का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ. 14141414.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:23)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते &ए और भारतीय नौसेना (अनुवाद अधिकारी हिन्दी अं-ेजी) (सिविलियन) भर्ती नियम, 1983 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधि6ांत करते &ए जिन्हें ऐसे अधि6मण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, एकीकृ त मुख्यालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय (नौसेना) में सहायक िनदेशक (राजभाषा) के पदों पर भर्ती की प@ति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् ::::
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.—(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय नौसेना सहायक निदेशक (राजभाषा) समूह ''''क'''' पद भर्ती िनयम, 2018 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।
2. पदपदपदपद----संख्यासंख्यासंख्यासंख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरवर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरवर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरवर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.—उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाब@ अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) से (4) में विनिSर्दष्ट हैं।

4. िनिनिनिनर्हरतार्हरतार्हरतार्हरता.—वह Vक्ति,-
(क) जिसने ऐसे Vक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पWी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है, या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पWी के जीवित रहते &ए किसी Vक्ति से विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहX होगा ::::

5. शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्Yीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हे लेखब@ करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Vक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सके गी।
6. .ावृति.ावृति.ावृति.ावृति.—इन नियमों की कोई भी बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहX डालेगी, जिनका के न्Yीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य िपछडे ़ वगa भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के Vक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

MINISTRY OF DEFENCE
New Delhi, the 20th February, 2018
S.R.O. 14.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Indian Navy Translation Officer, Hindi/English (Civilian) Recruitment Rules, 1983 except in respects things done or omitted to be done before suppression, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Assistant Director (Official Language), in Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy), namely:-
1. Short title and commencement .—(1) These rules may be called the Indian Navy Assistant Director (Official Language) Group 'A' post Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the above said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,—
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons or posts.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहX होगा :
परन्तु यदि के न्Yीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस Vक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुZेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Vक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

S.R.O. 15.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces Headquarters and Inter Service Organisations, Data Entry Operator (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1999 in so far as they relate to the post of Data Entry Operator Grade 'B', except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Data Entry Operator Grade 'B' in the Armed Forces Headquarters and Inter Service Organisations, Ministry of Defence, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces Headquarters and Inter Service Organisations, Data Entry Operator Grade 'B' (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or,
(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

S.R.O. 16.—There being a necessity for Officers of the Army and the Navy to exercise command over persons subject to the Air Force Act, 1950 (45 of 1950), who are attached to or are serving in Army Units or Naval Ships or Establishments; or Air Force Units Commanded by such Officers; or Unified Service Organisations or Establishments, including the Andaman & Nicobar Command, comprising members of the Army, Navy and Air Force or any two of them, the Central Government in exercise of powers conferred by Section 189 (2) (m) of the Air Force Act, 1950 (45 of 1950) and Rule 158 (f) of the Air Force Rules, 1969 hereby declare that the Officers of the Army and Navy will exercise, command over persons subject to the Air Force Act, 1950 (45 of 1950), who are attached to or serving in Army Units or Naval Ships or Establishments; or Air Force Units Commanded by such Officers; or Unified Service Organisations or Establishments, including the Andaman & Nicobar Command, comprising members of Army, Navy and Air Force or any two of them.
