का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ. 69.69.69.69.————के न्(cid:14) सरकार, प्रादेशिक सेना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 56) की धारा 14 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते *ए प्रादेशिक सेना नियम, 1948 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, नामत: -
1. (i) लघु शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभ -इन नियमों को प्रादेशिक सेना (संशोधन) नियम, 2017 कहा जाएगा ।
(ii) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख़ से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. प्रादेशिक सेना नियम, 1964 में, िनयम-14 में खंड (ग) में सारणी में ''रैंक'' शीर्षक के अंतर्गत ''लेBिटनेंट कर्नल/कर्नल'' अक्षरों और शब्दों के लिए, ''लेBिटनेंट कर्नल/कर्नल/कर्नल (समय-वेतनमान)'' अक्षरों, शब्दों एवं कोष्ठकों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

S.R.O. 69.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Territorial Army Act, 1948 (56 of 1948), the Central Government is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Territorial Army Rules, 1948, namely:—
(i) Short title and commencement – These rules may be called the Territorial Army (Amendment) Rules, 2017 (ii) They shall come in to force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Territorial Army Rules, 1964, in rule 14, in clause (c), in the Table, under the heading ''Rank", for the letters and words "Lt Col/Colonel", the letters, words and brackets ''Lt Col/Colonel/Colonel (TS)'' shall be substituted.

का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.70707070....----राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुSछेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते *ए रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और िवकास संगठन, संपदा अधीक्षक, सिविल निर्माण काडर, समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती नियम 2016, का संशोधन करने के िलेए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात :—
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ---- 1.1.1.1. इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन, संपदा अधीक्षक, सिविल निर्माण काडर समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है।
2. ये राजपत्र में उनकें प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।
2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन, सिविल निर्माण संवर्ग के संपदा अधीक्षक, समूह 'ख' पदों के भर्ती नियम, 2016 में,-
(1) िनयम 2 में, शब्दों "वेतन बैंड तथा Xेड वेतन या वेतनमान" जहां भी वे विद्यमान हों, के स्थान पर Zमश: "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(2) अनुसूची में ;-
(i) स्तम्भ (4) में,-
(क) शीर्षक के लिए निम्नलिखित शीर्षक "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" रखा जाएगा
(ख) स्तम्भ (4) के अधीन, प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-6(35400- 112400)" रखी जाएंगी,
(ii) स्तम्भ (11) के अधीन उप शीर्षक 'प्रोन्नति' के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टि "वेतन बैंड-1 में 5200-20200 '" + Xेड वेतन 2800 '. के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-5 (29200-92300)" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी।

S.R.O.70.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Estate Superintendent of Civil Works Cadre, Group 'B' posts Recruitment Rules, 2016 namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Estate Superintendent of Civil Works Cadre, Group 'B' posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Estate Superintendent of Civil Works Cadre, Group 'B' posts Recruitment Rules, 2016,-
(1) in rule 2, for the words "pay band and grade pay or pay scale" in both the places where they occur, the words "level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;
(2) in the Schedule,-
(i) in column (4),-
(a) for the heading, the heading "Level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;
(b) for the entries under column (4), the entries "level-6 (Rs.35400-112400)"shall be substituted;
(ii) in column (11) under the sub-heading 'Promotion', for the entries "in Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs.2800", the entries "in level-5 (Rs.29200-92300) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted.

काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....आआआआ. . . . 71.71.71.71.–––– राष्ट्रपति, संिवधान के अनुSछेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते *ए, रक्षा मंत्रालय (भंडारी), 2011 संशोधन करने के िलए निम्नलिखित िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात :-
1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय (भंडारी) संशोधन, भर्ती िनयम, 2017 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence (Storekeeper) Amendment Recruitment Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Defence (Storekeeper) Recruitment Rules, 2011,-
(a) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix – The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.";
(b) In the Schedule,-
(i) in column (4) ;
(A) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely :-
"Level in pay matrix";
(B) for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
"Level 5 in the pay matrix (Rs.29200 – 92300)";
(ii) in the entries under column (12), Note 3 and relating thereto shall be omitted.

(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पnी के जीिवत रहते *ए किसी mक्ति से िववाह किया है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहo होगाः[भाग II—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्रा : सितम्बर 16, 2017/भाद्र 25, 1939 403 परंतु यदि कें (cid:14) सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह उस mक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुpेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी mक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. िशिथलिशिथलिशिथलिशिथल करनेकरनेकरनेकरने कीकीकीकी शक्तिःशक्तिःशक्तिःशक्तिः---- जहां कें (cid:14) सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबc करके , और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के mक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सके गी।
6. :ावृत्तिः:ावृत्तिः:ावृत्तिः:ावृत्तिः---- इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहo डालेगी, िजनका कें (cid:14) सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, अन्य िपछड़े वगq, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य िवशेष प्रवर्ग के mक्तियों के िलए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

S.R.O.73.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Coast Guard Organisation (Legal Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Legal Assistant in the Coast Guard Organisation under the Ministry of Defence, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement. - (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Coast Guard Organisation (Legal Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of the said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.- No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note 1: The term "Qualified legal practitioner" in relation to this clause means an Advocate or a Pleader who has practiced as such for at least two years and should have dealt with cases relating to service laws. Note 2: Period of deputation (including short term contract) including period of deputation (including short term contract) in another ex- cadre post, held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. Note 3: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be not exceeding fifty six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. For Armed Forces Personnel: Deputation or Re-employment: The Armed Forces personnel holding the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer or Chief Petty Officer in the Army, Navy or Air Forces in the level-6 in the pay matrix and possessing degree in law from a recognised University who are due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year shall also be considered and if selected, such officers will be given deputation terms upto the date on which they are due for release | Group 'B' Departmental Promotion Committee (for considering confirmation of re-employed Armed Forces Personnel) consisting of : 1.
