सा.का. नि. 172.- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार के कार्यालय और राज्य एवं संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों में स्थित जनगणना कार्य निदेशालय ( सांख्यिकीय अन्वेषक ग्रेड-1 ) भर्ती नियम , 2001 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए , अधिक्रमण से पहले इस संबंध में की गई या लोप की जाने वाली कार्यवाही को छोड़कर , भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय में और राज्यों एवं संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों में स्थित जनगणना कार्य निदेशालयों में ( सांख्यिकीय अन्वेषक ग्रेड-1 ) के पद पद पर भर्ती की पंद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्:-

1. सक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय और राज्य एवं संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों में स्थित जनगणना कार्य निदेशालय ( सांख्यिकीय अन्वेषक ग्रेड-1 ) भर्ती नियम , 2007 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद की संख्या , वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, इन पदों की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उनका वेतनमान वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु- सीमा अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पद पर भतीं की पद्धति , आयु सीमा , शैक्षणिक अर्हताएं और उक्त पद से संबंधित अन्य बात ये होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हताएं. वह व्यक्ति,-

(क ) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है ; या

(ख ) जिसने अपने पति यां अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है ,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी । 5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां वह संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके और उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के बारे में , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृति. - इन नियमों की कोई भी बात , ऐसे आरक्षणों , आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों , अन्य पिछड़ें वर्ग भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

वांछनीय :

( 1 ) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से सांख्यिकीय या गणित ( सांख्यिकी सहित ) या अर्थशास्त्र ( सांख्यिकी सहित ) या वाणिज्य ( सांख्यिकी सहित ) में द्वितीय श्रेणी स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि या समकक्ष। तारीख होगी , ( असम , मेघालय , अरुणाचल प्रदेश , मिजोरम , मणिपुर, नागालैण्ड, त्रिपुरा , सिक्किम , जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्य का लद्दाख डिविजन , हिमाचल प्रदेश का लाहौल एवं स्पीति जिला और चम्बा जिले का पांगी सब डिविजन, संघ राज्य क्षेत्र अण्डमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र लक्षद्वीप में रहने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख नहीं )

( 2 ) सांख्यिकीय आंकड़ों के एकत्री- करण , सारणीकरण , विश्लेषण और व्याख्या में दो वर्ष का अनुभव ।

भर्ती की पद्धति : भर्ती सीधे होगी या प्रोन्नत्ति द्वारा या प्रतिनियुक्ति या आमेलन द्वारा और विभिन्न पद्धतियों से भरेजाने वाली रिक्तियों की प्रतिशतता

50 प्रतिशत प्रोन्नति द्वारा जिसके न होने पर प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा और 50 प्रतिशत सीधे भर्ती द्वारा ।

प्रोन्नति अथवा प्रतिनियुक्ति अथवा आमेलन द्वारा भर्ती की दशा में वे ग्रेड जिनसे प्रोन्नति/प्रतिनियुक्ति अथवा आमेलन किया जाएगा

प्रोन्नतिः-

ग्रेड में 5500-9000 रु. के वेतनमान में तीन वर्ष नियमित सेवा वाले सांख्यिकीय अन्वेषक ग्रेड- II जिनके न होने पर सांख्यिकीय अन्वेषक ग्रेड- II ( 5500-9000 रुपए) और सांख्यिकीय अन्वेषक ग्रेड- III ( 5000-8000 रुपए) के ग्रेडों में संयुक्त रूप से छह वर्ष की नियमित सेवा सहित 5500-9000 रुपए के वेतनमान में सांख्यकीय अन्वेषक ग्रेड- II ।

टिप्पणी:-जहां पर ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के नाम पर प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जाता है जिन्होंने अपने अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पूर्ण कर ली है तो उनके वरिष्ठों के नाम पर भी विचार किया जाएगा बशर्ते कि उन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा की आधे से अधिक अथवा दो वर्ष की आवश्यक अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा , जो भी कम हो , पूर्ण कर ली हो , और अगले उच्च ग्रेड में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठों सहित , जो ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूर्ण कर चुके हैं, अपनी परिवीक्षा अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण कर लीहो।

प्रतिनियुक्ति:

केन्द्रीय/ राज्य सरकार/संघ राज्य क्षेत्र अधीन ऐसे अधिकारी:-

(क) ( i ) जो मूल संवर्ग या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पर धारण किए हों; या

( ii ) जिन्होंने मूल संवर्ग या विभाग में 5500-9000 रु. या समकक्ष के वेतनमान में पंद पर नियमित निधावत के पश्चात् ग्रेड में तीन वर्ष की सेवा की हो, जौर (ख) कॉलम 8 के अधीन सीधी भर्ती के लिए विहित शैक्षणिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव रखते हों । 896

(फीडर वर्ग में ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी जो प्रोन्नति की सीधे क्रम में हों वे प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार करने के पात्र नहीं होंगे) ।

इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुदित पर नियुक्त व्यक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार करने के पात्र नहीं होंगे ।

केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या अन्य संगठन या विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से तुरंत पहले धारित किसी अन्य संवर्ग- बाह्य पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि सहित प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि सामान्यतः तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होंगी ।

प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन यत्र प्राप्त होने की अन्तिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए । (1

यदि विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति विहामान है , तो उसकी संरचना क्याहै

भर्ती करते समय में किन परिस्थितियों में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श किया जाएगा ।

C.S.R. 172.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Office of the Registrar General , India and the Offices of the Directors of Census Operations in States and Union Territories ( Statistical Investigator Grade - 1) Recruitment Rules , 2001 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post ofStatistical Investigator Grade - I in the Office ofthe Registrar General , India , and the Offices ofthe Directors of Census Operations in the States and the Union Territories , namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Office of the Registrar General , India and the Offices of the Directors of Census Operations in States and Union Territories . Statistical Investigator Grade - 1 , Recruitment Rules , 2007.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Number of post, classification and scale of pay. The number of the said post , by its classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules .

3.Method of recruitment , age limit , qualifications etc. The method of recruitment , age limit , qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns ( 5 ) to ( 14 ) of the aforesaid Schedule .

4. Disqualification . No person ,--

897 (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who , having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person ,

shall be eligible for the appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation of this rule .

5. Power to relax . Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

6. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , other Backward classes , Ex- Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in thisregard.

(i) Second Class Master's Degree in Statistics or Mathematics (with statistics) or Economics (with Statistics) or Commerce (with statistics) or Commerce (with statistics) from a recognised University or equivalent .

Ladhakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division ofChamba district of Himachal Pradesh, the Union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands orthe Union territory of Lakshdweep).

(ii ) Two years ' experience in collection, tabulation , analysis and interpretation of statistical data.

Promotion : Statistical Investigator Grade - II in the scale of pay of Rs . 5500-9000 with three years ' regular service in the grade failing which Statistical Investigator Grade - II in the pay scale of Rs . 5500- 9000 with six years ' combined regular service in the grades of Statistical Investigator Grade - 11 ( Rs . 5500-9000 ) and Statistical Investigator Grade- III (Rs . 5000-8000 ) .

Note : Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion , their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service , or two years , whichever is less , and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade alongwith their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service .

Deputation:

Officers under the Central / State Governments /Union Territories:

(a) (i ) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;

(ii) with three years ' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs . 5500-9000 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and

(b) possessing the educational qualification and experience prescribed for direct recruits under column 8.

(The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation .

Similarly deputationist shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex- cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years . सा. का. नि. 173. - राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और केन्द्रीय कुष्ठ रोग प्रशिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्थान , चेंगुलपट्टु, नर्सिंग सिस्टर भर्ती नियम , 1989 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए , जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है , केन्द्रीय कुष्ठ रोग प्रशिक्षण और अनुसंधान संस्थान चेंगुलपट्टु , तमिलनाडु में नर्सिंग सिस्टर के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं अर्थात्: - 1. सक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute , Chengalpattu , Nursing Sister, Recruitment Rules , 1989, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Nursing Sister in the Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, namely :-

1. Short Title and commencement.--( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Chengalpattu, Nursing Sister , Recruitment Rules, 2007.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2.Number of post , classification and scale of pay. The number of said post , its classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2 )to (4) ofthe Schedule annexed to these rules .

3. Method ofrecruitment, age limit, qualifications etc. The method of recruitment age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to ( 14 ) of the said Schedule.

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम संस्कृति मंत्रालय , राष्ट्रीय संग्रहालय , नई दिल्ली , महानिदेशक भर्ती नियम, 2007 है ।

(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद- संख्या , वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, उक्त पद की संख्या , उसका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतनमान वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु- सीमा और अन्य अहंताएं आदि. उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संर्बोधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति ,-

(क ) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है ,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा

1. Short title and Commencement . ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture , National Museum , NewDelhi , Director General Recruitment Rules , 2007 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2.Number of posts , classification and scale of pay . The number of the said post, its classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules .

3. Method of recruitment , age limit and other qualificationsetc. The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5 ) to ( 14) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification . No person,-

907 (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who, having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person ,

shall be eligible for the appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule .

3. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, itmay, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing , and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

6. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions. required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , the Ex - Servicemen , the other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time inthis regard.

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम पशुपालन , डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग पशुपालन अधिकारी समूह " क" पद भर्ती नियम , 2007 है ।

[PART II-SEC. 3 ( i) ] (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. लागूहोना.- ये नियम इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों को लागू होंगे ।

3. पद- संख्या , वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, उक्त पदों की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वह होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

5. निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति,-

( क ) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है; या

उक्त पद पर नियुक्तिका पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी । 6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति, जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

7. व्यावृति. इन नियमों की कोई भी बात , ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों , अनुसूचित जनजातियों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

टिप्पण 2 : अनुभव संबंधी अर्हता

(ख) जिनके पास निम्नलिखित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव है।

आवश्यक:

( i ) भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद् अधिनियम , 1984 की प्रथम और द्वितीय अनुसूची में सूचीबद्ध पशुचिकित्सा विज्ञान और पशुपालन में स्नातक डिग्री।

( ii ) भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद्/राज्य पशुचिकित्सा परिषद् में पंजीकरण

( iii ) जिसके पास गोपशु और पशुधन विकास या कुक्कुट या पशु स्वास्थ्य या मांस और मांस उत्पादों में 5 वर्षों का अनुभव हो।

वांछनीय अर्हताएं :

( i ) मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/संस्था या समतुल्य से पशुचिकित्सा विज्ञान और पशुपालन के किसी भी क्षेत्र में डाक्टरेट की डिग्री ।

पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्तिमें है प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार , प्रतिनियुक्त प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।

वांछनीय अर्हताएं:

(i ) मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्था से पशुचिकित्सा विज्ञान और पशुपालन के किसी भी क्षेत्र में डाक्टरेट की डिग्री या समतुल्य।

पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्तिमें है प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार, प्रतिनियुक्त प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहींहोंगे ।

[PART II-SEC. 3 ( i) ] Livestock Officer , Assistant Commissioner (Animal Husbandry ) , Deputy Commissioner (Animal Husbandry) , Joint Commissioner (Animal Husbandry) in the Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries), namely :-

1. Short Title and commencement . ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Department of Animal Husbandry , Dairying and Fisheries , Animal Husbandry Officers Group "A " posts Recrüitment Rules , 2007 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Application . These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of post, their classification and scale of pay. The number of the post , their classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2 ) to (4 ) of the said Schedule .

4. Method of recruitment, age limit , qualifications etc. The method of recruitment age limit , qualifications and other matters relating to the said post , shall be as specified in the columns 5 to 14 of the aforesaid Schedule .

5. Disqualification .-No person, (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who , having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person ,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation of this rule .

6. Power to relax . Where the Central Government is ofthe opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do. itmay, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing , and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

7. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , Ex - Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard .

Note : The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment by deputation . Similarly , deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion .

[Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex - cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department ofthe Central Government shall not exceed five years .
