सा.का.नि. 207.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , गृह मंत्राालय, ज्येष्ठ विश्लेषक ;कार्य अध्ययनद्ध और कनिष्ठ विश्लेषक ;कार्य अध्ययनद्ध भर्ती नियम, 1986 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :—

1. ;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम गृह मंत्राालय, ज्येष्ठ विश्लेषक ;कार्य अध्ययनद्ध और कनिष्ठ विश्लेषक ;कार्य अध्ययनद्ध भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2010 है ।

;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. गृह मंत्राालय, ज्येष्ठ विश्लेषक ;कार्य अध्ययनद्ध और कनिष्ठ विश्लेषक ;कार्य अध्ययनद्ध भर्ती नियम, 1986 की अनुसूची के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अनुसूची रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ :—

G.S.R. 207.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Home Affairs, Senior Analyst (Work Study) and Junior Analyst (Work Study) Recruitment Rules, 1986, namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Senior Analyst (Work Study) and Junior Analyst (Work Study) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2010.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Home Affairs, Senior Analyst (Work Study) and Junior Analyst (Work Study) Recruitment Rules, 1986, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely :—

2. राजभाषा विभाग, गृह मंत्राालय, तकनीकी सहायक भर्ती नियम, 1986 में अनुसूची के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अनुसूची प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs Technical Assistant, Recruitment (Amendments) Rules, 2010.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Technical Assistant Recruitment Rules, 1986, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely :—
