G.S.R. 154.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby rescinds the Ministry of Home Affairs Senior Analyst (Works Study) and Junior Analyst (Works Study) Recruitment Rules, 1986, published in the Gazette of India vide notification number G.S.R. 583 dated 23rd July, 1986, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

सा.का.नि.155.—एतद्‌द्वारा राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार के कार्यालय तथा राज्यों और संघ राज्यक्षेत्राों में स्थित जनगणना कार्य के निदेशकों के कार्यालयों में स्टापफ कार चालक समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2005 का अध्क्रिमण करते हुए, ऐसे अध्क्रिमण से पहले इस संबंध् में की गई या लोप की जाने वाली कार्ययाही को छोड़कर, भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार के कार्यालय तथा राज्यों और संघ राज्यक्षेत्राों में स्थित जनगणना कार्य के निदेशकों के कार्यालयों में स्टापफ कार चालक, ग्रेड I, स्टापफ कार चालक ग्रेड II, और स्टापफ कार चालाक सामान्य ग्रेड के पद पर भर्ती की प(ति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :—

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—;1द्ध इन नियमों का नाम भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार के कार्यालय तथा राज्यों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्राों में स्थित जनगणन कार्य के निदेशकों के कार्यालय, स्टापफ कार चालक, ग्रेड I, स्टापफ कार चालक ग्रेड II, और स्टापफ कार चालाक ;सामान्य ग्रेडद्ध समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2015 होगा ।

;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन बैंड तथा ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान.—उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उससे सम्ब( वेतन बैंड तथा ग्रेड या वेतनमान वह होगा, जो इन नियमों की पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ;2द्ध से ;4द्ध में विनिदष्ट है ।

3. भर्ती की प(ति, आयु-सीमा, शैक्षिक अर्हताएं आदि.—उक्त पद पर भर्ती की प(ति, आयु-सीमा, शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और उक्त पद से संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ;5द्ध से ;13द्ध में विनिदष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति,—

;कद्ध जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया हैऋ या

;खद्ध जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्रा नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधन हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विध्ि के अध्ीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधर हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

5. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई भी बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध् में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों तथा भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध् करना अपेक्षित है ।

6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब( करके और आदेश द्वारा इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध् को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के बारे में , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

अर्ध् सैनिक बलों के कार्मिकों के लिए प्रतिनियुक्ति/

पुनर्नियोजन :

अर्ध्सैनिक बलों के कार्मिक जो सेवा निवृत्त होने वाले हैं अथवा जो एक वर्ष के अन्दर रिजर्व में स्थानान्तरित किए जाने वाले हों और अपेक्षित अनुभव और निर्धरित अर्हता रखते हों उन पर भी विचार किया जाएगा । ऐसे व्यक्तियों को अर्ध्सैनिक बलों से कार्यमुक्त होने की तिथि तक प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवध् िपर रखा जाएगा, उसके पश्चात्‌ उन्हें पुनर्नियोजन पर जारी रखा जाएगा ।

नोट 1 : केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी अथवा किसी अन्य संगठन/विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से तुरंत पहले धरित किसी अन्य संवर्ग-बाह्य पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवध् िसहित, प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवध् िसामान्यतः तीन वर्ष से अध्कि नहीं होगी । प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति/आमेलन के लिए अध्कितम आयु-सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त होने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अध्कि नहीं होगी ।

नोट 2 : प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के उद्‌देश्य से किसी अध्किारी द्वारा 1 जनवरी, 2006, अथवा छठे केन्द्रीय सरकार वेतन आयोग की सिपफारिशों पर आधरित संशोध्ति वेतन ढांचा लागू किए जाने की दिनांक से पहले की गई नियमित सेवा को उक्त वेतन आयोग की सिपफारिशों पर आधरित तद्‌नुरूपी ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान में की गई सेवा माना जाएगा सिवाय उसके जहां एक से अध्कि पूर्व संशोध्ति वेतनमान एक साझा ग्रेड में समान ग्र्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान में आमेलित कर दिए गए हैंऋ और जहां यह लाभ केवल उन पदों को मिल रहा है जिनके लिए उक्त ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान बगैर किसी उन्नयन के सामान्य प्रतिस्थापन ग्रेड के हैं ।

यदि विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति विद्यमान है तो उसकी भर्ती करते समय किन परिस्थितियों में संघ लोक संरचना क्या है ? आयोग सेवा से परामर्श किया जाएगा ।

नोट 1 : जहां उन कनिष्ठों की नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो जिन्होंने अपेक्षित अर्हक अथवा पात्राता सेवा पूरी कर ली हो, उनके वरिष्ठ सहकर्मियों पर भी विचार किया जाएगा बशर्ते कि उनकी वांछित अर्हक अथवा पात्राता सेवा, ऐसी मांगी गई अर्हक अथवा पात्राता सेवा के आध्े से अध्कि या दो वर्ष, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, से कम नहीं होनी चाहिए और पहले की ऐसी अर्हक अथवा पात्राता सेवा पूर्ण कर चुके अपने कनिष्कों के साथ ही अगले उच्च ग्रेड में पदोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा अवध्ि सपफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण कर चुके हैं ।

G.S.R. 155 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Office of the Registrar General, India and the Offices of the Directors of Census Operations in States and Union Territories, Staff Car Drivers Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2005, except as respects things done or omitted to be done or omitted to be done before supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulation the method of recruitment to the posts of Staff Car Driver Grade I, Staff Car Driver Grade II and Staff Car Driver Ordinary Grade in the Office of the Registrar General, India, as well as the Offices of the Director of Census Operations in States and Union Territories, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.— (l) These rules may be called Offices of the Registrar General, India and the Offices of the Directors of Census Operations in States and Union Territories, Staff Car Driver Grade I, Staff Car Driver Grade II and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) Group 'C' Post Recuritment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.— The number of the post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, educational qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, educational qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,—

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person, having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-serviceman and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons.

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब( करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध् को, किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

टिप्पण 1 : जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध् में, जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक या पात्राता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो, वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यक्तियों के संबंध् में भी विचार किया जाएगा, परंतु यह तब जबकि उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक या पात्राता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक या पात्राता सेवा के आध्े से अध्कि से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ व्यक्तियों सहित, जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक या पात्राता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवध्ि सपफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो ।

टिप्पण 2 : प्रोन्नति के लिए न्यूनतम अर्हक सेवा की संगणना करने के प्रयोजन के लिए किसी अध्किारी द्वारा, 01 जनवरी, 2006 से पहले या उस तारीख से, जिससे छठे केन्द्रीय वेतन आयोग की सिपफारिशों पर आधरित पुनरीक्षित वेतन संरचना का विस्तार किया गया है, नियमित आधर पर की गई सेवा को उक्त वेतन आयोग की सिपफारिशों पर आध्रित विस्तारित तत्स्थानी ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान पर की गई सेवा समझी जाएगी ।

टिप्पणी 1 : आंकड़े प्रविष्टि कार्य के लिए 8000 की डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का निर्णय केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इलैक्ट्रॉनिक आंकड़े प्राक्रमण मशीनों पर गति परीक्षण के संचालन द्वारा किया जाएगा ।

टिप्पणी 2 : पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अध्किारी, जो प्रोन्नति की सीध्ी पंक्ति में हैं, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्रा नहीं होेंगे । इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुक्ति व्यक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्रा नहीं होंगे ।

G.S.R. 156.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Labour Bureau, Data Entry Operator Grade 'D', Group 'B' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Data Entry Operator Grade 'D' in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Labour Bureau, namely :—

l. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Labour Bureau, Data Entry Operator Grade 'D', Group 'B' post, Recuritment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.— The number of the post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualifications,— No person,-

4. प्रांरभिक गठन.—कृषि मंत्राालय, कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग में भारत सरकार के कार्यालय आदेश संख्या 16-1/90 एल.डी. II, तारीख 16 जनवरी, 1990 के अनुसरण में नियमित आधर पर हिन्दी टंकक का पद धरण करने वाला पदधरी इन नियमों के उपायोग के अनुसार नियुक्त समझा जाएगा और उक्त पद में नियमित सेवा परिवीक्षा, प्रोन्नति और पेंशन के लिए गणना में ली जाएगी ।

5. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति,—

;कद्ध जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया हैऋ या

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्रा नहीं होगा :

6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब( करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध् को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी ।

7. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध् में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध् करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 157.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Hindi Typist in the[भाग IIखण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्रा : अगस्त 15, 2015/श्रावण 24, 1937 1223 Animal Quarantine and Certification Services, New Delhi under the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, namely :—

l. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Animal Quarantine and Certification Services (Hindi Typist) Group 'C' post, Recuritment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scales.— The number of the said post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scales attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

4. Initial Constitution.—The incumbent holding the post of Hindi Typist on regular basis in pursuance of the Office Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation No. 16-1/90 L.D. II, dated the 16th January, 1990, shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with the provisions of these rules and the regular service in the said post shall be counted for the purpose of probation, promotion and pension.

5. Disqualifications,— No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts :

6. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provision of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.-—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions, required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicement, and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time-in-this regard.

सशस्त्रा बल के ऐसे कार्मिकों के संबंध् में भी विचार किया जाएगा जो एक वर्ष की अवध् िके भीतर सेवानिवृृत्त होने वाले हैं या रिजर्व में स्थानान्तरित किए जाने वाले हैं और जिनके पास अपेक्षित अनुभव और विहित अर्हताएं है । ऐसे व्यक्तियों को उस तारीख तक प्रतिनियुक्ति के निबंध्नों पर रखा जाएगा जिस तारीख से उन्हें सशस्त्रा बल से निर्मुक्त किया जाना हैऋ तत्पश्चात्‌्‌ उन्हें पुनर्नियोजन पर बने रहने दिया जा सकता है ।

G.S.R. 158.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Office of the Textile Commissioner (Group 'C' and 'D' Non-Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1989, in so far as they relate to the posts of Staff Car Driver, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Staff Car Driver in the Office of the Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Textiles, Office of the Textile Commissioner, Staff Car Driver (Group 'C', Non-Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application. — These Rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale. —The number of posts, their classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

5. Disqualification. — No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

6. Power to relax. — Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving .— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Personnel :

The Armed Forces Personnel due to retire or who are to

be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter they may be continued on re-employment.

Note: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex- cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation/absorption shall

be 'Not exceeding 56 years' as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

G.S.R. 159.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Textiles, Office of the Textile Commissioner, Multi Tasking Staff (Group 'C' Non- Gazetted Post) Recruitment Rules, 2014, as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Multi-Tasking Staff in the Ministry of Textiles, in the Office of the Textile Commissioner, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Textiles, Office of the Textile Commissioner, Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical), Multi-Tasking Staff (Fitter-cum-Carpenter) and Multi- Tasking Staff (Weaver Helper Group 'C' posts Recruitment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.— The number of posts, this classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc,. — The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. — No person, -

(a) who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such persons and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. — Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R.160 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Central Water Commission (Junior Translator) Recruitment Rules, 2000, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Translator in the Subordinate Offices of the Central Water Commission under the Ministry of Water Resources, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Central Water Commission (Junior Translator) Recruitment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and pay band and grade pay or pay scale. - The number of post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with UPSC, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions. required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

टिप्पण 1 :- आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यथयों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी ;न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम, मेघालय, अरफणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिापुरा, सिक्किम, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य के लद्‌दाख खंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा जिले के पांगी उप-खंड, अंदमान और निकोबार द्वीप या लक्षद्वीप संघ राज्य क्षेत्रा के अभ्यथयों के लिए विहित की गई हैद्ध ।

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम विद्युत मंत्राालय, स्टॉपफ कार ड्राइवर ;समूह 'ग' पदद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2015 है ।

;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन अथवा वेतनमान.—उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण, वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन अथवा उनके वेतनमान वे हाेंगे, जो इन नियमों से उपाब( अनुसूची के स्तंभ ;2द्ध से स्तंभ ;4द्ध में विनिदष्ट हैं ।

सशस्त्रा बल के ऐसे कार्मिकों के संबंध् में भी विचार किया जाएगा जो एक वर्ष की अवध् िके भीतर सेवानिवृृत्त होने वाले हैं या रिजर्व में स्थानान्तरित किए जाने वाले हैं और जिनके पास अपेक्षित अनुभव और विहित अर्हताएं हैं । ऐसे व्यक्तियों को उस तारीख तक प्रतिनियुक्ति के निबंध्नों पर रखा जाएगा जिस तारीख से उन्हें सशस्त्रा बल से निर्मुक्त किया जाना हैऋ तत्पश्चात्‌्‌ उन्हें पुनर्नियोजन पर बने रहने दिया जा सकता है ।

G.S.R.162 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Power (Staff Car Driver) Recruitment Rules, 2005, except as things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Staff Car Driver in the Ministry of Power, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Power, Staff Car Driver (Group 'C' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale. —The number of the said post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification.—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification. — No person, -

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

5. Power to relax. — Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving .— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
