सं. एस-35017/02/04-( एसएस- II). जबकि मैसर्स कमल बस सर्विस लिमिटेड ( एतदुपरांत प्रतिष्ठान के रूप में संदर्भित ) को दिनांक 28.06.1962 की अधिसूचना संख्या एफ-14/25/62-लैब द्वारा तत्कालीन कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि तथा प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 ( एतदुपरांत अधिनियम को रूप में संदर्भित ) की धारा 17 ( 1 ) ( क ) के तहत दिर्नाक 06.09.1964 से छूट प्रदान की गई थी ।

और जबकि

सं. एन-15/13/1/2/2004-यो. एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य) विनियम-1950 के विनियम 95- क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 34 की धारा-46 (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक महोदय ने 61 मार्च, 2005 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उका विनियम 95 - क तथा आंध्र प्रदेश कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (चिकित्सा हितलाभ) नियम 1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किए जाएंगे, अर्थातः-- i. प्रतिष्ठान कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि योजना, 1952 के पैस 60 के अनुसार सांविधिक ब्याज दर के तुल्य ब्याज दर की घोषणा करने में विफल रहा है ।

ii . प्रतिष्ठान ने अधिनियम के अंतर्गत उसे प्राप्त छूट को जारी न रखने की इच्छा व्यक्त की है ।

"जिला रंगारेड्डी में ताम्पुर मण्डल को राजस्व ग्राम ताण्डूर, गौतापोर, गोपनपल्ली, बेल्कतूर, चेंगोल, चेंगेस्पुर, एल्मकन्ना, कानापुर, अन्ताराम (अन्ताराम थान्डा ओद दस्तगिरिपेट सहित) खान्जाघोर और साईपुर की सीमाओं के अन्तर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्र। "

अतः , अध, कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि तथा प्रकीर्ष उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 की धारा 17 ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोंभ करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्‌द्वारीः उक्त प्रतिष्ठान को प्राप्त छूट करें 31.3.2002 से रद्द करती है ।

संपून -15/ 13/6/7/2004-यो. एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य) विनियम-1950 के विनियम 95- के के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा -46 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक महोदय ने 01 मार्च, 2005 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम 95 - क तथा आंध्र प्रदेश कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( चिकित्सा हितलाभ ) नियम-1957 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ केरल राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में सीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किए जाएंगे, अर्थातः--

"जिला तथा तालुक कोल्लम में पुदकुकुलम राजस्व ग्राम। "

नई दिल्ली-110 066, दिनांक 23 मार्च 2005 सं. एच.आर.डी. / 1 ( 1 ) /2004 / समीक्षा/ भर्ती नियम भविष्यनिधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 1 ) धारा ऽघ की उपधारा १( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हैं कार्मिक, जन शिकायत एवं पेंशन मंत्रालय , कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण द्वारा दिनांक 4 अगस्त, 2003 को जारी आदेश के संदर्भ में अगस्त, 1966 के गजट में अधिसूचित कर्मचारी भविष्य ि आयुक्त भर्ती नियम , 1966 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाता है 1. ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन , केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त ( संशोधन ) भर्ती नियम, 2005 कहलायेंगे।

आदेशानुसार सं. एच . आर.डी. / 1 ( 1 )/ 2004 / समीक्षा/ भर्ती नियम- कर्मचार भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 19 ) को धारा ऽघ की उपधारा 7 ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कार्मिक, जन शिकायत एवं पेंशन मंत्रालय , कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाय द्वारा दिनांक 4 अगस्त, 2003 को जारी आदेश के संदर्भ में दिनांक 21 अप्रैल, 1990 के गजट में अधिसूचित कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, (वित्तीय सलाहकार एवं मुख्य लेखाधिकारी ) भर्ती नियम, 1990 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाता है :--

*निय दार्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगञ्ज , अपर केन्द्रीय अतिध्र निधि सशोधन ) भर्ती नियम 2005 कहलायेंगे !

.: अधिसूचित भर्ती नियम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कालम 5 के अंतर्गत " चयन शब्द के स्थान पर " चयन तथा वरिष्ठता " शब्द का प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए । (.. ) अनुसूची के कालम के अंतर्गत " प्रतिनियुक्ति पर स्थानातंरण" के स्थान पर " प्रतिनियुक्ति " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

(iii ) अनुसूची में कालम 11 के शीर्षक में " विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरी जाने वाली रिक्तियों का प्रतिशत " शब्दों के स्थान पर" विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरे जाने वाले पदों का प्रतिशत " को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

(i ) अनुसूची के कालम 1 के अंतर्गत " अधिक्षक अभियन्ता के पदनाम के स्थान पर " मुख्य अभियन्ता " पदनाम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

(ii ) अधिसूचित भर्ती नियम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कालम 4 के अंदर्गत 3700-125-4700-150-5000/- रुपये के वेतनमान के स्थान पर 14300-400-18300/- रुपये वेतनमान प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये ।

(iii ) अनुसूची के कालम 11 के अंतर्गत " प्रतिनियुक्ति पर स्थानातंरण " के स्थान पर " प्रतिनियुक्ति " शब्दप्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

सं. एच.आर.डी. / 1 ( 1 ) / 2004 /समीक्षा/ भर्ती नियम-कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 19 ) की धारा ऽघ की उपधारा १ ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कार्मिक, जन शिकायत एवं पेंशन मंत्रालय , कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा दिनांक 4 अगस्त, 2003 को जारी आदेश के संदर्भ में दिनांक 17 नवम्बर, 1984 के गजट में अधिसूचित कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, उप निदेशक ( सतर्कता ) भर्ती नियम, 1984 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाता है : --

1. ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, निदेशक ( सर्तकता ) ( संशो- धना) भर्ती नियम , 2005 कहलायेंगे ।

1. ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, उपनिदेशक (सतर्कता ) ( संशोधन) भर्ती नियम, 2005 कहलायेंगे । (i ) अधिसूचित भर्तीनियम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कालम 4के अंतर्गत 3700-125-4700-150-5000/- रुपये के बेतनमान के स्थान पर 12000-375-16500/- रुपये वेतनमान प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये ।

(i ) अधिसूचित भर्ती नियम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कालम 4 के अंतर्गत 3000-100-3500-125-4500/- रुपये के वेतनमान के स्थान पर 10000-325-15200/- रुपये वेतनमान प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये ।

(ii ) अनुसूची के कालम 10 के अंतर्गत " प्रतिनियुक्ति पर स्थानार्दरुण " के स्थान पर " प्रतिनियुक्ति " शब्दप्रतिस्थापित कियाजाए ।

( ii ) अनुसूची के कालम 10 के अंतर्गत " प्रतिनियुक्ति पर स्थानातंरण " के स्थान पर " प्रतिनियुक्ति" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

( iii) अनुसूसी में कालम 10 के शीर्षक में " विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरी जाने वाली रिक्तियों का प्रतिशत " शब्दों के स्थान पर " विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरे जाने वाले पदों का प्रतिशत " को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

1. येनियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, उपनिदेशक (सूचना सेवाएं ) (संशोधन) भर्ती नियम, 2005 कहलायेंगे ।

कालम 12 के शीर्षक में" स्थानांतरण " शब्द के स्थान पर" समावेशन " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

(ii ) अनुसूची के कालम 11 के अंतर्गत " प्रतिनियुक्ति पर स्थानातंरण " के स्थान पर " प्रतिनियुक्ति" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

(i ) अधिसूचित भर्ती नियम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कालम 4 के अंतर्गत 1400-40-1800- ईबी- 50-2300/-रुपये के वेतनमान के स्थान पर 5000-150-8000/- रुपये वेतनमान प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये ।

( ii ) अनुसूची के कालम 11 के अंतर्गत " प्रतिनियुक्ति पर स्थानांतरण " के स्थान पर " प्रतिनियुक्ति" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

1. ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, सांख्यिकीय सहायक (संशोधन ) भर्ती नियम, 2005 कहलायेंगे ।

( i ) अधिसूचित भर्ती नियम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कालम 4के अंतर्गत 1400-40-1800- ईबी- 50-2300 रुपये के वेतनमान के स्थान पर 5000-150-8000 रुपये वेतनमान प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये ।

( ii ) अनुसूची के कालम 11 के अंतर्गत " प्रतिनियुक्ति पर स्थानाप्तंरण " के स्थान पर " प्रतिनियुक्ति " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।

( iii) अनुसूची में कालम 11 के शीर्षक में " विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरी जाने वाली रिक्तियों का प्रतिशत " शब्दोंके स्थान पर विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरे जाने वाले पदों का प्रतिशत को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

सं. एच.आर.डी. / 1 ( 1 )/ 2004/समीक्षा/ भर्ती नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 19 ) की धारा ऽघ की उपधारा 7 ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कार्मिक, जन शिकायत एवं पेंशन मंत्रालय, कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा दिनांक 4 अगस्त, 2003 को जारी आदेश के संदर्भ में दिनांक 31 जुलाई, 1992 के गजट में अधिसूचित कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, (जमादार/दफ्तरी/रिकार्ड सार्टर ( कनिष्ठ ) भर्ती नियम, 1992 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाता है : --

1. ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन , ( जमादार/दफ्तरी/रिकार्ड सार्टर ( कनिष्ठ) ( संशोधन ) भर्ती नियम, 2005 कहलायेंगे । ( i ) अधिसूचित भर्ती नियम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कालम 4 के अंतर्गत 775-12-871- ईबी-14-1025 रुपये के वेतनमान के स्थान पर 2610-60-3150-65-3540 रुपये वेतनमान प्रतिस्थापित किया आये ।

( ii ) अनुसूची में कालम 11 के शीर्षक में " विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरी जाने वाली रिक्तियों का प्रतिशत " शब्दों के स्थान पर विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरे जाने वाले पदों का प्रतिशत को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

( iii ) कालम 12 के शीर्षक में " स्थानांतरण " शब्द के स्थान पर " समावेशन" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।

1. येनियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन , हेल्पर, स्वीपर ( सफाईवाला ) (संशोधन ) भर्ती नियम, 2005 कहलायेंगे ।

( i ) अधिसूचित भर्ती नियम के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कालब 4 के अंतर्गत 750-12-870- ईबी-14-940 रुपये के वेतनमान के स्थान पर 2550-55-2660-60-3200 रुपये वेतनमान प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये ।

( ii) अनुसूची में कालम 11 के शीर्षक में " विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरी जाने वाली रिक्तियों का प्रतिशत " शब्दों के स्थान पर विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरे जाने वाले पदों का प्रतिशत को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

( iii ) कालम 12 के शीर्षक में " स्थानांतरण " शब्द के स्थान पर " समावेशन" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
