का.नि.आ. 78. राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 3000 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और नौसेना भमृह ' ग ' ( अनौद्योगिक ) पद, नौसेना आयुद्ध प्रदाय संगठन ( गांलायारूद कर्मशाला ) भर्ती नियम , 1977 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए , जिन्हें ऐसं अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है , या करने का लोप किया गया है , रक्षा मंत्रालय , नौसेना में समूह ' ख' और ममूह ' ग ' ( तकनीकी पर्यवेक्षक कर्मचारिवृंद ) पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात
1. संक्षिप्त नाथ और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) इस नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम नौसेना आयुद्ध प्रदाय संगठन ( तकनीकी पर्यवेक्षक कर्मचारिंद ) ( गोलाबारूद कर्मशाला ) , समूह ' खै' और समूह ' ग' पद भर्ती नियम , 2008 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. लागू होना, ये नियम इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों पर लागू होंगे ।
3. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, उक्त पदों की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे, जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 2 ) से स्तंभ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।
4. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा, अहंताएं आदि. उक्त पदों पर भर्ती को पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य चातें ये होगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 5 ) से स्तंभ ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।
5. निरर्हता, वह व्यक्ति-
( क ) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से , जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है; या
(ख ) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है ,
उक्त पदों में से किसी पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:

PART I S परंतु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और वित्रा के अन्य पक्षकार को लागूि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियमन से छूट दे सकेगी ।
६. शिथिल करने की शक्ति-जहां केंद्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आधारक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए वो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , और समूह ' ख' पदां के संबंध में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेषो । 7. व्यावृत्ति-इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण , आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य विपन्नों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालंगी , जिनका कंन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय- समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियां अन्य पिछड़े वगों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

टिप्पण: जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों कसं जिन्न रोना पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विधार चिया जा अपनी अहंक या पाचता हो जहां उनकी ज्येष् मतों के संबंध में भी विचार किथाणु यह गये जब कि उसके द्वारा की नई एमी आईक या पात्रता सेत्रः अपना मेवा के आधे से अधिक सं 297 [ भाग -खण्ड 4 ]

या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हां, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिग्न व्यक्तियों सहित जिन्होंने ऐसी अहंक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी की ली है अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर लीहो ।
II . प्रतिनियुक्ति [जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है । केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों या विश्वविद्यालयों या मान्यताप्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्थानों या पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रमों या अर्द्धसरकारी या कानूनी या स्त्रशासी संगठनों के अधीन ऐसे अधिकारी-
( क) ( ३ ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सङ्गश पद धारणा किया हुआ है: या
( ii ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में 6500-10500 रुपए या समतुल्य के खेतनमान में निगमित आधार पर उनकी नियुक्ति के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में दो वर्ष सेवा की है ; और
( ख ) जो निम्नलिखित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव रखते हैं :
(i ) इंजीनियरिंग की समुचित शाखा में स्नातक ( प्रत्येक भर्ती के समय अधिसूचित कीजाए) ।
( ii ) किसी सरकारी या अर्द्ध सरकारी या स्वशासी संगठन या कर्मशाला में फोरमैन के रूप में कार्य करने का दो वर्ष का अनुभव ।
टिप्पण : ( । ) पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी , जो प्रोन्नति को सीधी पंक्ति में है , प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार , प्रतिनियुक्त व्यक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने कं पात्र नहीं होंगे 1
प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) की अवधि , जिसके अन्तर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति ( जिसकं अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) की अवधि है , साधारणतया तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । प्रतिनियुक्ति ( जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) पर नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी ।
यदि विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति है, तो उसकी संरचना
भर्ती करने में किन परिस्थितियों में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श किया जाएगा

समूह 'ख' विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति ( प्रोन्नति के संबंध में विधार करने के लिए ) निम्नलिखित से मिलकर बनेगी
किसी अधिकारी को प्रतिनियुक्ति ( जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) पर नियुक्त करते समय संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करना आवश्यक है ।

( i ) यांत्रिकी, विद्युत इन्त क्ट्रानिक्स ( जिसके अंतर्गत इलैक्ट्रानिक्स और संभृचना तथा इलैक्ट्रॉनिक्स और दूर-संचार भो है ) की शारत्राओं में इंजीনि বরিণ स्नातक ।
या
बेतार संचार, इलेक्ट्रानिक्स, रडिया भौतिकी या रेडियो इंजीनियरिंग सहित विज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि या समतुल्य ।
( ii ) किसी औद्यागिक स्थापन में दो त्रयं का पर्यवक्षी प्रकृति का अनुभव ।
टिप्पण 1 - अर्हनाएं, अन्यथा मुहिंत अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में, लेखबद्ध किए जाने वाले कारणों सं. कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के विवेकानुसार शिथिन की जा सकनी है ।
दिष्यण 2 -अनुभव संबंधी अर्हता ( अहंताएं ) कर्मचारी चयन आयोग या सक्षम अधिकारी के वित्रकानुसार . अनुसूचित जातियां और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में लेखबद्ध किए जाने वाले कारणों से , तन्त्र शिथिल की जा सकती हैं जब चयन के किसी प्रक्रम पर धार्ग वथन आश्रयांग या सक्षम प्राधिकारी की यह राथ है कि उनके लिए आरक्षित रिक्तियों को भरने के लिए अपेक्षित अनुभव रखने वाले उभ समुदायों क अभ्यर्थियों के पर्याप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध होने की संभावना नहीं है । 299 [ भाग ॥-खण्ड 4 ]

73% प्रोन्नति द्वारा और 25 % सीधी भर्ती द्वारा (सीधी भर्ती कर्मचारी चयन आयोग द्वारा ) ।
प्रोन्नति : 5500-9000 रुपए के वेतनमान में ऐसा चार्जमैन । ( गोलाबारूद कर्मशाला ) , जिसने उस श्रेणी में तीन वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है और जिसने इस प्रयोजन के लिए विभागीय अर्हक परीक्षण उत्तीर्ण किया है , जिसके न हो सकने पर ऐसा चार्जमैन-1 , जिसने चार्जमैन -1 और चार्जमैन -2 ( 5000-8000 रुपए) के रूप में छह वर्ष संयुक्त नियमित सेवा की है , जिसमें से एक वर्ष नियमित सेवा चार्जमैन-1 के रूप में हो , और जिसने इस प्रयोजन के लिए विभागीय अर्हक परीक्षण उत्तीर्ण किया है ।
टिप्पण : जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में , जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है , प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो जहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब कि उसके द्वारा को गई ऐसी अर्हक पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक/ पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से था दो वर्ष से , इनमें से जो भी कम हो , कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी की ली है अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनो परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो । (13)

के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तथ जब कि उसके द्वाग की गई ऐसी अहंक पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्थक पात्रता नेता के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से , इनमें से जो भी कम हां, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी की ली है अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रशन्नान के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अर्वाध सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो ।
EI, प्रतिनियुक्ति: केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों या पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रमों या अर्द्धसरकारी या कानूनी या स्वशासी संगठनों के अधीन ऐस अधिकारी-
( क) (i ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में निर्वामत आधार पर सदृश पद भाग्य किया हुआ है। या
(ii ) जिन्होंने पूल काडर या विभाग में 5000-8000/- रुपए या समधुन के बेतनभान में नियुक्ति आधार पर उनकी नियुक्ति के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में तीन वर्ष सत्रा का हो;
( ख) जो निम्नलिखित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभन्न रखते हैं:
( 1 ) समुचित शाखा में विज्ञान में स्नातक या इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लांभा ( प्रत्येक भर्ती यमन अधिसूचित की जाए ) ।
( i ) किसो औद्योगिक स्थापन में एक वर्ष का पर्यवंची प्रकृति का अनुभव ।
टिप्पण १ : पांगक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी , जो प्रोन्नति की मीश्री पक्ति में है. प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार, प्रतिनियुक्त व्यक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विश्वार किए आने के पात्र नहीं होग ।
प्रतिनियुक्ति ( जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संवित भी है की अवधि , जिसके अन्तर्गत कंन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन विभाग में इस नियुक्ति स टोक पहले भारित किसी अन्य काहर वाह पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति जिसकं अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) की अर्वाभहै साधारणतया तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । प्रतिनियुक्ति ( जिमक अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) पर नियुक्ति के ग्निए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने का अंतिम तारीख को ॐ वर्ष में एक नहीं होगी ।

S.R.O. 78. In exercise of the powers conferred by the provise to article 100 of the Constitution of India and in supersession ofthe Navy. Group ' C ' ( Non- Industrial ) posts , Naval Armament Suppfy Organisation ( Ammunition Workshop ) Recruitment Rules . 1977 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to these Group 'B ' and C ( Technical Supervisory Staff) posts in Navy, Ministry ofDefence namely :
1. Short title and commencement . ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Naval Armament Supply Organisation (Technical Supervisory Staff) ( Ammunition Workshop ) . Grottp 'B ' and 'C' posts Recrummer Rules , 2008 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application. These rules shall be apply to the posts specified in Column inotthe Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of post. classification and swale of pay. The number of the posts , their classification and the sutles o pay allached thereto shall be as specified in columns ( 2 ) 10 ( 4 ) of the said Schedule .
4. Method of recruitment , age - limit and other qualifications , etc. The method of recruitment , age -limin qualifications and other matters realting thereto shall be as specified in Columns ( 5 ) tw ( 14 ) of the said schedule 5. Disqualification.--No person ,
( a ) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living , has entered imo or contracted a marriage with any person .
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts
Provided that the Central Governinent may , if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personel las applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person thom the operation of these rule.
6. Power to relax. Where the Cemral Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expediem todo so, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing , and in consultatron with the Union Public Service Commission on respect of Group ' R ' posts, relax any of the provisions of these tales with respect to any class or category of persons
7. Saving.--Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations , relaxation of age - limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes , other Backward Classes , Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Governinen from time to time in this regard.

( ii ) two years working experience as Foreman in any Government or Semi-Government or autonomous organisation or workshop.
Note : The Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation . Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion .
Period ofdeputation (including short -term contract ) including period of deputation (including short- term contract ) in another ex - cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years . The maximum age - limit for appointment by deputation ( including short -term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years , as on the closing date of the receipt of applications .

टिप्पण : जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में, जिन्होंने अपनी अहंक या पात्रता मेवा पूरी कर न्नो है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो जहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तन्त्र जन्त्र कि उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसो अर्हक वा पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक ये या दो २प से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिन्छ व्यक्तियों सहित जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी को ली है. अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा को अवधि सफग्नतापूर्वक पूरी कर लीहो ।
II . प्रतिनियुक्ति [ जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है 1 : केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों भा विश्वविद्यालयों या मान्यताप्राप्त संस्थानों या धरिज़रक संक्टर उपक्रमों या अर्द्धसरकारी या कानूनी या स्वशासी संगठनों के अधीन ऐसे अधिकारी
(क) ( i ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या त्रिभाग में नियमित आभार पर सदृश पद धारण किया हुआ है ; या
(ii ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में 6500- 10.500 रुपार या समतुल्य के चंतनमान चें निर्यामत आधार पर उस पद पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में दो वर्ष संत्रा की है: और
(ख ) जो निम्मलिन्जित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव रखते हैं :
(1 ) इंजीनियरिंग को म्यमुचित शाखा में स्नातक ( प्रत्येक भर्ती के भमग अधिसूचित को जाए ।
(ii ) किसी सरकारी या अर्द्ध सरकारी या म्वशागी संगठन या कर्मशाला में फोरमैन कं रूप में कार्य करने का दी वर्ष का अनुभव।

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation of these rules.

विभिन्न पदों के लिए भर्ती नियमों की अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 11 ) की शीर्ष, भारत सरकार, कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण मंत्रालय के का.जा. सं. ए.बी. 14017/2/ 1997-स्था, ( आर. आर. ) पी.टी. , तारीख 19 जनवरी , 2007 द्वारा संशोधित किए गए हैं । तदनुसार , इन नियमों के अधीन वैमानिक गुणता आश्वासन महानिदेशालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग , ट्रेडसमेन और परीक्षक , समूह ' ग ' और समूह ' घ ' ( औद्योगिक पद ) भतों नियम, 2001 की अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 11 ) का शीर्ष संशोधित किया जा रहा है । चूंकि स्तंभ ( 11 ) का संशोधित शीर्ष, सरकार द्वारा 19 जनवरी , 2007 से आरंभ किया गया है, अतः इन नियमों को भूतलक्षी प्रभाव दिया जा रहा है । तथापि , कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग के उपरोक्त का.ज्ञा. के पैरा 9 के अनुसार पुराने मामलें पुनः नहीं खोले जाएंगे ।
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि इन नियमों को भूतलक्षी प्रभाव देने से किसी के हित प्रतिकूल रूप से प्रभावित नहीं होंगे । (Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance)

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the Presidem hereby makes the following rules to amend the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance . Department ol Defence Production Tradesman and Examiner Group ' C' and ' D' ( Industrial Posts ) Recruitment Rules. 2001 , namely 1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance , Department of DefenceProduction Tradesman and Examiner Group ' C ' and ' D ' ( Industrial Posts ) Recruitment ( Amendment ) Rules . 2008.
(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 19th day of January , 2007
2. In the Ministry of Defence Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Department of Defence Production Tradesman and Examiner Group ' C ' and ' D ' ( Industrial Posts ) Recruitment Rules , 2001. in the Schedule, for the heading occurring in column ( 11 ) relating to the postsfrom serial i to 21 , the following heading shall respectively be substituted, namely
"Method of recruitment : whether by direct recruitment or by promotion or by deputation or absorption and percentage ofthe vacancies to be filled by various methods " .

ExplanatoryMemorandum
The heading of column ( 11 ) of the Schedule to the recruitment rules of various posts have been amended vide Government of India, Department of Personnel and Training OM No. AB 14017/2/ 1997 - Estt . ( RR )/ Pt . dated the 19th January . 2007.Accordingly, the heading of column ( 11 ) of the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance. Departinent ofDefence Production Tradesman and Examiner Group ' C' and 'D' ( Industrial Posts ) Recruitment Rules , 2001 are amended under these rules . These rules are being given retrospective effect since the amended heading of column ( 11 ) has been introduced by the Government from the 19th day of January, 2007. However , the past cases would not be reopened vide Para 9 of DOP&T's ibid OM .
It is certified that interest of no one would be prejudicially affected by giving retrospective effect to these rules .

1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम वैमानिकी क्वालिटी आश्वासन महानिदेशालय , रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग , समूह ' ख ' राजपत्रित (तकनीकी वैज्ञानिक ) पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2008 है । 322

( 2 ) ये 19 जनवरी , 2007 से प्रवृत्त हुए नमले जाएंगे ।
2. वैमानिक इलिटी आश्वासन महानिदेशालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग , समूह ' ख' गजनांप को अनुसूची में, स्तंभ ।। के शीर्ष के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित शीर्ष रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:
" भर्ती की पद्धति : भर्ती सीधे होगी या प्रोन्नति द्वारः या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा या आमलन द्वारा भाभिन पद्धति द्वारा भरी सने अली रिक्तिनों की प्रतिशतता"

2. रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग , क्वालिटी आश्वासन महानिदेशालय , कनिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी समूह ' ख ' पद भर्ती नियम , 2017 की अनुसूची में , स्तंभ 8 में , टिप्पण । के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :
" टिप्पण । : विनिर्दिष्ट शैक्षिक अर्हता और अनुभव का क्षेत्र भर्ती के समय उपदर्शित किया जाएगा । "

1. ( 1 ) 'These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence . Department ofDefence Production , Directorate General of Quality Assurance Junior Technical Officer Group ' B ' Post Recruitment ( Ainendinent) Rules , 2008.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production , Directorate General of Quality Assurance . Junior Technical Officer Group ' B ' Post Recruitmen . Rules. 2007, in the Schedule , in column ( 8 ), for Note 1 , for the following shall be substituted, namely:
