(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

(क) जिसने ऐसे Tक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पVी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पVी के जीवित रहते 'ए किसी अन्य Tक्ति से विवाह किया है ;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहW होगा :
परन्तु यदि के न्Xीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे Tक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुYेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Tक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति....————जहां के न्Xीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब: करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Tक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

G.S.R 39.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Planning Commission (Non-Secretariat post of Assistant Welfare Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2000, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Welfare Officer in the National Institution for Transforming India, namely:—
256 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : MARCH 12, 2016/PHALGUNA 22, 1937 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the National Institution for Transforming India (Assistant Welfare Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.—The number of the post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living or;
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person;
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 41(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Fertilizers) Assistant Director (Shipping) Recruitment Rules, 1999, except as respect things done or omitted to be done, before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Director (Shipping) in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Fertilizers), namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Fertilizers) Assistant Director (Shipping) Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(2) They Shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. Number of post, its classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale.— The number of the said post, its classification and the pay band and grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment to the said post, age-limit, qualifications and other matters connected therewith shall be as specified in the columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. - No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from operation of these rules.
5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for the reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

परंतु यदि कें Xीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह उस 'यक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुYेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी 'यक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

टिप्पटिप्पटिप्पटिप्पण 1ण 1ण 1ण 1— प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि, जिसके अंतर्गत के न्Xीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन/विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाj पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि है साधारणतया 3 वर्ष से अधिक नहW होगी। टिप्पटिप्पटिप्पटिप्पण 2ण 2ण 2ण 2— प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहW होगी।

G.S.R. 42.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Union Public Service Commission, Assistant Supervisor (Confidential) Recruitment Rules, 1988, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Supervisor (Confidential) in the Office of Union Public Service Commission, namely:-
[भाग II—खण्ड 3 (i)] भारत का राजपत्र : मार्च 12, 2016/फाल्गुन 22, 1937 2691. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Union Public Service Commission, Assistant Supervisor (Confidential), Group 'C' post Recruitment Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and Pay Band and Grade Pay or Pay Scale.— The number of the said post, its classification and the pay band or grade pay or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, other qualifications etc.— The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualifications.— No person,
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

| Deputation: For Armed Forces Personnel: Deputation/re-employment | Deputation: Officers under the Central Government: (a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) with five years' service in the pay band-1, Rs. 5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs. 2000 or equivalent rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (iii) with eight years' service in the pay band-1, Rs. 5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs. 1900 or equivalent rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis; and (b) possessing the following qualifications: (i) 12th pass or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or University; and (ii) three years' experience of confidential work in a Central Government Department or handling confidential papers or strong room operations relating to conduct of examination in an Examination Body or an Institution of repute. II. For Armed Forces Personnel: Deputation/re-employment: The Armed Forces Personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the qualifications and experience prescribed for deputationists shall also be considered. If selected, such officers shall be given deputation terms upto the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces. Thereafter they may be continued on re-employment terms. In case such eligible officers have retired or have been transferred to reserve before the actual selection to the post is made, their appointment will be on re-employment basis (re- employment upto the age of superannuation with reference to civil posts). Note 1: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. N ote 2: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications. N ote 3: For the purpose of appointment on deputation basis, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to 1st January, 2006 or the date from which the revised pay structure based on the Sixth Central Pay Commission recommendations has been extended, shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade pay or pay scale extended based on the recommendation of the Sixth Central Pay Commission, except where there has been merger of more than one pre-revised scale of pay into one grade with a common grade pay or pay scale, and where this benefit will extend only for the post(s) for which that grade pay or pay scale is the normal replacement grade without any upgradation. | NaN |
