का.नि.आ. 75.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारतीय वायु सेना प्रयोगशाला सहायक, भर्ती नियम, 2004 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अध्क्रिांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अध्क्रिमण से पहले किया गया है, या करने का लोप किया गया है, भारतीय वायु सेना में प्रयोगशाला सहायक के पद पर भर्ती की प(ति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :—

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—;कद्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय वायु सेना, प्रयोगशाला सहायक, भर्ती नियम, 2011 है । ;iiद्ध ये राजपत्रा में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. लागू होना.—ये नियम इन नियमों से उपाब( अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ;1द्ध में विनिर्दिष्ट पद को लागू होंगे ।

3. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान.—उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाब( अनुसूची केे स्तंभ ;2द्ध से स्तंभ ;4द्ध में विनिदष्ट हैं ।

4. भर्ती की प(ति, आयु-सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं, आदि.—उक्त पद पर भर्ती की प(ति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;5द्ध से स्तंभ ;13द्ध में विनिदष्ट हैं ।

5. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति,—

;कद्ध जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या

;खद्ध जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्रा नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधन हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विध्ि के अध्ीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधर हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी । 6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब( करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध् को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 7. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध् में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों , अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध् करना अपेक्षित है ।

टिप्पण ः अनुभव संबंध्ी अर्हता नियुक्ति प्राध्किारी के विवेकानुसार अनुसूचित जातियों और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के अभ्यथयों की दशा में तब शिथिल की जा सकती हैं, जब चयन के किसी प्रक्रम पर, नियुक्ति प्राध्किारी की यह राय है कि उनके लिए आरक्षित रिक्तियों को भरने के लिए अपेक्षित अनुभव रखने वाले उन समुदायों के अभ्यथयों के पर्याप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध् होने की सम्भावना नहीं है ।

S.R.O. 75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Indian Air Force, Laboratory Assistant, Recruitment Rules, 2004, except as resepcts things done or omitted to be done before such superssion, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Laboratary Assistant in the Indian Air Force, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Indian Air Force, Laboratory Assistant, Recruitment Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of posts, classification , Pay Band and Grade Pay or the Pay Scale.—The number of the post, their classification and the Pay Band and Grade Pay or the pay Scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

4. Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment to the said posts, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification.—No person,—

(a) who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-Servicemen, other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

का.नि.आ. 76.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारतीय वायुसेना नक्शानवीस श्रेणी II और न्क्शानवीस श्रेणी III भर्ती नियम, 2004 को, जहां तक उसका संबंध् नक्शानवीस श्रेणी III के पद से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अध्क्रिान्त करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अध्क्रिमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, भारतीय वायुसेना में नक्शानवीस श्रेणी के पद पर भर्ती की प(ति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :—

श्रेणी III *कार्यभार के केन्द्रीय 5200— होता ;केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय आधर पर सेवा, 20200 रु. पर जारी किए गए अनुदेशों या परिवर्तन किया समूह 'ग', + ग्रेड वेतन आदेशों के अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों जा सकता है । राजपत्रिात, 2400 रफ. के लिए साधरण अभ्यथयों की दशा में विभागीय अभ्यथयों के लिए 40 वर्ष तक तथा अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के अभ्यथयों की दशा में 45 वर्ष तक और अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों की दशा में शिथिल करके 43 वर्ष तक की जा सकती है ।द्ध[भाग II—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्रा : दिसम्बर 24, 2011/पौष 3, 1933 571 (7)

टिप्पण 1 : आयु-सीमा अवधरित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यथयों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी ;न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरफणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिापुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्‌दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा जिले के पांगी उप-खंड, अंदमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यथयों के लिए विहित की गई है ।द्ध

सीध्े भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए अपेक्षित शैक्षिक सीध्े भर्ती किए जाने वाले परिवीक्षा की अवध्,ि यदि कोई हो और अन्य अर्हताएं

व्यक्तियों के लिए विहित आयु और शैक्षिक अर्हताएं प्रोन्नत व्यक्तियों की दशा में लागू होंगी या नहीं

लागू नहीं होता सीध्े भर्ती किए जाने वाले आवश्यक :

व्यक्तियों के लिए दो वर्ष ;iद्ध किसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड या विश्वविद्यालय से मैट्रिकुलेशन या उसके समतुल्य ;iiद्ध किसी औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान या मान्यताप्राप्त समतुल्य संस्थान से मैकेनिकल ड्राइंग या सिविल इंजीनियरी या यांत्रिाक इंजीनियरी या विद्युत इंजीनियरी या नक्शानवीसी ;मैकेनिकल या सिविलद्ध में दो वर्ष का डिप्लोमा । ;iiiद्ध सरकारी संस्थान के नक्शानवीसी में लगभग पांच वर्ष का अनुभव ।

S.R.O. 76.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Indian Air Force Draughtsman Grade II and Draughtsman Grade III Recruitment Rules, 2004 in so far as they relate to the post of Draughtsman Grade III, except as resepcts things done or omitted to be done before such superssion, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Draughtsman Grade III, in the Indian Air Force, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Indian Air Force, Draughtsman Grade III, Recruitment Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification, Pay Band and Grade Pay or Pay Scale.—The number of the said post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay Scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment to the said posts, age limit, qualification and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (14) of the Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,—

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

S.R.O. 78.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Department of Defence Production and Supplies, Directorate General Quality Assurance Group 'C' (Drawing) Posts Recruitmlent Rules, 1999 in so far as they relate to the post of Draughtsman Grade-II, the Department of Defence Production and Supplies, Directorate General Quality Assurance Senior Scientific Assistant and Chief Draughtsman Recruitment Rules, 2000, in so far as they relate to the post of Chief Draughtsman and the Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'B' (Drawing) Posts Recruitment Rules, 2004, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such superssion, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Technical Officer (Drawing) and Senior Draughtsman, in the Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, (Group 'B' posts) Drawing Recruitment Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and Pay Band and Grade Pay or pay Scale.—The number of the said post, their classification and the Pay Band and Grade Pay or the pay Scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,—

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts :

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

S.R.O. 79.—In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Army Group 'C' (Non-industrial) Recruitment Rules, 2004, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Cook/Cook Special Grade-I in the lower formations of the Army namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Army Group 'C' (Cooks/Cooks Special Grade-I) Recruitment Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification, Pay Band and Grade Pay or the Pay Scale.—The number of posts, their classification and the Pay Band and Grade Pay or the pay Scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit and qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment to the said posts, age limit, qualification and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

These rules shall be applicable to all the posts of Cook and Cook Special Grade-I other than the Canteen but the maintenance of seniority and promotion of each cadre shall be done separately.

4. Disqualification.—No person,—

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen and other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

3. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान.—उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे, जो उक्त अनुसूची केेे स्तंभ ;2द्ध से स्तंभ ;4द्ध में विनिदष्ट हैं ।

4. भर्ती की प(ति, आयु-सीमा, अन्य अर्हताएं आदि.—भर्ती की प(ति, आयु-सीमा अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;5द्ध से स्तंभ ;13द्ध में विनिदष्ट हैं ।

5. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति,—

उक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति का पात्रा नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधन हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विध्ि के अध्ीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधर हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी । 5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब( करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध् को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 6. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध् में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध् करना अपेक्षित है ।

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्राालय, सेना पुलिस कोर, समूह 'ग' ;अनौद्योगिकद्ध पद, भर्ती नियम, 2011 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्रा में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान.—उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;2द्ध से स्तंभ ;4द्ध में विनिदष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की प(ति, आयु-सीमा और अर्हताएं आदि.—;1द्ध उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की प(ति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;5द्ध से स्तंभ ;13द्ध में विनिदष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति—

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्रा नहीं होगा :

S.R.O. 81.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of Corps of Military Police Group 'C' (Non-Industrial ) posts Recruitment Rules, 2005, in so far as they relate to the posts of Draugtsman, Tinsmith (Skilled Grade), Carpenter (Skill Grade) and Painter (Skilled Grade), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Draugtsman, Tinsmith (Skilled Grade), Carpenter (Skilled Grade) and Painter (Skilled Grade), in the crops of Military Police, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called as the Ministry of Defence, Corps of Military Police, Group 'C' (Non-Industrial) Posts Recruitment Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and Scale of pay.—The number of the post, their classification and the scale of Pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule aforesaid.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.— (1) The method of recruitment age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

(2) These rules shall be applicable to all the posts of Group 'C' in the lower formations of Ministry of Defence excluding Engineer-in-Chief's Branch but the maintenance of seniority and promotion of each cadre shall be done separately.

4. Disqualification.—No person,—

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts :

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Casts, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

का.नि.आ. 82.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और सेना कारखाना कैंटीन कर्मचारी भर्ती नियम, 2006 को, जहाँ तक उनका संबंध् पर्यवेक्षक श्रेणी-2, पर्यवेक्षक श्रेणी-3 सहायक पर्यवेक्षक-1 सहायक पर्यवेक्षक- सह-रोकड़िया/लिपिक सह रोकड़िया/रोकड़िया/सहायक पर्यवेक्षक श्रेणी-2/लेखाकार, रसोईया, रसोईया सहायक/चाय और कापफी बनाने वाला/सर्वर/बीयरर/विक्रेता/वैंडर, मसालची, धेबी/बाय, सपफाईवाला के पदों से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अध्क्रिांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अध्क्रिमण से पूर्व किया गया है, या करने का लोप किया गया है, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :—

5. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति,—

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्रा नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधन हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विध्ि के अध्ीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधर हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी । 6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब( करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध् को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 7. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध् में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों, और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध् करना अपेक्षित है ।

S.R.O. 82.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Army Factory Canteens Employees Recruitment Rules, 2006, in so far as they relate to the posts of Supervisor Grade-II, Supervisor Grade III/Assistant Supervisor Grade-I, Assistant Supervisor-cum-Cashier/Clerk-Cum-Cashier/Cashier/ Assistant Supervisor Grade-II/Accountant, Cook, Kitchen Assistant/Tea and Coffee Maker, Server/Bearer, Salesman/ Vendor, Masalchi Washerman/Boy, Safaiwala except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Army Factory Canteens Employees (Group 'C') Recruitment Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in Column 1 of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of posts, classification and Pay Band and Grade Pay or Scale of pay.—The number of the posts, their classification and Pay Band and Grade Pay or scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment age limit, qualification and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification.—No person,—

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by Central Government from time to time in this regard.

S.R.O. 83.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Recruitment Rules to the posts of Multi Tasking Staff in the Defence Accounts Department, 2010.

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Defence Accounts Department (Multi Tasking Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2011.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
