(1) (1) इन नियमों का नाम भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय (भाषा प्रभाग) तथा राज्यों और संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों में स्थित जनगणना कार्य निदेशालय कार्यालय आशुलिपिक 8ेड-II भर्ती (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2018 होगा ।

(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

(2) भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय (भाषा प्रभाग) तथा राज्यों और संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों में स्थित निदेशक जनगणना कार्य के कार्यालय आशुलिपिक 8ेड-II भर्ती नियमावली, 2012 (इसके पFात् पूवIक्त नियमावली के रूप में संदLभत), में नियम 2 के िलए, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-

1937 GI/2018 (677)678 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : APRIL 14, 2018/CHAITRA 24, 1940 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] "2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और पे मैट्रिक्स में लेवल- पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और पे मैट्रिक्स में उनसे जुड़ा लेवल इन नियमों के साथ संलR अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) तक में यथा विनिWदष्ट होगा" ।

(3) पूवIक्त नियमावली में, अनुसूची में कालम (4) में, -

(क) शीर्षक के लिए निम्नलिखित शीर्षक प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-

"पे मैट्रिक्स में लेवल ।";

(ख) मौजूदा प्रविष्टि के लिए, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात:-

"लेवल-4 (25500-81100/- रूपए) ।";

G.S.R. 106 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Office of the Registrar General, India (Language Division) and the Offices of the Director of Census Operations in the States and the Union Territories Stenographer Grade -II Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may called the Office of the Registrar General, India (Language Division) and the Offices of the Directorate of Census Operations in the States and the Union Territories Stenographer Grade -II Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Office of the Registrar General, India (Language Division) and the Offices of the Director of Census Operations in the States and the Union Territories Stenographer Grade -II Recruitment Rules, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of the post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.".

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule in column (4),-

(a) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level in the pay matrix.";

(b) for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level -4 (Rs. 25500-81100).";

3. उक्त नियमावली में, अनुसूची में, -

(i) कालम (4) में,-

(क) शीर्षक के लिए निम्नलिखित शीर्षक को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-

"पे मैट्रिक्स में लेवल।"

(ख) मौजूदा प्रविष्टि के लिए, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थातः-

"लेवल-10 (56100-177500/-रूपए) ।";

(ii) कालम 11 में, उप-शीर्षक "प्रोन्नति" के अन्तर्गत ,-

(क) शब्द, वर्ण और अंक "पे बै\ड-2 (9300-34800/- रूपए) तथा 8ेड पे 4200 रूपए", के िलए शब्द, वर्ण और अंक "लेवल-6 (35400-112400/- रूपए)" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;

(ख) टिप्पणी 2 को हटा दिया जाएगा-

(iii) कालम 11 में, उप-शीर्षक "प्रतिनियुक्ति (अल्पकालिक संविदा सहित)" के अन्तर्गत,-

(क) शब्द, वर्ण और अंक "पे बै\ड-2 (9300-34800/- रूपए) तथा 8ेड पे 4800 रूपए", के िलए शब्द, वर्ण, और अंक "लेवल-8 (47600-151100/- रूपए)" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;

(अ) कॉलम (4) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-

(ब) कॉलम (II) में, -

(I) उप-शीर्षक "प्रोन्नति" के अंतर्गत, -

G.S.R. 109.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the office of the Registrar General, India (Junior Accountant, Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2010 except as respects, things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Accountant in the office of the Registrar General, India, under Ministry of Home Affairs namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Office of the Registrar General, India, (Junior Accountant) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age - limit, educational qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age -limit, educational qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification.- No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person, having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age- limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. (1) इन नियमों का नाम भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय, सहायक महारजिस्ट्रार (सामाजिक अध्ययन) भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयमावली, 2018 होगा ।

(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. भारत के महारजिस्ट्रार का कार्यालय, सहायक महारजिस्ट्रार (सामाजिक अध्ययन) भर्ती नियमावली, 2012 (इसके पFात पूवIक्त नियमावली के रूप में संदLभत), में नियम 2 के िलए, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-

2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और पे मैट्रिक्स में लेवल- पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और पे मैट्रिक्स में उनसे जुड़ा लेवल इन नियमों के साथ संलR अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) से (4) तक में यथा विनिWदष्ट होगा ।

3. उक्त नियमावली में, अनुसूची में, -

(I) कॉलम (4) में, -

(क) शीर्षक के लिए निम्नलिखित शीर्षक को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-

"पे मैट्रिक्स में लेवल।";

(ख) मौजूदा प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थातः-

"लेवल-12 (78800-209200/- lपए)। ";

(II) कॉलम (11) में, उप-शीर्षक "प्रोन्नति अथवा प्रतिनियुक्ति (अल्प कालिक संविदा सिहत) " के अन्तर्गत,-

(क) शब्द, वर्ण और अंक "पे बै\ड-3, 15600-39100 lपए और 8ेड पे 6600 lपए", के लिए शब्द, वर्ण और अंक "लेवल-11 (67700-208700/- lपए)" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;

(ख) शब्द, वर्ण और अंक "पे बै\ड-3 (15600-39100 lपए) और 8ेड पे 6600 lपए", के लिए शब्द, वर्ण और अंक "लेवल-11 (67700-208700/- lपए)" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;

1. (1) These rules may called the Office of the Registrar General, India, Assistant Registrar General (Social Studies), Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Office of the Registrar General, India, Assistant Registrar General (Social Studies), Recruitment Rules, 2012, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of the post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,-

(I) in column (4),-

(a) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-

(b) for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the 'Cabinet Secretariat, Data Entry Operator (Grade 'A' post) Recruitment Rules, 2018'

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and pay scale.—The number of the said post, its classification and Pay Level in Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification etc., .—The method of recruitment to said post, age limit, qualifications and other matter concerned therewith shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, ––

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules in respect of any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.

2. Application. – These rules shall apply for recruitment to the posts specified in column (1) of the schedule annexed to these rules.

G.S.R. 113.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Films Division (Group 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1989, insofar as they relate to the posts of Chief Cameraman and Cameraman (Cartoon Film Unit), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Chief Cameraman in the Films Division under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Films Division, Chief Cameraman Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification, level in pay matrix - The number of the said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix applicable thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment to the said post, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in the columns (5) to (13) of the said schedule.

4. Disqualification - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of person.

6. Saving -Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

(क) जिसने ऐसे (cid:128)क्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीिवत है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या (ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते %ए किसी अन्य (cid:128)क्ति से विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहr होगा :-

परन्तु, यदि के न्sीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे (cid:128)क्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार पर लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुtेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी (cid:128)क्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

Dावृत्ति:Dावृत्ति:Dावृत्ति:Dावृत्ति:---- इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहr डालेगी, जिनका के न्sीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के (cid:128)क्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 114.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Culture, Staff Car Drivers, Group 'C' posts, Recruitment Rules 1999, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Staff Car Drivers, Group 'C' in the Ministry of Culture, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, Staff Car Drivers,714 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : APRIL 14, 2018/CHAITRA 24, 1940 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] Group 'C' posts, Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. Application. - These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said posts, their classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said schedule.
