[ भाग III-खण्ड 4 परिषद्अपने विशेषाधिकार के अन्तर्गत किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र को किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण दिये रद्द कर सकती है । यह परीक्षा इंस्टीट्यूट के केवल पात्र सदस्य जो कि पहले से ही पंजीकृत हैं के लिये है । इस परीक्षा ( असेसमेन्ट टैस्ट) के लिये परीक्षा शुल्क 1,000/ - ( एक हजार रुपये ) मात्र है । परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि का भुगतान केवल डिमांड ड्राफ्ट द्वारा होगा जो किसी भी शेड्यूल बैंक का होना चाहिये डिमांड ड्राफ्ट ' सचिव ' दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट ऑफ इण्डिया के पक्ष में होना चाहिये और उसकी अदायगी नई दिल्ली पर हो । आवेदन पत्र उपयुक्त शुल्क के साथ इस प्रकार भेजा जाना चाहिए कि वह अपर सचिव ( परीक्षा ) के कार्यालय में दिनांक 09 दिसम्बर, 2011 तक पहुंच जायें ।
इस परीक्षा के लिये आवेदन निर्धारित आवेदन पत्रों पर ही किया जाना चाहिये जो कि अपर सचिव ( परीक्षा ) , दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट ऑफ इण्डिया, आईसीएआई भवन, इन्द्रप्रस्थ मार्ग, नई दिल्ली -110002 से 100/- रुपये प्रति आवेदन पत्र भुगतान करने पर मिल सकता है । आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट की रीजनल और ब्रांचों के कार्यालय में भी उपलब्ध है और नकद भुगतान करने पर 21 नवम्बर, 2011 से प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट की वेबसाइट डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यू. आईसीएआई. ओआरजी से प्रिन्ट करके परीक्षा शुल्क 1,100/- रुपये डिमांड ड्राफ्ट के साथ भी भेजा जा सकता है। आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 09 दिसम्बर 2011 है । आवेदन पत्र निर्धारित परीक्षा शुल्क के साथ स्पीड पोस्ट/ रजिस्टर्ड डाक द्वारा अपर सचिव ( परीक्षा ) नई दिल्ली को भेजा जाना है ।
दिनांक 09 दिसम्बर, 2011 के पश्चात् आवेदन पत्र किसी भी परिस्थिति में स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे ।

सं. ए-27/17/छठा के.वे.आ./9/2008 -स्था.3-- कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम , 1948 की धारा -17 ( 2 ) के साथ पठित क.रा.बी. अधिनियम की धारा-97 के खंड ( 1 ) और खंड ( 2 ) ( xxi ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम एतद्वारा कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम ( कर्मचारीवृंद और सेवा की शर्तें ) विनियम, 1959 की प्रथम अनुसूची में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करता है : --
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ ये विनियम " कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम " ( कर्मचारीवृंद और सेवा की शर्तें ) विनियम, 1959 के 2011 का संशोधन कहेजाएंगे ।
"कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम " ( कर्मचारीवृंद और सेवा की शर्तें ) विनियम, 1959 के ये संशोधन संबंधित पदों के सामने कॉलम संख्या 4 में उल्लिखित तारीख से प्रभावी माने जाएं ।
3. अन्य सभी मदों के संबंध में वेतनमान संख्या ए-27/ 17/छठा के.वे.आ./9/2008- स्था.3 में यथा अधिसूचित तथा भारत के राजपत्र दिनांक 8 नवंबर, 2008 के भाग 3 - खंड 4 में यथा प्रकाशित रहेंगे ।

No. 13 - CA(Exam)/ ISA/D/ 2011- In pursuance of Rule 7 of Schedule ' F' to Regulation 204 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations , 1988 (as amended vide Notification No. 1 - CA(7)/ 59/2001 dated 28th September 2001 ), the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify that the Information Systems Audit (ISA) Course Assessment Test will be held on 24th December 2011 (Saturday) from 10.30 AM to 2.30 PM at the following cities provided that sufficient number of candidates offer themselves to appear from each city as detailed below :-

The above Test is open only to eligible Members of the Institute who are already registered with the Institute for the said course. The fees payable for the above Assessment Test is Rs . 1000 /- .
Payment of fees for the Assessment Test should be made only by Demand Draft . The Demand Draft may be of any Scheduled Bank and should be drawn in favour of " The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at New Delhi " only. Application together with the prescribed fee be sent so as to reach the Additional Secretary (Exams) at New Delhi on or before 9th December , 2011 .
Applications for admission to the Assessment Test is required to be made in the prescribed form which may be obtained from the Additional Secretary (Exams ) , The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg , New Delhi - 110002 on payment of Rs . 100/ - per application form . The forms are also available in the Regional and Branch Offices of the Institute and can be obtained upon cash payment on or from 21st November, 2011. Alternatively, the format of application form can be downloaded from the website of the Institute viz . www.icai.org and the cost of the application form of Rs . 100/- can be added to the Assessment Test fee of Rs . 1000/- and the Demand Draft for Rs . 1100/- has to be sent . The last date for receipt of duly filled in application forms is 9th December, 2011. The application together with the prescribed fee should be sent by Speed Post/Registered Post to the Additional Secretary (Exams .), New Delhi . The applications received after 9th December, 2011 will not be entertained under any circumstances.

1. Short title and commencement :-These regulations may be called the amendment of 2011 to the " Employees ' State Insurance Corporation" (Staff and Conditions of Service) Regulations , 1959 ..
2. These amendment to the "Employees' State Insurance Corporation " ( Staff and Conditions of Service ) Regulations , 1959 deem to take effect from the date mentioned in Colum No. 4 against the respective posts.
3. The pay scales in respect of all other posts will remain the same as notified vide No. A-27/ 17 /6th CPC/ 9/2008 -E.III and published in Part III - Section 4 of Gazette of India dated November 8, 2008 .
