सा. का. नि. 221. राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सचिवालय आशुलिपिक सेवा (ज्येष्ठ प्रधान निजी सचिव ) नियम , 2000 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्: -

1. ( i) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय सचिवालय आशुलिपिक सेवा ( ज्येष्ठ प्रधान निजी सचिव ) नियम, 2005 है।

G.S.R. 221. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following Rules further to amend the Central Secretariat Stenographers ' Service (SeniorPrincipal Private Secretary ) Rules, 2000 , namely :-

(ii) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Secretariat Stenographers ' Service (Senior Principal Private Secretary) Amendment Rules , 2005.

2. केन्द्रीय सचिवालय आशुलिपिक सेवा ( ज्येष्ठ प्रधान निजी सचिव) नियम , 2000 के नियम 4 में, " गुणावगुण के आधार पर चयन " शब्दोंके स्थान पर, " चयन " शब्द रखा जाएगा ।

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

सा.का.नि. 222.- भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप - नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित, अखिल भारतीय सेवाएँ अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, नागालैण्ड सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली, 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-

1. ( i) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) द्वितीय संशोधन विनियमावली, 2005 है । (ii ) ये विनियम भारत के राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में " नागालैण्ड" शीर्षक और उसके नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -

शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार नागालैण्ड सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( वेतन ) नियमावली , 1954 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: -

1. ( i) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( वेतन) द्वितीय संशोधन नियमावली , 2005 है ।

[PART II-SEC . 3 ( i) ] तालिका के पहले कॉलम में आने वाली ' नागालैण्ड' प्रविष्टि के लिए और दूसरे कॉलम में आने वाली तद्नुरूपी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

सरकार के सचिव, सचिव के रूप में पुनः पदनामित किया जाना है सरकार के अपर/संयुक्त/उप सचिव

सा.का.नि. 225. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( वेतन ) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित , अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार सिक्किम सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( वेतन ) नियमावली, 1954 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-

3. ( i ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( वेतन) संशोधन नियमावली, 2005 है । [ भाग II- खण्ड 3 (i) ]

सा.का.नि. 226.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रेल सेवक ( अनुशासन और अपील) नियम, 1968 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: -

1. (1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रेल सेवक ( अनुशासन और अपील ) ( दूसरा संशोधन ) नियम, 2005 होगा ।

(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. रेल सेवक ( अनुशासन और अपील ) नियम, 1968 की अनुसूची III में, टिप्पण 2 के बाद निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Railway Servants (Discipline and Appeal ) Rules, 1968, namely :- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Railway Servants (Discipline and Appeal ) (Second Amendment) Rules,2005.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Railway Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules , 1968, in Schedule III, after Note 2, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"Note3 : Disciplinary powers of Principal Heads of Departments under this Schedule shall also be exercised by Senior Executive Directors and Executive Directors who are in independent charge, in Research, Designs and Standards Organisation; Coordinating Heads of Departments in Senior Administrative Grade or by the Heads of Departments in Senior Administrative Grade who are in Independent charge , in Metro 191097/05 784

सा.का. नि. 228.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और वायदा बाजार आयोग (ज्येष्ठ निजी सहायक) भर्ती नियम, 1990 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग ) में निजी सहायक के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति काविनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम वायदा बाजार आयोग , मुम्बई ( निजी सचिव ) भर्ती नियम, 2005 है । (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान. उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतनमान वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ 2 से स्तंभ 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं । 786

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा , अन्य अर्हताएं आदि.- उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी , जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ 5 से स्तंभ 14 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति-

(क ) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है , या

(ख ) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 6. व्यावृत्ति.- इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु - सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

टिप्पण: जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नतिके लिएविचार किया जा रहा हो, वहां उनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब कि उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक/ पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित , उनकी उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली है, जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है । प्रतिनियुक्ति: केन्द्रीय सरकार/राज्य सरकारों/संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के अधीन ऐसे अधिकारी:-

क) ( i ) जो मूल काडर/विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किए हुए हों; या (

(ii ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर/ विभाग में 5500-9000 रु. या समतुल्य वेतनमान में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्तिके पश्चात्, उस श्रेणी में तीन वर्ष सेवा की हो; या

(iii )जिन्होंने मूल काडर/ विभाग में 5000-8000 रु. या समतुल्य वेतनमान में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्तिके पश्चात्, उस श्रेणी में छह वर्ष सेवा की हो ; और

(ख) जिसके पास आशुलिपिक के रूप में तीन वर्ष का अनुभव हो ।

[पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी, जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में है, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार, प्रतिनियुक्त व्यक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । ]

[PART II-SEC . 3 (i) ] regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Private Secretary in the Forward Markets Commission , Mumbai under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs ) , namely :-

1. Short title and commencement .-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Forward Markets Commission , Mumbai (Private Secretary ) Recruitment Rules , 2005.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Number , classification and scale of pay. The number of the said post, its classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules .

3. Method of recruitment, age limit , other qualifications etc.--The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns 5 to 14 of the said Schedule .

4. Disqualification. No person ,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person , having a spouse living , or

(b) who, having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rules .

5. Power to relax.----Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing , relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

6. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , Other Backward Classes , Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons , in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 229. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Photographer in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, Pondicherry , namely:--

1. Short title and commencement.-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research , Pondicherry (Senior Photographer ) Group ' B ' Post, Rectuitment Rules , 2005 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Number of posts , classification and scale of pay . The number of the said post, its classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in Columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules .

3. Method of recruitment , age limit , qualifications etc. The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns 5 to 14 of the said Schedule .

4. Disqualification. No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person, having a spouse living , or

(b) who, having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation of this rules.

5. Power to relax.---Where the Central Govemment is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,byorder, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any ofthe provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories ofpersons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment bypromotion.

(Theperiod ofdeputation (including short - term contract) including period of deputation in another ex- cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/ department ofthe Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation ( including short - term contract ) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications).

सा. का. नि. 230.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जवाहर लाल स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान, पांडिचेरी ( श्रेणी III पद ) भर्ती नियमावली , 1975 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने से लोप किया गया है, जवाहर लाल स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान, पांडिचेरी में चिकित्सा फोटोग्राफर के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम जवाहर लाल स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान, पांडिचेरी, चिकित्सा फोटोग्राफर ( समूह ' ग ' पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2005 है ।

(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।.

2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान. उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतनमान वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ 2 से स्तंभ 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट है ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा तथा अन्य अर्हताएं आदि.-उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ 5 से स्तंभ 14 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

प्रोन्नति : 4000-6000 रु. के वेतनमान के फोटोग्राफरों में से जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में 5 वर्ष नियमितसेवा कीहो ।

प्रोन्नति द्वारा जिसके न हो सकने पर प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा और दोनों के न हो सकने पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा ।

टिप्पण: जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो जहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब कि उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित उनकी उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली है, जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक/ पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है ।

प्रतिनियुक्ति: केन्द्रीय या राज्य सरकार के ऐसे अधिकारियों में से,-

(क) ( i ) जो नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किए हुए है; या

(ii ) जिन्होंने 4000-6000 रु. के वेतनमान में उस पद पर पांच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की हो; और

(ख) स्तंभ 8 के अधीन सीधे भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए विहित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव रखते हो ।

टिप्पण: पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी , जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में है, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्तिके लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार, प्रतिनियुक्त व्यक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्तिके लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे ।

G.S.R. 230.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, Pondicherry , (Class III posts) Recruitment Rules , 1975 in so far as it relates to the post of Medical Photographer, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Medical Photographer in the Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, Pondicherry , namely:-

1. Short title and commencement .-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research , Pondicherry Medical Photographer (Group ' C ' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2005.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Number of post, classification and scale of pay. The number of the said post , its classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in Columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules .

3. Method of recruitment , age limit, qualifications etc. The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns 5 to 14 of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. No person ,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person , having a spouse living , or

(b) who, having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person ,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so , it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing , relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons , in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard .

Note : The crucial date for determining the age - limit shall be the closing date for receipt of application from candidates in India (and not the closing date prescribed for those in Assam , Mizoram,Manipur, Nagaland , Meghalaya , Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Sikkim , Ladakh, Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul and Spiti Districts and Pangi, Sub- Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep).

Educational and other qualifications required fordirect recruits

Essential:

Two years for Direct Recruits (i) 10+2 or equivalent qualification from arecognizedBoard or University.

(ii)Diploma inPhotography.

(iii) Two years experience in Photography.

Note 1: Qualifications regarding experience is relaxable atthe discretion of the Central Government in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

Note 2: Qualification (s ) regarding experience is relaxable at the discretion of the Central Government in case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes if, at any stage ofselection the Central Government is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates belonging to these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.

In case of recruitment by promotion/deputation/ absorption, grades from whichpromotion/deputation/absorption to be made

Method of recruitment : Whether by direct recruitment or by promotion or by deputation/absorption and percentage of the posts to be filled by various methods

Promotion:

From amongst Photographers in the pay scale of Rs . 4000-6000 with 5 years regular service in the grade.

Note: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying/ eligibility service arebeing considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered, provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying/eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying/eligibility service or two years whichever is lessand have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying/ eligibility service .

Deputation; From amongst officers of the Central or State Government;

(a) (1) holding analogous posts on regular basis; or

(ii) with 5 years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs.4000-6000; and

(b) Possessing the educational qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruits under Column 8 .

Note: The departmental officers in feeder category who are in the direct line ofpromotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly , deputationist shall not be eligible for appointment by promotion.

(Theperiod of deputation including period of deputation in another ex - cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation /department shall ordinarily not to exceed three years . The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications) .
