G.S.R. 77.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Cook) Recruitment Rules, 1986, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Cooks in the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) these rules may be called the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Cook) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for the reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Class, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(क) जिसने ऐसे Uयक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या (ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते $ए किसी Uयक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहX होगा:

परन्तु यदि के न्Yीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे Uयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुZेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Uयक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्Yीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब5 करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Uयक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।

6. .या.या.या.यावृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहX डालेगी, जिनका के न्Yीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वग^, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के Uयक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

6. .या.या.या.यावृत्ति.वृत्ति.वृत्ति.वृत्ति.---- इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहX डालेगी, जिनका के न्Yीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य िपछड़े वग^, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के Uयक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 80.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the National Fire Service College, Nagpur (Director and Deputy Director) Recruitment Rules, 1972, in so far as they relate to the post of Deputy Director except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Deputy Director in the National Fire Service College, Nagpur under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the National Fire Service College, Nagpur, Deputy Director (Group 'A' post) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and the level in the pay matrix. - The number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of Recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualifications. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(2) (2) (2) (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पशुपालन, डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग (मात्स्यिक प्रभाग, समूह 'क', समूह 'ख' और समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2015 में, उपिनयम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात:- पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाब5 अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से (4) मे विनिQर्दष्ट है।

3. पशुपालन, डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग (मात्स्यिक प्रभाग, समूह 'क', समूह 'ख' और समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2015 में,- (क) स्तंभ (4) में, शीर्षक के स्थान पर शीषर्क "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" रखा जाएगा।

(I) मीन उद्योग अनुसंधान अंतषण अधिकारी (साधारण cेणी) की पद से संबंधित fम संख्या I के सामने, प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टिया स्तर 5 (29,200-92,300 a.) रखी जाएगी;

(II) ज्येष्ठ तकनीकी सहायक (मात्स्यिक) के पद से संबंधित, fम संख्या 2 के सामने,

(I) स्तंभ (4) में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टियां "स्तर-7 (44,900- 1,42,400 a.)" रखी जाएगी।

(II) उपशीषर्क प्रतिनियुक्ति के अधीन स्तंभ (II) में,

(क) प्रोन्नित उप-शीर्षक के अधीन शब्दों, कोष्ठकों, अक्षरों और अंकों के स्थान पर "वेतन बैंड-2,9300 - 34800 a.+/ेड वेतन 4600 a." शब्द अंक और अक्षर "वेतन मैट्रक्सि में स्तर 7 (44900-142400 a.)" रखे जाएंगे

(ख) उपशीर्षक प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतगर्त अल्पकािलक संिवदा भी है) के अधीन, शब्दो कोष्ठकों अक्षरों और अंको के स्थान पर "वेतन बैंड 2, 9300-34800 a." शब्द कोष्ठक अक्षर और अंक वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 8 (47600 -151100 a.) रखे जाएगे

(ग) "टिप्पण 2" और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां दोनों स्थानों पर आते हैं, जहां वह आते हैं, लोप किया जाएगा।

(iv) सहायक आयुक्त (मात्स्यिकी) के पद से संबंधित, fम संख्या 4 के सामने566 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : MARCH 17, 2018/PHALGUNA 26, 1939 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (i) स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टियां "स्तर 11 (67,700-2,08,700 a.)" रखी जाएगी,

(ii) स्तंभ (ii) में,

(क) शब्दों कोष्ठकों अक्षरों और अंकों के स्थान पर "वेतन के वेतनमान वेतन बैंड 3,15,600-39,100 a. +/ेड वेतन 5400 a." दोनों स्थानों पर है, जहां वह आते हैं शब्द, कोष्ठक अक्षर और अंक "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 10 (56,100-1,77,500 a.)" रखे जाएगे,

(ख) "टिप्पण2" और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा,

(v) उपायुक्त (मात्स्यिकी) के पद से संबंधित fम संख्या 5 के सामने,

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर "स्तर (78,800-2,09, 200 a.)" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी।

(ii) स्तंभ (II) में'

(क) शब्दों, कोष्ठकों, अक्षर और अंक को स्थान पर वेतन बैंड 3, 15600-39100 रू.+/ेड वेतन 6600 a. "वेतनमान" दोनों स्थान पर आते है, वह आते है शब्द, कोष्ठक, अक्षर और अंक वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 11 (67,700-2,05,700 a. रखे जाएंगे)

(ख) "टिप्पण 2" और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों दोनों स्थानों पर आते है' जहां वह आते हैं का लोप किया जाएगा।

(VI) संयुक्त आयुक्त (मात्स्यिकी) के पद से संबंधित fम संख्या 6 के सामने -

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टियों "स्तर 13 (1,18500-2,14,100 a.) रखी जाएगी,

(ii) स्तंभ (II) में

(क) शब्दों, कोष्ठकों, अक्षरों और अंकों के स्थान पर "वेतन बैड -3, 15600-39100 a.+ /ेड वेतन 7600 a. वेतनमान", दोनो स्थानो पर आते है, शब्द अंक कोष्ठक और अक्षर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-12 (78,800- 2,09,200 a.) रखे जाएंगे"

(ख) "टिप्पण 2" और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों, दोनो स्थानो पर आते है, जहां आते है, लोप किया जाएगा।

(VII) सहायक निदेशक (मत्स्य बंदरगाह) के पद से संबंधित fम संख्या 7 के सामने-

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर प्रविष्टियां "स्तर 10 (56100-1,77500 a.) रखी जाएगी"

(ii) स्तंभ (10) में शब्दों] कोष्ठकों, अक्षरों और अंकों के स्थान पर "वेतन बैड-2,9300-34800 a.+/ेड वेतन पर वेतन 4800 a." शब्द कोष्ठक, अक्षर और अंक "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 8 (47600-151100 a.) रखे जाएंगे।

(viii) सहायक आयुक्त (मत्स्यन बंदरगाह) के पद से संबंधित fम संख्या 8 के सामने,-

(i) स्तंभ(4) में, प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर "स्तर-11 (67,700-2,08,700 a.) प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी।

(ii) स्तंभ (ii) में

(क) शब्दों, कोष्ठकों, अक्षरों और अंकों के स्थान पर "वेतन बैड 3, 15,600-39,100 a.+/ेड वेतन के 5400 a. के वेतनमान, दोनों स्थानों पर वह आते हैं, शब्द कोष्ठक अक्षर और अंक "स्तर वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 10 (56,100-1,77,500 a.) रखे जाएंगे,

(ख) "टिप्पण 2" और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा।

G.S.R. 83.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Department of Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries, (Fisheries Division, Group 'A', Group 'B' and Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, , (Fisheries Division, Group 'A', Group 'B' and Group 'C' posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Department of Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries, (Fisheries Division, Group 'A', Group 'B' and Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015, for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"3. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules." 3. In the Schedule to the Department of Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries, (Fisheries Division, Group 'A', Group 'B' and Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015,-

(a) in column (4), for the heading, the heading "Level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(I) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Fisheries Research Investigator (Ordinary Grade), in column (4), for the entries, the entries "Level 5 (Rs. 29,200-92,300) shall be substituted;

(II) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Senior Technical Assistant (Fisheries),-

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the entries "Level-7 (Rs 44,900-1,42,400)" shall be substituted;

(ii) In column (11), under sub-heading Deputation,

(a) in (a)(ii), for the words, brackets, letters and figures " Scale of pay of PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4200" the words, brakcets letters and figures "Level-6 (Rs. 35,400- 1,12,400) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) in (a)(iii) and (b), for the words, brackets, letters and figures " PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs 2800" the words, letters and figures "Level-5 (Rs. 29,200-92,300) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(c) "Note 2"and the entries relating thereto, shall be omitted;

(III) against serial number 3, relating to the post of Fisheries Research Investigation Officer,-

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the entries "Level-10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500)" shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (11),

(a) under sub-heading promotion for the words, brackets, letters and figures " PB-2 Rs. 93,00- 34,800 with grade pay of Rs 4600", the words,letters and figures "Level-7 (Rs. 44,900- 1,42,400) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) under sub-heading Deputation (Including Short Term Contract)in (a)(ii), for the words, brackets, letters and figures "PB-2 Rs. 93,00-34,800 with grade pay of Rs. 4800", the words,brackets, letters and figures "Level-8 (Rs. 47,600-1,51,100) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(c) "Note 2"and the entries relating thereto, at both the places, where they occur, shall be omitted;

(IV) against serial number 4, relating to the post of Assistant Commissioner (Fisheries),-

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the entries "Level-11 (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700)" shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (11),

(a) for the words, brackets, letters and figures " Scale of pay PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 with grade pay of Rs. 5400", at both the places where they occur, the words,brackets, letters and figures "Level-10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted.;

(b) "Note 2"and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;

(V) against serial number 5, relating to the post of Deputy Commissioner (Fisheries),-

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the entries "Level-12 (Rs. 78,800-2,09,200)" shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (11),

(a) for the words, brackets, letters and figures " Scale of pay of PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 with grade pay of Rs. 6600", at both the places, they occur, the words, bracket, letters and figures "Level-11 (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) "Note 2"and the entries relating thereto, at both the places, where they occur, shall be omitted;

(VI) against serial number 6, relating to the post of Joint Commissioner (Fisheries),-

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the entries "Level-13 (Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,900)" shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (11),

(a) for the words, brackets, letters and figures " Scale of pay of PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 with grade pay of Rs 7600", at both the places they occur, the words, figures, bracket and letters "Level-12 (Rs. 78,800-2,09,200) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) "Note 2"and the entries relating thereto, at both the places, where they occur, shall be omitted;

(VII) against serial number 7, relating to the post of Assistant Director (Fishing Harbour),-

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the entries "Level-10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500)" shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (10), for the words, bracket, letters and figures "PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4800", the words,bracket, letters and figures "Level-8 (Rs. 47,600-1,51,100) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(VIII) against serial number 8, relating to the post of Assistant Commissioner (Fishing Harbour),-

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the entries "Level-11 (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700)" shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (11),
