सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन. 115115115115....————संविधान के अनु(cid:21)छेद 309 के परंतुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते $ए राष्ट्रपति, कें )ीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड (संब1 एवं अधीनस्थ कार्यालय) उप-िनदेशक (राजभाषा) भर्ती नियमावली, 2015 का संशोधन करने के िलए निम्नलिखित िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

(1) (i) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कें )ीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड (संब1 एवं अधीनस्थ कार्यालय) उपिनदेशक (राजभाषा) भर्ती संशोधन िनयम 2018 है।

(ii) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. कें )ीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड (संब1 एवं अधीनस्थ कार्यालय) उप-निदेशक (राजभाषा) भर्ती नियमावली, 2015 में,- (क) िनयम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम को रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

(आ) प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

"वेतन मैट्रिक्स (67700-208700S) में स्तर 11";

(ii) स्तंभ सं. (11) में,-

(अ) प्रोन्नति शीर्षक के अधीन, शब्द, अंक और कोष्ठक "सहायक िनदेशक (राजभाषा) जो पे-बैंड-3, 15600- 39100S के Wेड में Wेड पे-5400S में 5 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा कर चुके हों", के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द, कोष्ठक और अंको को रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

"वेतन मैट्रिक्स (56100-177500S) में स्तर 10 में सहायक निदेशक (राजभाषा), जिन्होंने उस Yेणी में 5 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हों";

(आ) उपशीर्षक प्रतिनियुक्ति के अधीन मद (क) में उप-मद (ii) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप-मद रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

"(ii) मूल काडर या विभाग में वेतन मैट्रिक्स (56100-177500S) के स्तर 10 में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के प\ात 5 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो या समतुल्य; और"।

G.S.R. 115.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Board of Excise and Customs (Attached and Subordinate Offices) Deputy Director (Official Language) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:-

1 (i) These rules may be called the Central Board of Excise and Customs (Attached and Subordinate Offices) Deputy Director (Official Language) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Central Board of Excise and Customs (Attached and Subordinate Offices) Deputy Director (Official Language) Recruitment Rules, 2015, -

(a) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"2. Number of Post, Classification, Level in Pay Matrix. – The number of post, classification, Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.";

(b) in the Schedule, -

(i) in column number (4), -

(A) for the column heading, the following column heading shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level in the Pay Matrix";

(B) for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level 11 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 67700-2,08,700)";

(ii) in column number (11), -

(A) under the heading Promotion:, for the words, figures and brackets "Assistant Director (Official Language) in PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs. 5400 with five years regular service in the grade", the following words, brackets and figures shall be substituted, namely:-

"Assistant Director (Official Language) in Level 10 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 56100-177500) with five years regular service in the grade";

(B) under the heading Deputation:, in item (a) for sub-item (ii), the following sub-item shall be substituted, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Sashastra Seema Bal, Combatised Inspector (General Duty) Group 'B' Non- Gazetted post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Sashastra Seema Bal, Combatised Inspector (General Duty) Group 'B' Non-Gazetted post Recruitment Rules, 2009,-

(I) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहj होगा:

परंतु यदि कें )ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे hयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुkेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी hयक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

G.S.R. 117.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Staff Car Driver (Special Grade) in the Office of the Union Public Service Commission, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Union Public Service Commission, Staff Car Driver (Special Grade), Group 'B' post, Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post(s), classification and Level in Pay Matrix.- The number of posts, their classification and the Levels in Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in Columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.- No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Serviceman and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Physiotherapist, (Group 'B' Post), Recruitment Rules, 2018.

2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण एवं वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण एवं वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर---- उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण एवं वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वे होंगे जो इन पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण एवं वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण एवं वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर नियमों से उपाब1 अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिOदष्ट हैं।

4. निरर्हता.निरर्हता.निरर्हता.निरर्हता.---- वह nक्ति-

(क) िजसने, ऐसे nक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पwी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है या

(ख) जिसने, अपने पति या अपनी पwी के जीवित रहते $ए किसी nक्ति से विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहj होगाः

परंतु यदि के न्)ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस nक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुkेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी nक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.---- जहां के न्)ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब1 करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के nक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।

(iii) जिन्होंने स्तर-2, 19,900-63,200 S. में तेरह वर्ष की िनयिमत सेवा की हो; और

(ख) िजनके पास स्तंभ (7) के अधीन शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और िविहत अनुभव हो।

टिप्पणःटिप्पणःटिप्पणःटिप्पणः पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे िवभागीय अिधकारी, जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में है, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के िलए िवचार किए जाने के पात्र नहj होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्त nक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के िलए िवचार किए जाने के पात्र नहj होंगे।

प्रतिनियुक्ति की अविध, िजसके अंतर्गत के न्)ीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन या िवभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाहय पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अविध है साधारणतया 3 वर्ष से अिधक नहj होगी। प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति के िलए अिधकतम आयु सीमा (िजसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संिवदा भी है) आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंितम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अिधक नहj होगी।

6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 125.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Survey of India Stenographer Grade I, II and III Recruitment Rules 1984, insofar as they relate to the post of Stenographer Grade III, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade II in the Ministry of Science and Technology, Department of Science and Technology, Survey of India, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Science and Technology, Department of Science and Technology Survey of India, Stenographer Grade II, Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, Level in the Pay Matrix – The number of said post, its classification, the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification: No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. (1) इन नियमों का सक्षिप्त नाम जल संसाधन, नदी विकास और गंगा संरक्षण मंत्रालय, लेखाकार (कमान क्षेत्र विकास) समूह 'ख' पद, भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. जल संसाधन मंत्रालय, लेखाकार (कमान क्षेत्र विकास) समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती नियम, 2012 (जिसे इसके पश्चात् उक्त िनयम कहा गया है) में शब्दों ''जल संसाधन मंत्रालय'' के स्थान पर ''जल संसाधन, नदी विकास और गंगा संरक्षण मंत्रालय'' शब्द रखें जाएंगे।

(।)।)।)।) िनयम 2, के स्थान पर निम्निलिखत रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

''2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.- पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वे होंगे, जो इन नियमों से उपाब1 अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिOदष्ट हैं।'';

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, Accountant (Command Area Development), Group 'B' Post, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Water Resources, Accountant (Command Area Development), Group 'B' Post Recruitment Rules, 2012, _____

(I) for rule 2, the following rules shall be substituted, namely:-

"2. Number of posts, classification and Level in Pay Matrix .-– The number of said post (s), its classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.";

(II) in the Schedule,-----

(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

2. In the Ministry of Water Resources, Staff Car Driver (Special Grade) Group 'B' Post Recruitment Rules, 2010,-- (a) for rule 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

" Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix – The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules;" (b) In the Schedule, --

(i) in column (4), ------

(A) for the heading, the heading "Level in pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(B) for the entry, the entry "Level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400)" shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (11),-----

(A) for the words "Staff Car Driver (Grade-I) with six years' service in the grade", the words "Staff Car Driver (Grade-I) with three years' service in the grade" shall be substituted;
