बैपविवि. सं. आरईटी बीसी . 49/12.06.007/2008-2009 --- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 ( 1934 का 2 ) की धारा 42 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) के खंड ( ख ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम कीद्वितीय अनुसूची से " स्टेट बैंक ऑफ सौराष्ट्र " को हटाने का निदेश देता है क्योंकि 13 अगस्त 2008 से उपर्युक्त बैंक ने बैंकिंग कारोबार करना बंद कर दिया है ।
आनंद सिन्हा कार्यपालक निदेशक भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक मुंबई, दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर 2008 बैपविवि. सं. आरईटी बीसी. 60/12.01.001 /2008-2009-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम 1934 की धारा 42 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा 10 अक्तूबर 2008 की पूर्व अधिसूचना बैंपविवि . सं. आरईटी बीसी. 54/12.01.001/2008-09 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करता है कि 11 अक्तूबर 2008 से आरंभ होने वाले पखवाड़े से प्रत्येक अनुसूचित वाणिज्य बैंक द्वारा बनाये रखा जाने वाला औसत आरक्षित नकदी निधि अनुपात ( सीआरआर ) 250 आधार अंक घटाया जाएगा और वह उनकी निवल मांग और मियादी देयताओं का 6.50 प्रतिशत होगा ।

DBOD . No. Ret.BC.60/ 12.01.001/ 2008-2009 -In exercise of the powers conferred under the sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act , 1934 and in supersession of the earlier notification DBOD . No. Ret.BC.54 / 12.01.001/2008-09 dated October 10 , 2008 , the Reserve Bank of India hereby notifies that the average Cash Reserve Ratio ( CRR) required to be maintained by every Scheduled Commercial Bank shall be reduced by 250 basis points to 6.50 per cent of its net demand and time liabilities from the fortnight beginning from October 11, 2008 .

DBOD . No. Ret.BC. 49/ 12.06.007/ 2008-2009 - In exercise of the powers conferred under Clause (b) of sub- section ( 6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act , 1934 (2 of 1934) , the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs exclusion of the " State Bank of Saurashtra " from the Second Schedule to the said Act, as the said bank has ceased to carry on banking business with effect from August 13 , 2008 .
