सा. का. नि. 177. - राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ( अध्यक्ष, सदस्य और सचिव- सह- परीक्षा नियंत्रक ) भर्ती नियम , 1977 को जहां तक उनका संबंध अध्यक्ष और सदस्य के पदों से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है कर्मचारी चयन आयोग में अध्यक्ष और सदस्य के पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. सक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ( अध्यक्ष और सदस्य ) भर्ती नियम , 2007 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. लागू होना.-ये नियम इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ । में विनिर्दिष्ट पद/पदों के लिए लागू होंगे।

3. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, उक्त पदों की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

[PART II-SEC. 3 ( i ) ] 4. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

5. अध्यक्ष और सदस्य की पदावधि. कर्मचारी चयन आयोग का अध्यक्ष या सदस्य पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या जब तक वह बासठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करता है , जो भी पहले हो , पद धारण करेगा । यदि कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के अध्यक्ष या सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त कोई अधिकारी , पांच वर्ष की अवधि पूरा करने से पहले अधिवर्षिता पर सेवानिवृत्त हो जाता है तो उसे 62 वर्ष की अपनी आयु सीमा के अध्यधीन पदावधि की शेष अवधि के लिए पुनर्नियोजन निबंधनों पर समझा जाएगा ।

निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति,-

( क ) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिनका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है ; या

(ख ) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है ,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

7. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

8. व्यावृत्ति.- इन नियमों की कोई बात , ऐसे आरक्षण , आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों , अनुसूचित जनजातियों , अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

(ख) जिनके पास निम्नलिखित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव हैं :

(i ) किसी भी विद्या में स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि ;

(ii) सेवा, प्रशासनिक, सतर्कता , स्थापना तथा वित्तीय विषयों की बाबत 15 वर्ष का अनुभव ।

टिप्पण : प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 59 वर्ष से अधिक नहींहोगी।

भर्ती करने में किन परिस्थितियों में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग. से परामर्श किया जाएगा

G.S.R. 177. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Staff Selection Commission ( Chairman , Member & Secretary- cum-Controller of Examinations ) Recruitment Rules , 1977 , in so far as they relate to the posts of Chairman and Member , except as respects things done or भारत का राजपत्र : सितम्बर 1 , 2007/भाद्र 10 , 1929

929 omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Chairman and Member in the Staff Selection Commission , namely :-

1. Short Title and commencement. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Staff Selection Commission (Chairman and Members) Recruitment Rules , 2007 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application .-T rules shall apply to posts specified in column 1 ofthe Schedule annexed to these rules .

3. Number of post , classification and scale of pay. The number of said post, their classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2 ) to (4) of the said Schedule .

4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc. The method ofrecruitment age limit , qualifications and other matters relating thereto , shall be as specified in columns (5 ) to ( 14) of the afore said Schedule .

5. Tenure of office of Chairman and Member. The Chairman or Member of the Staff Selection Commission shall hold office for a period of five years or till he attain the age of sixty - two years , whichever is earlier . In case an officer appointed as Chairman or Member of the Staff Selection Commission, retires on superannuation before completing the tenure of five years , he shall be deemed to be on re -employment terms for the remaining period of tenure subject to the upper age limit of62 years .

6. Disqualification .-No person ,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who , having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person , shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule .

7. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

8. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to tirne in this regard.

1. (1) These rules may be called the Union Public Service Commission ( Lineman ) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules,2007.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Union Public Service Commission ( Lineman) Recruitment Rules , 2000, in the Schedule ,- (a) in Column 11 , for the words " Deputation/Absorption " , the word " Deputation " shall be substituted;

(b) in Column 12, for the words "Deputation/Absorption " , the word " Deputation " shall be substituted.

सा. का. नि. 179.- केन्द्रीय सरकार , राजभाषा अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 19 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (4 ) के साथ पठित धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राजभाषा ( संघ के शासकीय प्रयोजनों के लिए प्रयोग ) नियम , 1976 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-

1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम राजभाषा ( संघ के शासकीय प्रयोजनों के लिए प्रयोग ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2007 है। (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. राजभाषा ( संघ के शासकीय प्रयोजनों के लिए प्रयोग ) नियम, 1976 में-

नियम 2 के खण्ड (च ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित खंड रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

'(f) "Region A" means the States of Bihar , Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan , Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand and National Capital Territory ofDelhi, and the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands; '

सा.का. नि. 181. - राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और राष्ट्रीय नमूना सर्वेक्षण संगठन ( आंकड़ा प्रसंस्करण प्रभाग और सर्वेक्षण परिकल्पना तथा अनुसंधान प्रभाग ) संमूह " ग " ( अनुसचिवीय पद ) भर्ती नियम , 1987 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने से लोप किया गया है , सांख्यिकी और कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन आंकड़ा प्रसंस्करण प्रभाग और सर्वेक्षण परिकल्पना तथा अनुसंधान प्रभाग , राष्ट्रीय नमूना सर्वेक्षण संगठन में समूह " ग " (अनुसचिवीय पदों) पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्: -

1. सक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय नमूना सर्वेक्षण संगठन ( आंकड़ा प्रसंस्करण प्रभाग और सर्वेक्षण परिकल्पना तथा अनुसंधान प्रभाग ) समूह " ग " ( अनुसचिवीय पद ) भर्ती नियम, 2007 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

लागू होना : ये नियम इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों को लागू होंगे ।

2. पद-संख्या , वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, उक्त पदों की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु- सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु- सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूवोक्त उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति,-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से बिवाह किया है ,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

[PART II-SEC . 3 ( i ) ] 6. व्यावृत्ति. इन नियमों की कोई भी बात , ऐसे आरक्षणों , आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों , अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

(ख) निम्नलिखित रीति में 15 प्रतिशत प्रोन्नति द्वारा :-

प्रोन्नति: आंकड़ा प्रसंस्करण प्रभाग और सर्वेक्षण परिकल्पना तथा अनुसंधान प्रभाग के ऐसे समूह ' घ ' कर्मचारी जो मैट्रिकुलेट हैं और या जिनके पास समतुल्य अर्हताएं हैं और जिन्होंने निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अध्यधीन समूह ' घ ' में पांच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है।

(i ) अनुपयुक्तकी अस्वीकृति के अध्यधीन ज्येष्ठता के आधार पर $ प्रतिशत रिक्तियां समूह ' घ ' कर्मचारियों में से भरी जाएंगी

( ii ) 10 प्रतिशत रिक्तियां शैक्षिक रूप से अर्हित समूह ' घ ' कर्मचारियों में से विभागीय रूप से संचालित की जाने वाली अर्हक परीक्षा के आधार पर भरी जाएंगी ,

( i ) इस पद्धति द्वारा सीधे भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों की अधिकतम संख्या वर्ष में उद्भूत होने वाली रिक्तियों का 15 प्रतिशत तक सीमित होगी और भरी न गई रिक्तियां अग्रनीत नहीं कीजाएंगी ,

( ii ) उक्त 15 प्रतिशत रिक्तियों में से 5 प्रतिशत रिक्तियां अनुपयुक्त की अस्वीकृत के अध्यधीन ज्येष्ठता के आधार पर भरी जाएंगी और शेष 10 प्रतिशत विभागीय रूप से आयोजित होने वाली अर्हक परीक्षा के अधार पर भरी जाएंगी । [भाग II- खण्ड-3( i ) ]

G.S.R. 181.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the National Sample Survey Organisation (Data Processing Division and Survey Design and Research Division) Group ' C ' , (Ministerial Posts) Recruitment Rules , 1987, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group 'C' , (Ministerial Posts) in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation Data Processing Division and Survey Design and Research Division , National Sample Survey Organisation , namely :-

1. Short Title and commencement.-( 1) These rules may be called the National Sample Survey Organisation (Data Processing Division and Survey Design and Research Division ) Group ' C ' , (Ministerial Posts ) Recruitment Rules , 2007.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. Application . These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of posts , classification and scale of pay. The number of posts , their classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule .

4. Method of recruitment , age limit, and other qualifications etc. The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (14) ofthe said Schedule .

5. Disqualification . No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who , having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person ,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation of this rule .

6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

7. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , Ex -Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय मत्स्य उद्योग तटीय इंजीनियरी संस्थान फोरमैन ( ड्रिल ) भर्ती नियम, 2007 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. लागू होना-ये नियम इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों को लागू होंगे।

3. पद- संख्या , वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, उक्त पद की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतनमान वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु- सीमा और शैक्षणिक अहंताएं आदि. - उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु-सीमा , अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

5. निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति, -

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है ; या

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी । 6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 1. व्यावृति. - इन नियमों की कोई बात , ऐसे आरक्षणों , आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery ( Group ' C ' and Group ' D ' post) Recruitment Rules , 1989 , in so far as they relate to the post of Foreman Boring Mechanic , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Foreman ( Drilling) in the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery , Bangalore under the Ministry ofAgriculture (Department of Animal Husbandry , Dairying and Fisheries ) , namely :-

1. Short Title and commencement .( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, Foreman (Drilling ) Recruitment Rules , 2007 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

rules. 2. Application . These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule annexed to these 3. Number of posts , its classification and the scale of pay. The number of the said post , its classification and the scales of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2 ) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules .

4. Method of recruitment , age limit and other qualifications. The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts , shall be as specified in columns (5) to ( 14) of the said Schedule .

5. Disqualification .-No person,-

(i ) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(ii ) who , having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person ,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may , if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so , exempt any person from the operation of these rules .

6. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , itmay, by order , for reasons to be recorded in writing , relax any ofthe provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

7. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , Other Backward Classes , Ex -Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in thisregard.

G.S.R. 183. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession ofthe Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, Field Assistants , Group ' C ' Recruitment Rules , 1989 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such suspersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Field Assistant in the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery , Bangalore , under the Ministry of Agriculture , Department of Animal Husbandry , Dairying and Fisheries, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement.-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery , Field Assistant Recruitment Rules , 2007 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application. These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1 ) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.Number of posts , classification and the scale of pay. The number of the said post , its classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules .

4. Method of recruitment, age limit, and other qualifications. The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, Qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to ( 14) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification.---No person,-

(i) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(ii) who , having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person ,

shall be eligible for the appointment to the said posts :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so exempt any person from the operation of these rule.

6. Power to relax .-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, itmay,by order , for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

7. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय मत्स्य उद्योग तटीय इंजीनियरी संस्थान , फेरो मशीन आपरेटर भर्ती नियम , 2007 है ।

(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. लागू होना : ये नियम इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों को लागू होंगे।

3. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतनमान वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु- सीमा और शैक्षिक अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

5. निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति, -.

(क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है ; या

( ख ) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है ,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी । 6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 7. व्यावृति. - इन नियमों की कोई बात , ऐसे आरक्षणों , आयु- सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों , भूतपूर्व सैनिकों अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 185.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in' supersession of the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, (Group ' C ' and Group ' D ' post) Recruitment Rules, 1989, insofar as they relate to the post of Poen , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Peon inthe Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery , Bangalore , under the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of AnimalHusbandry , Dairying and Fisheries ) , namely :----

1. Short title and commencement.----( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Insitute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, ( Peon) Recruitment Rules , 2007 .

(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

rules . 2. Application . These rules shall aply to the posts as specified in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule annexed to these 3: Number of posts, its classification and the scale of pay. 7. Saving. Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , other Backward Clases , Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

4. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु- सीमा और शैक्षिक अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु- सीमा , अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी । 6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 7. व्यावृत्ति.- इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण , आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों , अनुसूचित जनजातियों , भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery ( Group ' C ' and Group ' D ' post) Recruitment Rules , 1989, in so far as they relate to the post of Watchman/ Chowkidar , except as respects thing done or omitted to be done before such suspersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Watchman in the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, Bangalore , under the Ministry of Agriculture Department of Animal Husbandry , Dairying and Fisheries , namely :---

1. Short Title and commencement .( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Indsitute of Coastal Engineering forFishery , (Witchman) Recruitment Rules, 2007.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

6. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , itmay, by order , for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class orcategory of persons .

7. Saving. सा.का.नि. 188.- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारतीय खान ब्यूरो (वर्ग 4 पद ) भर्ती नियम , 1965 को, जहां तक उनका संबंध चेनमैन के पद से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने से लोप किया गया है , भारतीय खान ब्यूरो में चेनमैन के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है , अर्थात्:-

1. सक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय खान ब्यूरो ( चेनमैन ) समूह ' घ ' भर्ती नियम , 2007 है । (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद- संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान. उक्त पदों की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे , जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु- सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं आदि. उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु- सीमा , अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) से स्तम्भ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता. वह व्यक्ति,
