सा.का.नि. 182.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, सशस्त्र सीमा बल अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का 53) की धारा 155 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (क) और (ग) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) द्‌वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सशस्त्र सीमा बल, योधक आर्मरर काडर (समूह 'ग'पद) भर्ती नियम, 2010 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभः -(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सशस्त्र सीमा बल, योधक आर्मरर काडर (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम (संशोधन), 2017 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त हाेंगे।

2. सशस्त्र सीमा बल, योधक आर्मरर काडर (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2010 में,-

2977 GI/2017 (821)822 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : MAY 20, 2017/ VAISAKHA 30, 1939 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (क) नियम 3 के, "स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (14)", शब्दों और अकों के स्थान पर "स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13)" शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे;

(ख) नियम 4 के, दोनों स्थानों पर "वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन/वेतनमान", शब्दों के स्थान पर " वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर", शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

(ग) अनुसूची के,-

(i) हैड कांस्टेबल (आर्मरर) पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने,-

(क) स्तंभ (4) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थातः-

(ख) स्तंभ (6) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाेंं लोप किया जाएगा और स्तंभ (7) से स्तंभ (14) को क्रमशः स्तंभ (6) से स्तंभ (13) के रुप में संख्यांकित किया जाएगा।

(ग) इस प्रकार पुनर्संख्यांकित स्तंभ (11) के,-

(I) "प्रोन्नति" शीर्षक के अधीन टिप्पण-3 का लोप किया जाएगा; (II) "प्रतिनियुक्ति/आमेलन" शीर्षक के अधीन टिप्पण-3 का लोप किया जाएगा।

(ii) कांस्टेबल (आर्मरर) पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने, स्तंभ (4) के अधीन प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थातः-

" स्तर-3 (21700-69100/-रुपए)" ।

G.S.R. 182.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section 155 of the Sashastra Seema Bal Act, 2007 (53 of 2007), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Sashastra Seema Bal, Combatised Armourer Cadre (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2010, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Sashastra Seema Bal, Combatised Armourer Cadre (Group 'C' post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule Sashastra Seema Bal, Combatised Armourer Cadre (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2010,- (a) in rule 3, for the words and figures " columns (5) to (14)", the words and figures "columns (5) to (13)" shall be substituted;

(b) in rule 4, for the words " Pay Band and Grade Pay or Pay Scale" at both the palaces, the words "Level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(c) in the Schedule,-

(i) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Head Constable (Armourer),-

(A) for column (4) and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely :-

(B) column (6) and the entries relating thereto, shall be omitted and columns 7 to 14 shall be renumbered as columns 6 to 13 respectively.

(C) in column (11) as so renumbered,-

(I) under heading " Promotion", Note 3 shall be omitted;

(II) under heading "Deputation/absorption", Note 3 shall be omitted.

(ii) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Constable(Armourer), for the entries under column (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

" Level-3(Rs.21700-69100/-)".

सा.का.नि. 184-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सशस्त्र सीमा बल अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का 53) की धारा 155 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (क) और (ग) के साथ पठित उप.धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सशस्त्र सीमा बल समूह 'ग' योधक (अराजपत्रित) परा-पशुचिकित्सा पद भर्ती नियम, 2011 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सशस्त्र सीमा बल समूह-'ग' योधक (अराजपत्रित) परा-पशुचिकित्सा पद भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त हाेंगे।

2. सशस्त्र सीमा बल समूह-'ग' योधक (अराजपत्रित) परा-पशुचिकित्सा पद भर्ती नियम, 2011 (जिसके इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ उक्त नियम कहा गया है), के नियम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

''3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तऱ.-पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तभं (2) से स्तभं (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं''।

3. उक्त नियमों की, अनूसुची के,-

(क) सहायक उप-निरीक्षक (पशु चिकित्सा) पद से संबंधित क्रम सं 1 के सामने,-

(अ) स्तंभ (4) के,-

(i) शीर्षक के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शीर्षक रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः-

''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर'';

(ii) विद्‌यमान प्रविष्टयों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थातः-

''स्तर-5 (29200-92300/-रुपये)'';

1. (1) These rules may be called the Sashastra Seema Bal Group 'C' Combatised (Non-Gazetted) Para-Veterinary Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Sashastra Seema Bal Group 'C' Combatised (Non-Gazetted) Para-Veterinary Posts Recruitment Rules, 2011(hereinafter referred to as the said rules),for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"3. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of post, its Classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules".

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,-

(a) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector(Veterinary),-[भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्रा : मई 20, 2017/वैशाख 30, 1939 827 (A) in column (4),-

(i) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely :-

"Level in the pay matrix." ;

(ii) for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level-5 (Rs. 29200-92300/-)" ;

(B) in column(11),-

(i) under heading "Promotion", Note 2 shall be omitted;

(ii) under heading "Deputation/absorption ", Note 3 shall be omitted;

सा.का.नि. 185.-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सशस्त्र सीमा बल अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का 53) की धारा 155 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (क) और (ग) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सशस्त्र सीमा बल योधक परा-चिकित्सीय कर्मचारिवृन्द समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती नियम, 2011 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सशस्त्र सीमा बल योधक परा-चिकित्सीय कर्मचारिवृन्द समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती नियम (संशोधन), 2017 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त हाेंगे।

2. सशस्त्र सीमा बल योधक परा-चिकित्सीय कर्मचारिवृन्द समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती नियम, 2011 में,- (क) नियम 3 में दोनों स्थानों पर, "वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान" शब्दों के स्थान पर 'वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर' शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

(ख) अनुसूची में,-

(i) सहायक उप-निरीक्षक (भेषजज्ञ) पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने,-

(क) स्तंभ (4) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थातः-

(ख) स्तंभ (11) में, 'प्रतिनियुक्ति' शीर्षक के अधीन टिप्पण-1 का लोप किया जाएगा;

(ii) सहायक उप-निरीक्षक (रडियोग्राफर) पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने,-

(क) स्तंभ (4) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थातः- "स्तर-5 (29200-92300/-रुपए)"

(क) स्तंभ (4) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थातः-

(ख) स्तंभ (11) में, 'प्रतिनियुक्ति या आमेलन' शीर्षक के अधीन टिप्पण-1 का लोप किया जाएगा;

(क) स्तंभ (4) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थातः-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सशस्त्र सीमा बल, योधक पैरा-चिकित्सा कर्मचारिवृंद, समूह 'ख' (अराजपत्रित) पद भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त हाेंगे।

2. सशस्त्र सीमा बल, योधक पैरा-चिकित्सा कर्मचारिवृंद, समूह 'ख' (अराजपत्रित) पद भर्ती नियम, 2012 में,-

(क) नियम 3 में, शब्दों "वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान" दोनों स्थानों पर जहां ये आये हो के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शब्द रखे जाएगें;

(ख) अनुसूची में,-

(i) सूबेदार मेजर (सिस्टर इन-चार्ज) के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्याक 1 के सामने,-

G.S.R. 188.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (a) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section 155 of the Sashastra Seema Bal Act, 2007 (53 of 2007), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Sashastra Seema Bal, Combatised Sub-Inspector (General Duty) Group 'B' Non Gazetted post, Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Sashastra Seema Bal, Combatised Sub-Inspector (General Duty) Group 'B', Non Gazetted post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Sashastra Seema Bal, Combatised Sub-Inspector (General Duty) Group 'B', Non Gazetted post, Recruitment Rules, 2013,-

(a) in rule 3, for the words "pay band and grade pay or pay scale" at both the places, the words "level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) in the Schedule,-

सा.का.नि. 191.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय के प्रकाशन विभाग में बहुकार्य कर्मचारीवृ ंद के पद पर भर्ती की प(cid:7373)ति का विनियमन करने के लिए नियम बनाते है, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभः—(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय, प्रकाशन विभाग बहुकार्य कर्मचारीवृ ंद, समूह ग पद भर्ती नियम 2017 है।

2. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरः—उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो नियमों से उपाब(cid:7373) अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनि(cid:7416)र्दष्ट हैं।

4. प्रारंभिक गठनः—ऐसे पदधारी जो प्रकाशन विभाग में नियमित आधार पर समूह 'घ' पद धारण किए हुए हैं, इन नियमों के अनुसार नियुक्त किए गए समझे जाएंगें और इन नियमों को प्रारंभ से ठीक पहले उक्त पद में उनकी निरंतर सेवा को परिवीक्षा प्रोन्नति और पेंशन के लिए अर्हक सेवा के प्रयोजनार्थ गणना में लिया जाएगा।

5. निरर्हताः—वह (cid:7390)क्ति

(क) जिसने ऐसे (cid:7390)क्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी प(cid:7360)ी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की हैं, या (ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी प(cid:7360)ी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी (cid:7390)क्ति से विवाह किया या विवाह की संविदा की है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नह(cid:7277) होगाः

परन्तु यदि के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे (cid:7390)क्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी (cid:7390)क्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

6. शिथिल करने का शक्तिः—जहां के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखब(cid:7373) करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के (cid:7390)क्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।

7. (cid:7390)ावृत्तिः—इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नह(cid:7277) डालेगी, जिनका के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के (cid:7390)क्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 191.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi-Tasking Staff in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Publications Division, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Publications Division, Multi -Tasking Staff, Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to( 4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Initial Constitution.- The incumbents holding Group 'D' posts in the Publications Division on regular basis, shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with these rules and their continuous service in the said post immediately before the commencement of these rules shall be taken into account for the purpose of qualifying service for probation, promotion and pension.

5. Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may , by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, (Main Secretariat), Accountant Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, (Main Secretariat), Accountant Recruitment Rules, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the principal rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix or pay scale. —The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules."

3. In the principal rules, in the Schedule,-

(A) in column (4), for the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(B) in column (11),-

2. सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय, विभागीय कैं टीन समूह ''ग'' कर्मचारी भर्ती नियम 2012 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात मूल नियम कहा गया है) नियम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात :-

परंतु यदि के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे (cid:7390)क्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी (cid:7390)क्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

G.S.R. 195.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to the article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Multi-Tasking Staff (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi-Tasking Staff in the Department of Food and Public Distribution, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Department of Food and Public Distribution (Multi-Tasking Staff ) Recruitment Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification, level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. —The method of recruitment to the said post, age- limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. — No person, —

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. — Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. —Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 197.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग, सहायक हलवाई–सह- रसोईया भर्ती नियम, 2013 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधि(cid:7059)ांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधि(cid:7059)मण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग के अंतर्गत हलवाई–सह-रसोईया के पद पर भर्ती की प(cid:7373)ति का नियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात:

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ :—(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग, सहायक हलवाई–सह-रसोईया भर्ती नियम, 2017 है।

(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर:—उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाब(cid:7373) अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ )4( में विनि(cid:7416)र्दष्ट है।

3. भर्ती की प(cid:7373)ति, आयु सीमा और अन्य शैक्षणिक अर्हताएं आदि.—उक्त पद पर भर्ती की प(cid:7373)ति, आयुसीमा, शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनि(cid:7416)र्दष्ट हैं।

4. निरर्हता :—वह (cid:7390)क्ति –

(क) जिसने ऐसे (cid:7390)क्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी प(cid:7360)ी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या (ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी प(cid:7360)ी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी (cid:7390)क्ति से विवाह किया है,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नह(cid:7277) होगा:

परंतु यदि के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार, यदि इस बात से संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे (cid:7390)क्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी (cid:7390)क्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति :—जहां के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब(cid:7373) करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के (cid:7390)क्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।

6. (cid:7390)ावृत्ति.— इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयुसीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नह(cid:7277) डालेगी, जिनका के न्(cid:7076)ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के (cid:7390)क्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 197.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to the article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Assistant Halwai-Cum-Cook Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Halwai-Cum-Cook in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Assistant Halwai-Cum-Cook Recruitment Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. —The method of recruitment to the said post, age- limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. —No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
