सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....196196196196....—एत(cid:14)ारा राष्ट्रपित, संविधान के अनु(cid:27)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 'ए तथा भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार के कार्यालय तथा राज्यों और संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों में स्थित जनगणना कार्य के निदेशकों के कार्यालयों में स्टाफ कार चालक समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2006 का अधि8मण करते 'ए स्टाफ कार चालक विशेष ;ेड से संबंधित ऐसे अधि8मण से पहले इस संबंध में की गई या लोप की जाने वाली कार्यवाही को छोड़कर, भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार के कार्यालय में स्टाफ कार चालक विशेष ;ेड के पद पर भर्ती की पBति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

4. निरर्हताएं निरर्हताएं निरर्हताएं निरर्हताएं : : : : वह Nयक्ति,-
(क) िजसने ऐसे Nयक्ति से, जिसका पति या पत्नी जीिवत है, विवाह किया है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित होते 'ए किसी अन्य Nयक्ति से विवाह किया है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहO होगा :
परन्तु यदि के न्Pीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे Nयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुQेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Nयक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति :::: जहां के न्Pीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह, आदेश द्वारा, और उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबB करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Nयक्तियों के बारे में िशिथल कर सके गी ।
6. .या.या.या.यावृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्ति :::: इन नियमों की कोई भी बात ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहO डालेगी, जिनका के न्Pीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों तथा पूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवगU के Nयक्तियों के लिए उपबन्ध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G. S. R.196.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in partial supersession of the Office of the Registrar General, India and the Offices of the Directors of Census Operations in States and Union Territories, Staff Car Drivers Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2006, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession relating to Staff Car Driver Special Grade, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Staff Car Driver Special Grade in the Office of the Registrar General, India, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Office of the Registrar General, India and the Offices of the Directorate of Census Operations in States and Union territories Staff Car Driver Special Grade Group 'B' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification pay band and grade pay or pay scale.—The number of the post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, educational qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age limit, educational qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns 5 to 13 of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,—
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person, having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

2. कें 'ीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (िविध सलाहकार एवं अिभयोजक) भर्ती नियम, 2013 की अनुसूची में सहायक लोक अिभयोजक के पद से
संबंिधत है ^म सं 5 के सामने ।
(i) कॉलम (7) के अधीन-
(क) टिप्पटिप्पटिप्पटिप्पिणिणिणिण 1 में "कर्मचारी चयन आयोग" शब्दों के स्थान पर "संघ लोक सेवा आयोग" रखें जाएंगे ।
(ख) टिप्पटिप्पटिप्पटिप्पिणिणिणिण 2 में, दोनों स्थानों पर आए ''कर्मचारी चयन आयोग'' शब्दों के स्थान पर "संघ लोक सेवा आयोग" शब्द
रखें जाएंगे ।
(ii) स्तम्भ (13) के अधीन, "संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करना आवश्यक नह8" प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर को "संघ लोक
सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करना आवश्यक" शब्द रखें जाएंगे ।

MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIOINS (Department of Personnel and Training) New Delhi, the 15th June, 2015 G.S.R.197.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Bureau of Investigation (Legal Advisers and Prosecutors) Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:— 1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Bureau of Investigation (Legal Advisers and Prosecutors) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2015. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Central Bureau of Investigation (Legal Advisers and Prosecutors) Recruitment Rules, 2013, against serial number 5 relating to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor,-
(i) under column (7)-
(a) in Note 1, for the words "Staff Selection Commission", the word "Union Public Service Commission" shall be substituted;
(b) in Note 2, for the words, "Staff Selection Commission" occurring at both the places, the words "Union Public Service Commission" shall be substituted;
(ii) under Column (13), for the entry "Consultation with Union Public Service Commission is not necessary", the entry "Consultation with Union Public Service Commission is necessary" shall be substituted.
