संकल्प
सोसायटी अधिनियम ( 1860 का XXIवां ) के नियमों तथा विनियमों द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त संग्रहालय की कार्यकारी परिषद् के साथ उचित परामर्श के उपरान्त, राष्ट्रीय मानव संग्रहालय समिति एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र की अधिसूचना हेतु यथा संलग्न निदेशक, इन्दिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय मानव संग्रहालय के पद हेतु भर्ती नियम बनाती है ।
सं. के-11022/ 26/2007- प्र.सु. राष्ट्रपति , श्री एम. वीरप्पा मोइली, अध्यक्ष, द्वितीय प्रशासनिक सुधार आयोग का त्यागपत्र स्वीकार करते हैं । वह 1.4.2009 से इस आयोग के अध्यक्ष नहीं रहेंगे ।
इन नियमों को " निदेशक, इन्दिरा , गांधी राष्ट्रीय मानव संग्रहालय ( आई जी आर एम एस ) , भोपाल के पद हेतु भर्ती नियम " कहा जाएगा ।
प्रभास कुमार झा संयुक्त सचिव ये नियम तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

1. किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से मानव विज्ञान/ पुरातत्व संग्रहालय विज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि या समतुल्य।
2. मानव विकास एवं भारतीय संस्कृति और पर्यावरण विकास, प्राग एवं आद्य इतिहास, मृर्त एवं अमूर्त सांस्कृतिक परम्पराओं का भ्रंशोद्धार तथा संरक्षण, भारतीय कला और शिल्पों के दृश्य विकास का ज्ञान ।
3. उक्त एक या अधिक क्षेत्रों में प्रकाशित कृतियों सहित संगत विषयों में उत्कृष्ट अनुसंधान एवं सहयोग का प्रमाण ।
4. 14,300--18,300/- रु. के वेतनमान के किसी पद पर तीन वर्ष की नियमित सेवा सहित केन्द्र सरकार/राज्य सरकार/विश्वविद्यालयों/ मान्यताप्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्थानों/सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र/ उपक्रभों अर्द्ध सरकारी या सांविधिक या स्वायत्त संगठनों में लगभग 10 वर्ष का प्रशासनिक अनुभव ।

वहां उसे मी सी एस ( पेंशन ) नियमावली, 1972 के नियम के तहत् सेवा के परिवर्धित वर्षों का लाभ दिया गया हो और उसे पहले ही केन्द्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र या भारत सरकार की ऐसी किसी सरकारी सेवा के तहत् स्वायत्त निकाय में की गई उस सेवा अवधि को शामिल करने का लाभ दिया गया हो ।
यदि भर्ती, पदोन्नति/ यदि विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति विद्यमान है तो उसकी संरचना : भर्ती का तरीका : प्रतिनियुक्ति/स्थानांतरण द्वारा तथा विभिन्न पद्धतियों से भरी जाने वालो रिक्तियों का प्रतिशत
प्रतिनियुक्ति /स्थानांतरण से है तो उम ग्रेड का नाम जिससे पदोन्नतिः प्रतिनियुक्ति/स्थानांतरण किया जाना है

2. संयुक्त सचिव/ कार्यकारी परिषद् के उपाध्यक्ष संदम्य विश्वविद्यालयों मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्थानों/ सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों/सांविधिक या अर्द्ध सरकारी या स्वायत्त संगठनों के अधिकारो कीप्रतिनियुक्ति
या
3. कार्यकारी परिषद् के अध्यक्ष द्वारा मनोनीत कार्यकारी परिषद् का एक सदस्य- सदस्य ।
4. भारत सरकार द्वारा मनोनीत विशेषज्ञता के संगत क्षेत्र में तीन विशेषज्ञ सदस्य । ( ii ) कॉलम 8 के तहत् सीधी भर्ती हेतु निर्धारित शैक्षिक अर्हता एवं अनुभव धारक 14,300 18,000/- रु. के वेतनमान में संबंधित पदों या समतुल्य पद पर तीन वर्ष की नियमित सेवा।
1. अन्यथा सुयोग्य उम्मीदवारों के मामले में सक्षम प्राधिकारों के विवेक पर अर्हताओं में ढील दी जा सकती है ।
2. यदि चयन के स्तर पर मक्षम प्राधिकारी का यह विचार हो कि अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति के उम्मीदवारों के लिए आरक्षित रिक्त पद भरने के लिए इन श्रेणियों के ऐसे उम्मीदवारों के पर्याप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध होने की संभावना नहीं है जिनके पास अपेक्षित अनुभव हो, तो सक्षम प्राधिकारी के विवेक पर अनुभव के संबंध में अर्हताओं में ढील दी जा सकती है । PART I- SEC. 1 ]

Regulations of the Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya , Samiti , Society Act , XXI of 1860 , of IGRMS , Bhopal ( an Autonomous Body under the Central Government) , after due consultation with Executive Council , RMS Samiti hereby frames the Recruitment Rules for the post of Director, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya as enclosed for notification in the Gazette of India.
These Rules will be called the " Recruitment Rules for the Post ofDirector , Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya ( IGRMS) , Bhopal " .
These Rules shall come into force with immediate effect.
Itis ordered that the Notification be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
It is also ordered that a copy of the Notification be communicated to all the Ministries and Departments of theGovernment of India and to all the State Governments and Union Territories .
