सा.का.नि. 221.— संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति एतदद्वारा विदेश मंत्रालय समूह 'ग' पद नियमावली, 2012 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं:—
1. लघु शीर्षक एवं प्रारम्भ.– (1) इन नियमों को विदेश मंत्रालय समूह 'ग' पद संशोधन नियम, 2017 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये नियम आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

(I) नियम 3 में, दोनों स्थानों में जहाँ भी "वेतनमान" शब्द आता है उनके स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
(II) अनुसूची में,
(क) कॉलम (2) में, ब्रैकिटों और आँकड़ों "(476)*(2011)", के लिए ब्रैकिटों और आँकड़ों "(491)*(2017)" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(ख) कॉलम (4) में,
(i) शीर्षक के लिए, "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शीर्षक को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(ii) प्रविष्टि के लिए, "वेतन मैट्रिक्स (18000-56900) में स्तर 1 प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
ग) कॉलम (6) में,

G.S.R. 221.— In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of External Affairs Group 'C' posts Rules, 2012 namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of External Affairs Group 'C' posts Amendment Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of External Affairs Group 'C' posts Rules 2012:
(I) in Rule 3, for the words "scale of pay" at both the places where they occur, the words "level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;
(II) in the Schedule,
(a) in column (2), for the brackets and figures "(476)* (2011)", the brackets and figures "491* (2017)" shall be substituted;
(b) in column (4),
(i) for the heading, the heading "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;
(ii) for the entry, the entry "Level 1 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 18000-56900)" shall be substituted.
(c) in column (6),
(i) for the heading, the heading shall be substituted by "Age limit for direct recruitment:";
(ii) for the entry, the entry shall be substituted by "Between 18 and 25 years of age. सा.का.नि. 222.— राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और अर्थ एवं सांख्यिकी निदेशालय, तकनीकी सहायक (हिंदी) भर्ती नियम, 2013 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, कृ षि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, कृ षि, सहकारिता एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग, आर्थिक एवं सांख्यिकी निदेशालय में तकनीकी सहायक (हिंदी) के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ .—(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कृ षि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, कृ षि, सहकारिता एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग, आर्थिक एवं सांख्यिकी निदेशालय, तकनीकी सहायक (हिंदी) भर्ती नियम, 2017 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
978 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : JULY 1, 2017/ASADHA 10, 1939 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर .—उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) से स्तम्भ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि.— भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी, जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से (13) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।
4. निरर्हताः.—वह व्यक्ति—
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परन्तु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार है तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , तथा कर्मचारी चयन आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत् आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।
6. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R.222.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Technical Assistant (Hindi) Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Technical Assistant (Hindi) in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Technical Assistant (Hindi), Recruitment Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.— No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
[ II— 3(i)] 981Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Staff Selection Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 223.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और तत्कालीन कृ षि मंत्रालय, कृ षि और सहकारिता विभाग, आर्थिक और सांख्यिकी निदेशालय [उपसंपादक (हिंदी)] भर्ती नियम, 2013 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, कृ षि और किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, कृ षि, सहकारिता और किसान कल्याण विभाग में आर्थिक और सांख्यिकी निदेशालय में उपसंपादक (हिंदी) के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:—
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ .— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कृ षि और किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, कृ षि, सहकारिता और किसान कल्याण विभाग, आर्थिक और सांख्यिकी निदेशालय, उपसंपादक (हिंदी) भर्ती नियम, 2017 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.—उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण, और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) से स्तम्भ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि.—भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी, जो उक्त/पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से (13) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।
[ II— 3(i)] 9834. निरर्हताः.—वह व्यक्ति-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परन्तु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार है तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत् आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।
6. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 223.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Co-operation, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, [Sub-Editor (Hindi)], Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Sub-Editor (Hindi) in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, [Sub- Editor (Hindi)], Recruitment Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. —No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note-2 : Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of the applications. |

G.S.R. 224.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Data Entry Operator Group 'C', Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Data Entry Operator Grade 'C' in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Data Entry Operator (Grade 'C' post), Recruitment Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and Level in the Pay Matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 225.— राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शाक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और पशुपालन और डेयरी विभाग मात्स्यिकी विकास आयुक्त समूह 'क' भर्ती नियम, 2004 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है कृ षि और किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय के पशुपालन, डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग में मात्स्यिकी विकास आयुक्त के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात:
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम पशुपालन, डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग, मात्स्किी विकास आयुक्त समूह 'क' पद भर्ती नियम, है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. पद-संख्या उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.—पद संख्या उसका वर्गीकरण और उसका वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वेतनमान वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट है।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा अर्हतांए आदि.—उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति आयु-सीमा अर्हतांए और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिर्दिष्ट है।
4. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति –
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित हैं,विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है, या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है, या[ II— 3(i)] 993 उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा;
परन्तु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार है तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शाक्ति.—जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण है, उन्हे लेखबद्ध करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।
6. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नही डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों, अन्य पिछडें वर्गों और विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 226.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying (Animal Husbandry Commissioner) Recruitment Rules, 1997, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Animal Husbandry Commissioner in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries ( Animal Husbandry Commissioner) Recruitment Rules, 2017.
[ II— 3(i)] 999(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of these provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Savings.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि.—भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता .—वह व्यक्ति, –
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:
परंतु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुमेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति .—जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
6. व्यावृत्ति.-—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका कें द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।
