Admn.--लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 के 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग गोवा राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्‌द्वारा श्री अमज़द टाक, आई.ए.एस. के स्थान पर श्री कुणाल, आई.ए.एस. (ए.जी.एम.यू. : 2005) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए गोवा राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।

विषय : सिविल सेवा (मुख्य) परीक्षा, 2014 के परिणाम के आधार पर भारतीय डाक व दूरसंचार लेखा एवं वित्त सेवा समूह 'क' में नियुक्ति

सं. 07-01/2014-एसईए-I--राष्ट्रपति, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित सिविल सेवा (मुख्य) परीक्षा, 2014 के आधार पर श्री रणविजय कुमार सिंह (रैंक नं. 257) (सामान्य) को भारतीय डाक व दूरसंचार लेखा एवं वित्त सेवा समूह 'क' के कनिष्ठ समयमान में 15,600--39,100/- 5,400/- रु. के वेतनमान (वेतनबैंड-3) में निम्नलिखित शर्तोें पर अनंतिम रूप से नियुक्त करते हैंः-

(i) वे नियुक्ति की तिथि सेे 2 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए परिवीक्षा पर रहेंगे, जिसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के निर्णय पर बढ़ाया जा सकता है। परिवीक्षा की अवधि के दौरान, उन्हें उन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेना होगा और परीक्षाएं देनी होंगी जिन्हें सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किया जाएगा। परिवीक्षा अवधि के भीतर निर्धारित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण न करने पर उन्हें या तो सेवामुक्त कर दिया जाएगा या उस मूल पद पर प्रत्यावर्तित कर दिया जाएगा जिस पद पर वे लियन पर हैं, जैसी भी स्थिति हो।

(ii) इस नियुक्ति से पूर्व निर्धारित प्रपत्र पर इस आशय की घोषणा प्रस्तुत करनी होगी कि यदि उनकी एक से अधिक जीवित पत्नियां हैं, या एक पति/पत्नी के जीवित रहतेे उन्होंने विवाह किया है और यह विवाह पति/पत्नी के रहते किए जाने के कारण अमान्य करार दिया हो तोे यह नियुक्ति इस संबंध में शर्तोें के लागू होने से उन्हें दी गई छूट की शर्त के अधीन होगी।

(iii) महिला अभ्यर्थी की नियुक्ति निर्धारित प्रपत्र में इस आशय की घोषणा प्रस्तुत किए जाने की शर्त के अधीन की जाएगी कि यदि उसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति जिसकी एक पत्नी जीवित है, से विवाह किया है तोे यह नियुक्ति इस संबंध में निर्धारित शर्तोें के लागू होने से उसे प्रदान की गई छूट की शर्त के अधीन होगी।

(iv) यह नियुक्ति नजदीकी रिश्तेदारों के बारे में एनआईसीएफ द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए जाने वाले निर्धारित प्रपत्र पर सूचना प्रस्तुत करने की शर्त के अधीन होगी। प्रपत्र में दिए गए ब्यौरे में किसी प्रकार के परिवर्तन को प्रत्येक वर्ष के अंत में सूचित करना होगा।

(v) विहित प्रपत्र पर इस आशय की सत्यनिष्ठा की अभिपुष्टि करने के लिए भारत के संविधान के प्रति निष्ठा/ईमानदारी रखने की शपथ लेना।

(vi) उक्त नियुक्ति के तहत अधिकारी को भारत के किसी भी भाग में तैनात किया जा सकता है।

(vii) सेवा की अन्य शर्तें उपर्युक्त विषय पर समय-समय पर जारी किए गए संगत नियमों और आदेशों द्वारा अभिशासित होंगी।

2. नियुक्ति की यह पेशकश अनंतिम है जो (i) संवर्ग नियंत्रण प्राधिकारी अर्थात्‌ दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा चरित्र और पूर्ववृत्त के सत्यापन की पुष्टि कर दिए जाने की शर्त के अधीन होगी।

3 (क) यदि उनके मामले में सिविल सेवा परीक्षा नियमावली के नियम 20 के तहत यथापरिकल्पित जांच लंबित है तोे सेवा में उनकी नियुक्ति उनके चरित्र व पूर्ववृत्त के संबंध में सरकार द्वारा आवश्यक समझी गई इस जांच के आधार पर उनके योग्य पाए जाने के अध्यधीन होगी।
