सा.का.नि. 102.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग, नक्शानवीस ;श्रेणी-Iद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2004, कृषि मंत्राालय ;तकनीकी अराजपत्रिात समूह 'ख' और 'ग' पदद्ध, 1959 और कृषि मंत्राालय, ;तकनीकी अराजपत्रिात समूह 'ख' और 'ग' पदद्ध, नियम, 1985 को जहां तक उनका संबंध् नक्शानवीस श्रेणी-III, से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अध्क्रिान्त करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अध्क्रिमण से पूर्व किया गया है, या करने का लोप किया गया है, कृषि मंत्राालय, कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग के नक्शानवीस श्रेणी-I और नक्शनवीस श्रेणी-III के पदों पर भर्ती की प(ति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :—

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग, नक्शानवीस ;श्रेणी-Iद्ध और नक्शानवीस श्रेणी-III भर्ती नियम, 2014 है ।

;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. लागू होना.—ये इन नियमों से उपाब(, अनुसूची के स्तंभ 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों को लागू होंगे ।

3. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन बैंड, ग्रेड वेतन अथवा वेतनमान.—उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उनका वेतन बैंड तथा ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान वे होंगे, जो इन नियमों से उपाब( अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;2द्ध से स्तंभ ;4द्ध में विनिदष्ट हैं ।

5. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति,—

;कद्ध जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या

;खद्ध जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्रा नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधन हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विध्ि के अध्ीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधर है तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह आदेश द्‌वारा उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखब( करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध् को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्‌वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

7. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्‌वारा इस संबंध् में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध् करना अपेक्षित है ।

टिप्पण 1 : अर्हताएं, अन्यथा सुअर्हित अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के विवेकानुसार शिथिल की जा सकती है ।

टिप्पण 2 : अनुभव संबंध्ी अर्हता ;अर्हताएंद्ध कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के विवेकानुसार अनुसूचित जातियों और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के अभ्यथयों की दशा में तब शिथिल की जा सकती है जब चयन के किसी प्रक्रम पर कर्मचारी चयन आयोग की यह राय है कि उनके लिए आरक्षित रिक्तियों को भरने के लिए अपेक्षित अनुभव रखने वाले उन समुदायों के अभ्यथयों के पर्याप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध् होने की संभावना नहीं है ।

भर्ती की प(ति : भर्ती सीध्े होगी या प्रोति द्वारा प्रोति अथवा प्रतिनियुक्ति अथवा आमेलन द्वारा भर्ती की दशा में वे श्रेणियां जिनसे या प्रतिनियुक्ति/आमेलन द्वारा तथा विभिन्न प(तियों प्रोति अथवा प्रतिनियुक्ति अथवा आमेलन किया जाएगा द्वारा भरी जाने वाली रिक्तियों की प्रतिशतता

50 प्रोन्नति द्‌वारा, जिसके ने हो सकने पर, प्रतिनियुक्ति प्रोन्नति : द्‌वारा । 50 सीध्ी भर्ती द्‌्‌वारा । वेतन बैन्ड-1, 5200—20,200 रुपए + ग्रेड वेतन 2400 में ऐसा नक्शानवीस, टिप्पण : भर्ती को उपरोक्त प(ति प्रास्थगित रखी जाएगी जिसने उस श्रेणी में दस वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है । और नक्शानवीस श्रेणी-I का पद प्रोन्नति द्‌वारा तब तक टिप्पण : नक्शानवीस श्रेणी-I की श्रेणी में प्रोन्नत अध्किारियों को किसी नहीं भरा जाएगा जब तक पदधरी इन नियमों की अध्-ि मान्यताप्राप्त प्रशिक्षण संस्था में कौशल उन्नयन प्रशिक्षण पूरा करना होगा । सूचना की तारीख को नियमित आधर पर नक्शानवीस टिप्पण : 1 जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध् में, जिन्होेंने अपनी अर्हक/ श्रेणी-3 का पद धरण कर रहा है । पात्राता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो वहां उनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध् में भी विचार किया जाएगा परन्तु यह तब जबकि उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक/पात्राता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक/पात्राता सेवा के आधे से अध्कि से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित, जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक/पात्राता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवध्ि सपफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो ।

टिप्पण 2 : प्रोन्नति के लिए न्यूनतम अर्हक सेवा की संगणना करने के प्रयोजन के लिए, किसी अध्किारी द्वारा 1 जनवरी, 2006 से पहले या उस तारीख से

जिससेे छठे केन्द्रीय वेतन आयोग की सिपफारिशों पर आधरित पुनरीक्षित वेतन संरचना का विस्तार किया गया है, नियमित आधर पर की गई सेवा को उक्त

आयोग की सिपफारिशों के आधर पर विस्तारित तत्स्थानी ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान मेें की गई सेवा समझी जाएगी ।

प्रतिनियुक्ति : ;कद्ध केन्द्रीय सरकार के ऐसे अध्किारी :

;कद्ध;iद्ध जो मूल काडर/विभाग में नियमित आधर पर सदृश पद धरण किए हुए हैऋ या

;iiद्ध वेतन बैंड-1, 5200—20200 रफ. ग्रेड वेतन 2400 रफ. की श्रेणी में दस वर्ष की नियमित सेवा, और

;खद्ध जिनके पास स्तंभ-7 के अध्ीन सीध्े भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए विहित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव है ।

टिप्पण 1 : पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अध्किारी, जो प्रोन्नति की सीध्ी पंक्ति में हैं, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्रा नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार, प्रतिनियुक्त व्यक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए

जाने के पात्रा नहीं होंगे ।

टिप्पण 2 : प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवध्,ि जिसकें अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन/विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धरित किसी अन्य

काडर बाह्‌य पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवध् िहै, साधरणतया तीन वर्ष से अध्कि नहीं होगी ।

टिप्पण 3 : प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए अध्कितम आयु-सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अध्कि नहीं होगी ।

टिप्पण 4 : प्रतिनियुक्ति या आमेलन के आधर पर नियुक्ति के प्रयोजन के लिए, 1-1-2006 से पहले या उस तारीख जिससे छठे केन्द्रीय वेतन आयोग की

सिपफारिशों पर आधरित पुनरीक्षित वेतन संरचना का विस्तार किया गया है,

नियमित आधर पर की गई सेवा को, सिवाय उस दशा के, जहां एक से अध्कि पूर्व पुनरीक्षित वेतनमान का साधरण ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान सहित एक श्रेणी में

विलय हो गया है, और जहां यह लाभ केवल उस पद विस्तारित होगा, जिसके लिए ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान बिना किसी उन्नयन के साधरण प्रतिस्थापन ग्रेड है,

उक्त वेतन आयोग की सिपफारिशों पर आधरित विस्तारित तत्स्थानी ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान पर की गई सेवा समझी जाएगी ।

यदि विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति है, तो उसकी संरचना भर्ती करने में किन परिस्थितियों में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से

परामर्श किया जाएगा

समूह 'ख' विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति ;प्र्रोन्नति और पुष्टि के संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करना आवश्यक नहीं है । संबंध् में विचार करने के लिएद्ध जिसमें निम्नलिखित होंगे :—

G.S.R. 102.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Department of Agriculture and Co-operation, Draughtsman (Grade-I) Recruitment Rules, 2004,Ministry of Agriculture (recruitment of technical Non-gazetted Group B and C posts) Rules, 1959 and Ministry of Agriculture (recruitment of technical Non-gazetted Group B and C posts) Rules, 1985 in so far as they relate to the post of Draughtsman Grade-Ill except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Draughtsman Grade-I and Draughtsman Grade-III in the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Co-operation, Draughtsman Grade-I and Draughtsman Grade-Ill, Recruitment Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2 . Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column 1 of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.—The number of said posts, their classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns 5 to 13 of the aforesaid Schedule.

5. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied, that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Centra! Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do so, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission/Staff Selection Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Schedule Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह आदेश द्‌वारा उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखब( करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध् को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्‌वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

1. Short title and commencement.—(l)These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Directorate of Marketing and Inspection, Accountant, Group 'B' Post (Non Subordinate Accounts Service) Recruitment Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, pay band, grade payor pay scale.—The number of the said post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns 5 to 13 of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No persons,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

;1द्ध ;iद्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कलावती सरण बाल चिकित्सालय, नई दिल्ली ;समूह 'ग' पदद्ध संशोध्न भर्ती नियम, 2014 है ।

;iiद्ध ये राजपत्रा में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. कलावती सरण बाल चिकित्सालय, नई दिल्ली ;समूह 'ग' पदद्ध भर्ती नियम, 1981 की अनुसूची में क्रम संख्यांक 15 में अभिलेख तकनीशियन और उससे संबंध्ति प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ :—

टिप्पण 1 : जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध् में, जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक या पात्राता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो, वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध् में भी विचार किया जाएगा परन्तु यह तब जबकि उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक/पात्राता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक या पात्राता सेवा के आधे से अध्कि से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित, जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक या पात्राता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवध्ि सपफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो ।

टिप्पण 2 ः प्रतिनियुक्ति/आमेलन आधर पर नियुक्ति के प्रयोजन के लिए किसी अधिकारी द्वारा 1 जनवरी, 2006 से या उस तारीख से, जिसको छठे वेतन आयोग की सिपफारिशों पर आधारित पुनरीक्षित वेतन संरचना का विस्तार किया गया है, पूर्व नियमित आधर पर की गई सेवा को उक्त आयोग की सिपफारिशों के आधर पर विस्तारित तत्स्थानी ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान पर की गई सेवा समझी जाएगी, सिवाय उस दशा के, जहां एक से अध्कि पूर्व पुनरीक्षित वेतनमानों का सामान्य ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान सहित एक श्रेणी में विलय हो गया है और वहां यह लाभ केवल उस पद ;उन पदोंद्ध पर विस्तारित होगा, जिसके ;जिनकेद्ध लिए वह ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान बिना किसी उन्नयन का साधरण प्रतिस्थापन ग्रेड है ।

G.S.R. 105.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, New Delhi, (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1981, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, New Delhi, (Group "C' posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to the Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, New Delhi, (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, ] 981, for serial number 15 relating to the post of Record Technician and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted namely:-

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखब( करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध् को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्‌वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्‌वारा इस संबंध् में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध् करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 106.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, New Delhi (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1981, in so far as it relates to the post of Pharmacist in Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules, regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Pharmacist in Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, New Delhi, namely :

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, New Delhi, Pharmacist (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.—The number of the said posts, its classification, the pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached there to shall be as specified in columns (2) to ( 4 ) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualifications.—No person,—

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधन हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विध्ि के अध्ीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधर हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब( करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध् को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्‌वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्‌वारा इस संबंध् में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध् करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 108.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group 'B' Non-Gazetted post of Library Information Assistant in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (Library Information Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, Classification, pay band, grade pay and Scale of Pay.—The number of the said post, its classification, pay band, grade pay and the scale of pay attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, other qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns 5 to 13 of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rules.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex- serviceman and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note : Vacancies caused by the incumbent being away on deputation or long illness or study leave or under other circumstances for a duration of one year or more may be filled on deputation basis from officers under the Central Government :

(A)(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) with six years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in PB-1 of Rs. 5200—20200 with grade pay of Rs. 2800 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or

(iii) with ten years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in PB-1 of Rs. 5200—20200 with Grade pay of Rs. 2400 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

(b) Possessing Educational qualifications and experience prescribed for Direct Recruits under Column 7.

Note : Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding fifty- six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
