का.नि.आ. 150.- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और सैन्य प्रशिक्षण निदेशालय ( वर्ग -3 पद ) भर्ती नियम, 1975 को, जहां तक उनका संबंध इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में उल्लिखित पदों से है , उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया गया है , रक्षा मंत्रालय में मुख्य रसोइया, चित्रकार या चिह्न लेखक , आराकश और आरा मरम्मतकार , यांत्रिक प्रयोगशाला , रिगर, फिटर , अग्नि, मुख्य पर्यवेक्षक , पर्यवेक्षक , बैरक पर्यवेक्षक , शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण, सहायक और भेषजज्ञ या कंम्पाउंडर के पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: -

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सैन्य प्रशिक्षण निदेशालय ( समूह ' ग ' पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2006 है। (2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. पद- संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, उक्त पदों की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति; आयु- सीमा , अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता.-वह व्यक्ति,-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है ; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

[PART II-SEC.4] 5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 6. व्यावृति. - इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षणों आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

टिप्पण: - आयु- सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी । ( न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय , अरुणाचल प्रदेश , मिजोरम , मणिपुर, नागालैंड , त्रिपुरा , सिक्किम , जम्मू- कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख उप - खंड , हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा जिले के पांगी उप - खंड , अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है)

टिप्पण:-रोजगार कार्यालयों के माध्यम से की जाने वाली भर्ती/नियुक्ति की दशा में, आयु- सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख वह अंतिम तारीख होगी जिस तक रोजगार कार्यालयों से नाम भेजने के लिए कहा गया है । भर्ती की पद्धति : भर्ती सीधे होगी या प्रोन्नति द्वारा या प्रतिनियुक्ति/ आमेलन द्वारा तथा विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा द्वारा भरे जाने वाले पदों की प्रतिशतता

S.R.O. 150.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Military Training Directorate ( Class III posts ) Recruitment Rules, 1975 , in so far as they relate to the posts mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Head Cook, Painter or Sign Writer, Sawyer and Saw Doctor , Mechanic Laboratory, Rigger , Fitter Fire, Head Supervisor , Supervisor , Barrack Supervisor , Manual Training Assistant and Pharmacist or Compunder in the Ministry of Defence , namely:-

1. Short Title and commencement .-( 1 ) These rules maybe called the Military Training Directorate ( Group ' C ' posts ) , Recruitment Rules , 2006.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Number of post, classification and scale of pay. The number of said posts, their classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules .

565 3. Method ofrecruitment, age limit and qualifications etc. The method of recruitment , age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (14) of the aforesaid Schedule .

4. Disqualification.-No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who , having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for the appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

6. Saving . Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , the Ex -Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

का.नि.आ. 151.- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और आर्डनेंस कारखाना संगठन ( विद्यालय स्थापन के समूह ' ग ' पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2003 को , जहां तक उनका संबंध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट कतिपय समूह ' ख ' और समूह ' ग ' पदों से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है , या करने का लोप किया गया है , रक्षा मंत्रालय में आर्डनेंस कारखाना संगठन के विद्यालय स्थापन में कतिपय समूह ' ख ' और समूह ' ग ' पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. सक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय आर्डनेंस कारखाना संगठन ( विद्यालय स्थापन के समूह ' ख' तथा समूह ' ग ' पद ) भर्ती संशोधन नियम , 2006 है ।

( 2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. पद-संख्या , वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, उक्त पदों की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे , जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति, -

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है; या

उक्त पदों में से किसी पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी । 5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 6. व्यावृत्ति. इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण , आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों , अनुसूचित जनजातियों , भूतपूर्व सैनिकों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

उपाबंध टिप्पण 1 : अनुसूची के स्तंभ 2 में उपदर्शित पदों की संख्या में कार्यभार के आधार पर परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है ।

टिप्पण 2 : इस अनुसूची के स्तंभ 8 के अधीन विहित अर्हताओं से संबंधित यह प्रश्न कि क्या कोई अर्हता किसी पद के लिए विहित अर्हता के समतुल्य है , का विनिश्चय आर्डनेंस कारखाना बोर्ड द्वारा किया जाएगा ।

टिप्पण 3 : इन नियमों के प्रयोजन के लिए आर्डनेंस कारखाना बोर्ड द्वारा , बोर्ड के किसी सदस्य या आर्डनेंस कारखाना के महाप्रबंधक निदेशक को किसी या सभी शक्तियों का उसकी ओर से प्रयोग करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया जा सकता है और उसे उक्त बोर्ड द्वारा प्रयोग की गई शक्तियां समझा जाएगा ।

टिप्पण 5 : इस अनुसूची के स्तंभ 7 में आयु सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी। ( अंदमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों से भिन्न) । उन पदों की बाबत जिन पर रोजगार कार्यालयों के माध्यम से की जाने वाली नियुक्ति की दशा में , आयु- सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख वह अंतिम तारीख होगी जिस पर रोजगार कार्यालयों से नाम भेजने के लिए कहा गया है।

टिप्पण 6 : इस अनुसूची के स्तंभ 12 में अधिकथित किसी न्यूनतम सेवा की शर्तें किसी कनिष्ठ कर्मचारिवृंद के उक्त न्यूनतम सेवा की शर्त को पूरा करने के कारण चयन करने के लिए विचार किया जाएगा । उन सभी व्यक्तियों पर , जो उससे ज्येष्ठ है , जिन्होंने अपनी परिवीक्षा अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली है , इस बात पर ध्यान दिए बिना कि उन्होंने अपनी न्यूनतम सेवा शर्त पूरी नहीं की है , चयन के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र होंगे ।

टिप्पण 7 : प्रशासनिक अवधि के लिए आर्डनेंस कारखाना बोर्ड विद्यालयों को कतिपय भौगोलिक क्षेत्रों के अधीन प्रवर्गीकृत करता है। इस अनुसूची में समूह ' ग ' पदों के पदधारी आर्डनेंस कारखाना संगठन के उसी क्षेत्र में क्षेत्र विद्यालय में सेवा करने के लिए साधारण रूप से दायी है। किंतु इससे प्रबंध मंडल के अधिकार पर यह कि लोक हित में उसे आर्डनेंस कारखाना संगठन के किसी अन्य विद्यालय/ क्षेत्र में समतुल्य पदों पर स्थानांतरित किया जा सकता है , प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा ।

टिप्पण 8 : परिदर्शक के पद को प्रशिक्षित स्नातक अध्यापक के पद के लिए पुनः पदाभिहित किया जाएगा और परिदर्शक का पद तुरंत उत्सादित हो जाएगा।

टिप्पण 9 : उसी वेतनमान में पदों की कुल संख्या के भीतर विभिन्न पदनामों और वेतनमानों के नामों के अधीन पदों में परिवर्धन और कटौती आर्डनेंस कारखाना बोर्ड द्वारा समय - समय पर कार्यभार में परिवर्तन और कृत्यिक अपेक्षाओं के आधार पर की जा सकेगी । टिप्पण 10: आवश्यक शैक्षिक अर्हताओं को अभिप्राप्त करने से पूर्व अनुभव पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा ।

टिप्पण 11 : अध्यापकों के विभिन्न प्रवर्गों के लिए अपेक्षित अनुभव उस कक्षा में अध्यापन का अनुभव होना चाहिए जिसके लिए उसे भर्ती किया गया है अर्थात् प्राथमिक/उच्च विद्यालय और हायर सैकेंडरी स्तर ।

टिप्पण 12: सामान्य वेतनमान से ज्येष्ठ वेतनमान में कतिपय पदों पर प्रोन्नति एकक स्तर पर विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति की बैठक करने के पश्चात् की जाएगी । विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति में समूह ' क ' अधिकारी होंगे जो संबंधित कारखानों के महाप्रबंधक द्वारा नामनिर्देशित किए जाएंगे । ज्येष्ठ वेतनमान और चयन वेतनमान किसी अध्यापक की , उनके द्वारा धारित मूल पद पर ज्येष्ठता को प्रभावित नहीं करेगा।

S.R.O. 151. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ordnance Factorics Organization (Group ' C' Posts of School Establishment) Recruitment Rules , 2003 , in so far as they relate to certain Group ' B ' and ' C' Posts specified in the Schedule , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment for Group ' B ' and ' C ' Posts in the School Establishment of Ordnance Factories Organization in Ministry of Defence , namley:-

1. Short title and commencement.-( 1) These rules may be called the Indian Ordnance Factories Organization (Guoup ' B ' and' C ' Posts of School Establishment) Recruitment Amendment Rules , 2006.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Number of posts , classification and scale of pay . The number of posts , their classification and the scales of pay attached thereto , shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4 ) of the Schedule annexed in these rule .

3. Method of appointment , age- limit and other , qualifications etc. The method of recruitment , age - limit , qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5 ) to (14) of the Schedule aforesaid.

4. Disqualification. No person ,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing , relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons or posts .

6. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age - limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes , the Ex - servicemen and other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard .

ANNEXURE

Note- 1 : The number ofposts indicated in Col. (2) of the schedule are all subject to variation dependent on workload .

Note-2: In relation to prescribed qualifications under Col (8) of this shedule the question whether a qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification for any posts shall be decided by the Ordnance Factory Board .

Note-3: For the purpose of these rules , the Ordnance Factory Board may authorize any Member of the Board or Additional Director General Ordnance Factory to exercise any or all of its power on its behalf and it shall be deemed to have been exercised by the saidBoard.

Note-4: In these rules the term " General Manager of the Factory" and its variation shall include Senior General Manager, General Manager , Senior DDGOF, DDGOF, Principal Director of Staff College and Heads of other establishment declared by Ordnance Factory Board to be equivalent to General Manager of Ordnance Factories .

Note-5: Whether any age limit laid down in Col. (7) of this Schedule the crucial date for determining age limit shall be the closing date of receipt of applications form Candidates in India (other than froin Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep). in respect of posts , the appointment to which are made through the Employment Exchange crucial date for determining the age limit in each case shall be the last date up to which the Employment Exchange are asked to submit the same name .

Note-6 : Whether any conditions of a minimum service is laid down in Col. ( 12) of this Schedule and a junior employee is considered for selection by virtue of his satisfying the said minimum service condition, all persons senior to him who have completed probation period shall also become eligible for consideration for selection not- withstanding that they may not satisfy the minimum service condition.

Note-7 : For administrative convenience , the Ordnance Factory Board categories the schools as falling under certain geographical regions . The incumbent in Goup ' C ' posts in this schedule are normally liable for service in any school in the same region in the Ordnance Factories Organisation . But this will be without prejudice to the right of the management that in the public interest to transfer to equivalent posts in any other schools/ region in the Ordnance Factories Organisation .

Note-8 : The psot of Demonstrator will be re -designated to the post of TGT and will henceforth the post of Demonstrator is abolished .

Note-9 : Within the total number of posts in the same scale of pay , addition to and reduction of posts under different designation and names on any scale of pay may be made by Ordnance Factory Board from time to time on the basis of changes in workload and functional requirement.

Note-10 : Experience before acquiring essential educational qualification will not be considered.

Note- 11 : The experience required for different categories of teachers should be the experience in teaching in the class for which they are to be recruited i.e. Primary , HS & HSS level .

का. नि. आ. 152.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और पैदल सेना विद्यालय सिविलियन राजपत्रित अधिकारी श्रेणी-2 ( उत्पादन ) भर्ती नियम , 1977 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जो ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किये गये हैं या करने का लोप किया गया है, पैदल सेना विद्यालय , महू में सिविलियन राजपत्रित अधिकारी श्रेणी 2 ( उत्पादन ) समूह ' ख ' (राजपत्रित) अननुसचिवीय पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्: -

5500-9000 रु . के वेतनमान में ऐसा कार्यालय अधीक्षक जिसने उस श्रेणी में तीन वर्ष नियमित सेवा की हो जिसके न हो सकने पर ऐसा कार्यालय अधीक्षक जिसने सम्मिलित रूप से कार्यालय अधीक्षक एवं 5000-8000 रु. के वेतनमान में सहायक के रूप में कुल मिलाकर छह वर्ष नियमित सेवा की हो जिसमें से कार्यालय अधीक्षक के रूप में दो वर्ष की नियमित सेवा हो ।

टिप्पण:-जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में जिन्होंने अपनी

अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है , प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब कि उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक/ पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से , इनमें से जो भी कम हो , कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित उनकी उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली है , जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक/ पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है ।

प्रतिनियुक्ति: केन्द्रीय सरकार के ऐसे अधिकारी

( क) ( i ) जो मूल काडर/विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पर धारण किए हों; या

( ii ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में 5500 9000 या समतुल्य वेतनमान में नियमित आधार पर उस पर नियुक्तिके पश्चात् तीन वर्ष सेवा की है ; और

(ख) जिनके पास प्रकाशन या मुद्रण या सामग्री या उपस्कर आदि के लेखा से संबंधित सरकारी विभाग के उत्पादन अनुभाग या प्रभाग में पर्यवेक्षीय हैसियत में तीन वर्ष काअनुभव है ।

टिप्पण: -पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी , जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में हैं , प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुक्त व्यक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।

S.R.O. 152. In exercise of the powers conferred by the pawiso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Infantry School Civilian Gazetted Officer Grade - II (Production) Recruitment Rules , 1977 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitmentto the post of Civilian Gazetted Officer Grade - II (Production), Group ' B ' Gazetted (Non-ministerial) in the Infantry School, Mhow, namely :- .

1. Short Title and commencement.-( 1) These rules may be called the Infantry School , Mhow , Civilian Gazetted Officer Grade- II (Production) Recruitment Rules , 2006.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and scale of pay . The number of posts, its classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns ( 2) to ( 4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules .

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, and other qualifications etc. The method of recruitment age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in columns ( 5) to (14) of the said Schedule .

4. Disqualification. No person ,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who , having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a inarriage with any person ,

shall be eligible for the appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is perinissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation of this rule .

5. Power to relax. Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , itmay, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

6. Saving . Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required tobe provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , Ex - Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. सक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सशस्त्र बल चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय , पुणे ज्येष्ठ निजी सचिव भर्ती नियम , 2006 है ।

(2 ) यह राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पदों की संख्या , वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान पदों की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु- सीमा और अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता. कोई व्यक्ति, -

(क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है; या

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी।

टिप्पण 1: -6500-10500 रुपए के पुनरीक्षित वेतनमान में ऐसे विभागीय निजी सचिव जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में तीन वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो , बाहरी अभ्यर्थियों के साथ विचार किया जाएगा । यदि उसका पद पर प्रनियुक्ति के लिए चयन हो जाता है तो उसे प्रोन्नति पर भरा गया समझा जाएगा ।

का. नि. आ. 154.- प्रादेशिक सेना अधिनियम , 1948 की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , प्रादेशिक सेना नियम में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-

1. ( i ) इन नियमों का नाम प्रादेशिक सेना नियम, 2006 है ।

( ii) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. प्रादेशिक सेना नियम , 1948 ( 1976 संस्करण ) के अनुच्छेद 123 के अन्त में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात् :-

(क ) उपरोक्त के अतिरिक्त , प्रत्येक माह में दो दिन के दर से आकस्मिक अवकाश , वार्षिक प्रशिक्षण शिविर , स्वैच्छिक प्रशिक्षण , केडर, पूर्व कोर्स प्रशिक्षण और कोर्स के दौरान कमान अधिकारी या कमान अधिकारी सेना प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र द्वारा दिये जा सकते हैं। ये आकस्मिक अवकाश उपरोक्त गतिविधियों के दौरान ही दिये जा सकते हैं ।

(ख ) उपरोक्त प्रावधान प्रादेशिक सेना की विभागीय यूनिटों के उन कर्मचारियों पर भी लागू होंगे जो सम्बन्धित विभाग में नियुक्त नहीं है।

( ग ) यह प्रावधान एक वर्ष में लागू आकस्मिक अवकाश से अधिक अवकाश नहीं देगा।

S.R.O. 154. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section14 of the Territorial Army Act, 1948 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the Territorial Army Regulation , 1948 (1976 Edition ) , namely :-- 1. (i) These regulations may be called the Territorial Army Regulations, 2006.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. In existing Para 123 of Territorial Army Regulations , 1948 ( 1976 Editiion) following will be added :-

(a) Notwithstanding the above , casual leave at the rate of two days for each month of annual training , volunteer training, cadres , pre-course training and courses scheduled may be granted to the individual by the Commanding Officer or the Commandant of the Army training establishment . This causal leave will be availed during the course of above events .

[PART II -SEC. 4] (b) The above provisions will also be applicable to those TA personnel of departmental units who are not employee of respective department under whose behest the unit has been raised.

(c) The maximum limit of casual leave during the year , however , will not increase more than the existing provisions in the Rules .
