1713 (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Number of post , classification and scale of pay.--The number of the said post , its classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns ( 2 ) to (4) of the Schedule annexedto these rules .

3. Method of recruitment , age limit and other qualifications , etc. The method of recruitment to the said post , age - limit , qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns ( 5 ) to ( 14 ) of the said Schedule .

4. Disqualification . No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person .

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied , that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation of this rule .

5. Power to relax.-- Where the Central Government is ofthe opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission , relax. any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

6. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age - limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , the Other Backward Classes . Ex- Servicemen and other special categories of persons , in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा. का. नि. 279.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशालय के प्रादेशिक औषधि परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला गुवाहाटी में ज्येष्ठ वैज्ञानिक सहायक के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्: -

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय प्रादेशिक औषधि प्रयोगशाला गुवाहाटी ( ज्येष्ठ वैज्ञानिक सहायक, समूह " ख " ) भर्ती नियम , 2004 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान. उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतनमान वह होगा , जो इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 2 ) से स्तंभ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा और अर्हताएं आदि.- उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 5 ) से स्तंभ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता.- वह व्यक्ति,-

(क ) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है ,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है किं ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृत्ति. इन नियमों की कोई बात , ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

4500-7000 रुपये वेतनमान में ऐसा कनिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक सहायक जिसने उस श्रेणी में आठ वर्ष 50 प्रतिशत प्रोन्नति द्वारा , जिसके न हो सकने पर प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा , दोनों के

नियमित सेवा की हो ।

न हो सकने पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा ।

टिप्पण: जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली 50 प्रतिशत सीधी भर्ती द्वारा ।

किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब कि उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित

है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो वहां उनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो , कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित, जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो ।

प्रतिनियुक्ति:-केन्द्रीय सरकार/राज्य सरकार, संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों, के अधीन ऐसे अधिकारीः -

( क) (i ) जो मूल काडर विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किए हुए हैं ; या

(ii ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर/विभाग में 4500-7000 रुपये या समतुल्य वेतनमान में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्तिके पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में आठ वर्ष नियमित सेवा की हो; और [ भाग 11- खण्ड 3 ( i ) ]

(ख) स्तंभ 8 के अधीन सीधी भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए विहित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव रखते हों ।

(पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी , जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में है, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार , प्रतिनियुक्त व्यक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिएविचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि, जिसके अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन/विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति संविदा की अवधि है , साधारणतया तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहींहोगी। )

G.S.R. 279. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President here by makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Technical Assistant in Regional Drug Testing Laboratory, Guwahati , the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , Directorate General of Health Services . namely:--

1. Short title and commencement .-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare . Regional Drug Testing Laboratory , Guwahati ( Senior Scientific Assistant , Group B ) Recruitment Rules , 2004 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Number of post, classification and scale of pay. The number of the said posts , its classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns ( 2) to (4 ) of the Schedule annexed here to

3. Method of recruitment, Age limit and other qualifications , etc. The method of recruitment , age limit , quali- fications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5 ) to ( 14 ) of the said Schedule .

4. Disqualification .- No person , --

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person.

shall be eligible for appointmentto the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may , if satisfied , that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax .- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded and in writing , in consultation with Union Public Service Commission , relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

केन्द्रीय सेवा (पेंशन) नियम, 1972 के अधीन अनुज्ञेय जहां तक पद के लिए विहित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव का फायदा वैध है शेष अपरिवर्तनीय होगा ।

( ii ) औषधिके जीव पारखी या रसायन या औषधीय भौतिक रसायन परीक्षण का पांच साल का अनुभव ।

टिप्पण 1 : अर्हताएं, अन्यथा सुअर्हित अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के विवेकानुसार शिथिल की जा सकती है ।

टिप्पण 2 : - अनुभव संबंधी अर्हता ( अर्हताएं ) संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के विवेकानुसार अनुसूचित जातियों और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में तब शिथिल की जा सकती है जब चयन के किसी प्रक्रम पर संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की यह राय है कि उनके लिए आरक्षित रिक्तियों को भरने के लिए अपेक्षित अनुभव रखने वाले उन समुदायों के अभ्यर्थियों के पर्याप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध होने की सम्भावना नहीं है ।

G.S.R. 280. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group ' A' post at Central Drugs Testing Laboratory, Chennai , in Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , Directorate General of Health Services , namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.--( 1 ) These rules may be called The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , Central Drugs Testing Laboratory, Chennai ( Group ' A ' posts ) Recruitment Rules, 2004.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and scale of pay. The number ofthe said post , its classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed hereto.

3. Method of recruitment, Age limit qualifications, etc. The method of recruitment ,, age limit , qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to ( 14) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. No person ,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person , shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may , if satisfied, that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for such doing , exempt any person from the operation ofthis rule.

5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded and in writing , in consultation with Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

6. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , Ex - Servicemen and other special categories of persons , in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

II . The departmental Senior Scientific Officer Grade II in the scale of pay Rs . 8000-13500 with five years service shall also be considered alongwith deputationists and in case he is selected the post shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion .

The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationist shall not be eligible for considerat for appointment by promotion . सा० का० नि० 287.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और केन्द्रीय संदर्भ पुस्तकालय, कलकत्ता ( समूह ' ग ' और समूह ' घ' पद ) भर्ती नियम, 1989, के अतिक्रमण में, ऐसे अतिक्रमण के पूर्व किए गए अथवा किए जाने के लिए छोड़े गए कार्यों को छोड़कर, केन्द्रीय संदर्भ पुस्तकालय , कोलकाता में समूह ' ग ' और ' घ ' पदों की भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , नामतः-

1. लघु शीर्षक और आरम्भ.-( 1 ) इन नियमों को केन्द्रीय संदर्भ पुस्तकालय , कोलकाता, संस्कृति मंत्रालय ( समूह ' ग ' और समूह ' घ ' पद ) भर्ती नियम, 2004 कहा जाए ।

(2) ये नियम सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।

2. उपयोग -ये नियम, इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे ।

3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान - पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उनसे संबद्ध वेतनमान उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम 2 से 4 में दिए अनुसार होगा ।

4. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु- सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं इत्यादि. उक्त पदों से संबंधित भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अन्य मामले उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम 5 से 14 में दिए अनुसार होंगे ।

5. अनर्हता.-कोई भी ऐसा व्यक्ति उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु पात्र नहीं होगा,

(क) जिसमें किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति से विवाह किया हो या विवाह की संविदा की हो, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित हो, अथवा

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए, किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया हो अथवा विवाह की संविदा की हो । बशर्ते कि केन्द्रीय सरकार, यदि सुतुष्ट हो कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति तथा विवाह करने वाले दूसरे पक्ष पर लागू होने वाले वैयक्तिक कानून के अंतर्गत अनुमत्य है और ऐसा करने के अन्य आधार भी हैं , इस नियम के प्रभाव से किसी व्यक्ति को छूट दे सकती है ।

6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्र सरकार का यह विचार है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा व्यावहारिक हो तो वह आदेश देकर लिखित में रिकार्ड किए जाने वाले कारणों से व्यक्तियों के किसी वर्ग अथवा श्रेणी के संबंध में इन नियमों की किसी भी व्यवस्था को शिथिल कर सकती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , and in supersession of the Central Reference Library, Calcutta (Group ' C' and Group ' D ' posts ) Recruitment Rules , 1989, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to groups ' C ' and ' D' posts in the Central Reference Library , Kolkata , namely :-- 1. Short title and commencement .( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Reference Library , Kolkata , Ministry ofCulture , (Groups C and D posts ) Recruitment Rules, 2004.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Application : -These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column I of the schedule annexed to these rules .

3. Number of post, classification and scale of pay. The number of the post , their classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment , age limit, qualifications , etc .--- The method of recruitment , age limit , educational qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (14) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification . No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; οι

पोनीवालों से संबंधित योजना में पोनीवालों को दो विकल्प देते हुए संशोधन किया गया है । विवरण निम्नानुसार है-

क. योजना के लिए अधिकतम सीमा 40,000 होनी चाहिए, जिसमें 75 प्रतिशत ( 30,000 रुपए तक ) बैंक ऋण के रूप में शामिल हैं , जिसपर ऋण लेने वाले के द्वारा देय इमदादी ब्याज केवल 4 प्रतिशत होगा और 25 प्रतिशत ( 10,000 रु. तक ) पूंजी इमदाद होगी ।

ख. विकल्पत:- लाभार्थी को केवल 10,000 रु. की पूंजी इमदाद लेने का विकल्प होगा जिससे वह मोडर्न सेडल्स आदि जैसे सामान खरीद सकता है ।

पैकेज के कार्यान्वयन विवरण दिनांक 8 सितम्बर, 2003 की अधिसूचना सं. 13 (18 ) /2003 एमआरडी के अनुसार रहेगा ।

11. Incentives to Ponywalas :

under: A scheme pertaining to ponywalas have been revised giving two options to the ponywalas . The details are as a. Maximum limit of the scheme to be Rs . 40,000/- including 75% ( up to Rs . 30,000/-) as bank loan on which subsidized interest payable by the borrower will be only 4% and 25 % (up to Rs . 10,000 ) capital subsidy.

b. Alternatively , the beneficiary will be given the option of availing only the capital subsidy of Rs . 10,000 with which he can buy accessories , such as modern saddles etc.

The implementation details of the Package will remain the same as per Notification No. 13 ( 18 ) /2003 - MRD dated 8th September , 2003 .

1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Forward Markets Commission (Senior Research Assistant ) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2004 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. In the Forward Markets Commission (Senior Research Assistant) Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules , 2002- (a) in the opening portion , for the words " method of recruitment to the post of Senior Research Assistant ", the words" method of recruitmentto the post of Market Surveillance Officer " shall be substituted.

(b) in rule 1, in sub - rule ( 1 ), for the words " Senior Research Assistant " , the words " Market Surveillance Officer" shall be substituted.

(c) in the Schedule , in column 1, for the entry "Senior Research Assistant " , the entry " Market Surveillance Officer" shall be substituted.

2. केन्द्रीय जल और विद्युत अनुसंधान केन्द्र, पुणे ( मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ) भर्ती नियम, 2004 में, -

(i ) उद्देशिका में, " केन्द्रीय जल और विद्युत अनुसंधान केन्द्र, पुणे ( मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी और वित्त अधिकारी ) भर्ती नियम, 1988" शब्दों, अंकों और कोष्ठकों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-
