(क) जिसने ऐसे Jयक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीिवत है, विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते $ए किसी Jयक्ति से विवाह किया है, या िववाह की संविदा की है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहM होगा :
परंतु यदि कें Nीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस Jयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुOेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Pक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

6. 6. 6. 6. 1या1या1या1यावृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्ति....————इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहM डालेगी, जिनका कें Nीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के Jयक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

| िवदा सिहत), जिसके अंतर्गत कें Nीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन या विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाi पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि (अल् पकािलक संिवदा सिहत) है, साधारणतया तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहM होगी। टिप्पणी 2 : पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी टिप्पणी 2 : टिप्पणी 2 : टिप्पणी 2 : जो प्रोन् नति की सीधी पंक्ति में है, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहM होंगे । इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुक्त Pक्ति प्रोन् नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहM होंगे। टिप्पणी 3 : प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए टिप्पणी 3 : टिप्पणी 3 : टिप्पणी 3 : अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहM होगी। |

G.S.R. 61.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Director (Information System) in the Office of the Union Public Service Commission, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Union Public Service Commission Director (Information System), Group 'A' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc. .—The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note 2: The Departmental Officer in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on promotion. Note 3: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications. |

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
[भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्रा : पफरवरी 24, 2018/पफाल्गुन 5, 1939 4872. राष्ट्रीय अmिशमन सेवा महाविद्यालय, नागपुर िनदेशक (समूह 'क' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2017 (इसमें इसके प'ात् मूल नियम कहा गया है) की अनुसूची में,-
(क) स्तंभ (11) में, उप-शीर्षक 'प्रतिनियुक्ति' में खंड (ख) के अधीन उप-खंड (iii) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्निलिखत उप-खंड और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"(iii) जिनका के न्Nीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्यक्षेत्र या स्वशासी निकाय या कानूनी निकाय या पब्लिक सैक्टर उप_मों या नगर निगम में स्थापित किसी अmिशमन सेवा संगठन में ऐसे पद पर, जो प्रभागीय या प्रादेशिक अधिकारी की पंक्ति से नीचे की पंक्ति का न हो, में दस वर्ष का अनुभव हो;"
(ख) स्तंभ (12) में, _म संख्या 2 से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में "या विशेष सचिव या अतिरिक्त सचिव" का लोप किया जाएगा।

G.S.R. 62. —In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the National Fire Service College, Nagpur, Director (Group 'A' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2017, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the National Fire Service College, Nagpur, Director (Group 'A' Post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the National Fire Service College, Nagpur, Director (Group 'A' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2017, (hereinafter referred to as the principle rules) in the Schedule, -
(a) under the column (11), under the sub-heading 'Deputation', under clause (b), For sub-clause (iii) and the entries relating thereto, the following sub-clause and entries shall be substituted, namely:
"(iii) ten years' experience in the rank not below the rank of divisional or regional Fire Service Officer in an established Fire Service organisation in the Central Government or State Government or Union territories administration or autonomous bodies or statutory organisation or public sector undertakings or Municipal Corporations;"
(b) under column (12), in the entries relating to serial number 2, the words "or Special Secretary or Additional Secretary "shall be omitted.

(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

(अ) जिसने ऐसे Jयक्ति से जिसका पति या पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या
(ब) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते $ये किसी Jयक्ति से िववाह किया है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहM होगा।
परन्तु यदि के न्Nीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे Jयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुOेय है और ऐसा करने के लिये अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Jयक् ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5555. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. शिथिल करने की शक्ति - जहw के न्Nीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहw वह उसके लिए जो कारण है उन्हें लेखब2 करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श पर इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Jयक्तियों के वाबत प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्त करने के लिए चयन करने के दौरान, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकें गे।
6666. 1या. 1या. 1या. 1यावृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्ति - इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयुसीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहM डालेगी, जिनका के न्Nीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य िपछड़े वगx, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के Jयक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 63.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Commerce (Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Calcutta) Hindi Officer, Recruitment Rules, 1981, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Director(Official Language) in the Office of the Director General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Kolkata, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Office of the Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Assistant Director (Official Language) Group 'A' (Gazetted post) Recruitment Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix or pay scale.- The number of post, its classification, level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc.-The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post. Provided that the Central Government may if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons while selecting an officer for appointment on deputation. 6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation to age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Desirable: Studied one of the language other than Hindi included in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution at 10th standard from a recognised Board. Note 1: The departmental Senior Translator in level 7 in the pay matrix Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400/- with three years' regular service in the grade and have uccessfully completed the training of two- four weeks shall also be considered along with outside officers and in case, such person is selected, the post shall deemed to have filled by promotion. Note 2: The period of deputation (including short term contract) including the period of deputation (including short term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceeding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. Note 3: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. |

2.2.2.2. स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, सफदरजंग अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, सांख्यकी सहायक (समूह 'ग') भर्ती नियम, 2016 में,- (क) िनयम 2 के स्थान पर निम्निलिखत रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
'' 2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर - पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स मे स्तर या उससे संलग्न वेतनमान वे होंगे, जो इन नियमों से उपाब2 अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिHर्दष्ट हैं|''
(ख) अनुसूची में,-
(i) स्तंभ 2 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टयो के स्थान पर निम्निलिखत रखी जाएगी,
अर्थात :-

| 01* (2017) *कार्यभार के आधार पर परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है।'' |
(ii) स्तंभ (4) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टयो के स्थान पर निम्निलिखत रखी जाएगी, अर्थात :-
| '' वेतन मैट्रिक् स में स् तर |
| (4) स् तर - 5 (29200-92300/रू).'' |

G.S.R. 64.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Statistical Assistant (Group 'C' post), Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Statistical Assistant (Group 'C' post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Statistical Assistant (Group 'C' post), Recruitment Rules, 2016,-
(a) for rule 2, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
"2.Number of posts, classification, level in the pay matrix.- The number of the post, its classification, level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.";
(b) in the Schedule,-
(i) for column 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

| 01* (2017) *Subject to variation dependent upon workload."; |
(ii) for column 4 and the entries realting thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
| "Level in the pay matrix. |
