राष्ट्र्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदा षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और काकाकाका....निनिनिनि....आआआआ.... 4444....----
भारतीय वायुसेना कार्यालय अधीक्षक भर्ती नियम, 2001 और भारतीय वायुसेना सहांयक ंभर्ती नियम 2001 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करनेे का लोप किया गया है, भारतीय वायुसेना में कार्यालय अधीक्षक के पद पर भर्ती की पद्वति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-

(क) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय वायुसेना, कार्यालय अधीक्षक, समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती नियम,2016 है।
(ख) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाषन की तारीख क प्रवृा होंगे।

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह करने की संविदा की है;

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगाः

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी। -
जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवष्यक या समीचीन 5. षिषििषििषििि ल ल ल ल करने की षक्तिकरने की षक्तिकरने की षक्तिकरने की षक्ति
है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्ष करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेष द्वारा षिथिल कर सकेगी।
6. व्यावृत्तिव्यावृत्तिव्यावृत्तिव्यावृत्ति - इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेषोें के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विषेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित हेै।

S.R.O. 4.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Indian Air Force Office Superintendent Recruitment Rules, 2001 and Indian Air Force Assistant Recruitment Rules, 2001 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Office Superintendent in the Indian Air Force, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Indian Air Force, Office Superintendent, Group 'B', Recruitment Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification, Level in the Pay Matrix.- The number of the posts, its classification and Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the Schedule aforesaid.
4. Disqualification.- No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage, and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

| Promotion:- (i) 75% by promotion from the grade of Upper Division Clerks in Level-4 of the Pay Matrix with Ten years regular service in the grade and have successfully completed in-house mandatory training of two weeks in the field of Administration, Establishment and Finance. (ii) 25% through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination of such Upper Division Clerks in Level-4 of the Pay Matrix of the cadre who have completed six years regular service in the grade and have successfully completed in-house mandatory training of two weeks in the field of Administration, Establishment and Finance. N ote:1 Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade alongwith their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service. S.R.O. 6.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Defence, number S.O.3 dated 7th January, 1991, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in Column (1) of the table below being officers equivalent to the rank of Gazetted Officers of the Government to be estate officers for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on estate officers by or under the said Act within the local limits of their jurisdiction in respect of public premises specified in column (2) of the said table.
