सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन. 166166166166....————राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:23)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते %ए वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व विभाग, कें -ीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड वरिष्ठ निजी सचिव (समूह ख राजपत्रित अनुसचिवीय पद) भर्ती नियम, 2015 संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात:-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व विभाग, कें -ीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमा-शुल्क बोर्ड, वरिष्ठ निजी सिचव (समूह "ख" राजपत्रित अनुसचिवीय पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2018 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. वित्त मंत्रालय, राजस्व विभाग, कें -ीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड वरिष्ठ निजी सचिव (समूह "ख" राजपत्रित अनुसचिवीय पद) भर्ती िनयम, 2015 में नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात:-

(ख) अनुसूची में-

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, -

(अ) शीर्षक के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शीर्षक रखा जाएगा, अर्थात:-

"वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर'';

(आ) प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात:-

"वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 8 (47600-151100)"

(ii) स्तंभ (11) में,-

(अ) 'प्रोन्नति' शीर्षक के अधीन, शब्दों, कोष्ठकों और अंकों के स्थान पर "िनजी सिचव जो पे-बैंड-2, 9300-34800 Y. के Zेड पे 4600 Y. में 2 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो'' निम्नलिखित शब्द, कोष्ठक और अंक रखे जाएंगे, अर्थात "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 7 (44900-142400) में निजी सचिव जिसने [ेणी में दो वर्ष सेवा की हो।"

(आ) प्रतिनियुक्ति शीर्षक के अधीन निम्नलिखित मद (ii) रखी जाएगी, अर्थात:-

"(ii) मूल संवर्ग या विभाग में वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 7 (44900-142400) नियमित आधार पर इसकी नियुक्ति के प]ात [ेणी में दो वर्ष सेवा की हो;

G.S.R. 166.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs, Senior Private Secretary (Group 'B' Gazetted, Ministerial Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:-

1 (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs, Senior Private Secretary (Group 'B' Gazetted, Ministerial Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs, Senior Private Secretary (Group 'B' Gazetted, Ministerial Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015, for rule 2, the following shall be substituted; namely :-

(a) "2. Number of post, Classification, Level in the pay matrix. – The number of the post, its classification, Level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.";

(b) in the Schedule, -

(i) in column (4), -

(A) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level in the pay matrix";

(B) for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level 8 in the pay matrix (47600-151100)";

(ii) in column (11), -

(A) under the heading Promotion:, for the words, brackets and figures "Private Secretary in the Pay Band-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600 with two years regular service in the grade", the following words, brackets and figures shall be substituted, namely:-

"Private Secretary in Level 7 in the pay matrix (44900-142400) with two years regular service in the grade";

(B) under the heading Deputation:, for item (ii), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-

"(ii) With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Level 7 in the pay matrix (44900-142400) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department".

(1) संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रासंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रासंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रासंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.रंभ.रंभ.रंभ.---- (1) इन नियमों को वित्त मंत्रालय, आ_थक कार्य विभाग, अनुभाग अधिकारी (बा') भर्ती नियम, 2018 कहा जाएगा।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

(2) पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण, पे मैट्रिक्स में लेवलपद संख्या, वर्गीकरण, पे मैट्रिक्स में लेवलपद संख्या, वर्गीकरण, पे मैट्रिक्स में लेवलपद संख्या, वर्गीकरण, पे मैट्रिक्स में लेवल---- उक्त पद की संख्या, इसका वर्गीकरण, इससे संबO पे मैट्रिक्स में लेवल वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबO अनुसूची के कॉलम 2 से कॉलम 4 में विनिQदष्ट हैं।

(3) भर्ती की प)ति, आयुभर्ती की प)ति, आयुभर्ती की प)ति, आयुभर्ती की प)ति, आयु----सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं आदि.सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं आदि.सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं आदि.सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं आदि.---- उक्त पद की भर्ती की पOति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी, जो उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम 5 से कॉलम 13 में विनिQदष्ट हैं।

(4) निरर्हता.निरर्हता.निरर्हता.निरर्हता.---- वह gक्ति,-

(क) जिसने ऐसे gक्ति, जिसका पति या जिसकी पhी जीवित है, से विवाह या वैवाहिक अनुबंध किया है, या;

(ख) जिसने, अपने पति या अपनी पhी के जीवित रहते %ए, किसी अन्य gक्ति से विवाह या वैवाहिक अनुबंध किया है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहi होगा।

परंतु यदि के न्-ीय सरकार को यह संतुष्टि हो जाती है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे gक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार के लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुjेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी भी gक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.---- जहां के न्-ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, तो वह gक्तियों के किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के संबंध में, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को, कारणों को लेखबO करके , और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।

6. 4ावृत्ति.4ावृत्ति.4ावृत्ति.4ावृत्ति.---- इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहi डालेगी, जिनका के न्-ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशिष्ट वगn के gक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 167.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, Section Officer(Excluded) Recruitment Rules, 2010 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Section Officer (Excluded) in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, Section Officer (Excluded) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and Level in Pay Matrix.-The number of post, its classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualifications.- No person ,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or978 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : JUNE 16, 2018/JYAISTHA 26, 1940 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any persons from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category or persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen, the Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 168.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949 (66 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group 'A' posts in Engineering Wing of the Central Reserve Police Force, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :—

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application− These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules

3. Definitions− (1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,—

(a) "Act" means the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949;

(b) "Government" means the Government of India;

(c) "Scheduled Castes" and "Scheduled Tribes" shall have the same meanings as assigned to them in clauses (24) and (25) respectively of article 366 of the Constitution;

(2) Words and expressions used herein but not defined, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act and in the Central Reserve Police Force Rules, 1955.

4. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix− The number of posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule.

5. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.− The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

6. Initial constitution—

(1) Officers holding posts mentioned in the Schedule on the date of commencement of these rules on regular basis, shall be deemed to have been appointed in accordance with the provisions of these rules.

(2) The regular continuous service of officers referred in sub-rule (1) in the respective grades immediately before commencement of these rules shall be taken into account for the purpose of probation period, qualifying service for promotion, confirmation and pension in the service.

7. Seniority−

(1) All officers holding a higher rank shall be senior to officers holding a lower rank.

(2) Seniority of officers appointed to any post in a particular rank shall be determined in accordance with the orders of the Government issued from time to time.

8. Appointment− Officers who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service as prescribed in the Schedule annexed to these rules, shall only be considered for appointment or promotion or deputation to the grade or grades provided they are in Medical Category SHAPE-I as specified under the Standing Order No. 04 of 2008 dated 15th December, 2008 and subsequent amendments issued by the Directorate General, Central Reserve Police Force from time to time.

9. Liability of service− A person appointed to any category of posts under these rules shall be liable to serve anywhere in India or abroad.

10. Other conditions of service− The Act and the Central Reserve Police Force Rules, 1955 shall be applicable to the persons appointed under the provisions of these rules in respect of conditions of service not specifically provided for in these rules.

11. Disqualification− No person—

(a) Who has entered into or contracted marriage with a person having spouse living ; or

(b) Who having a spouse living has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts :

provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

12. Ineligibility of aliens− No person who is not a citizen of India shall, except with the prior permission of the Central Government in writing, be appointed, under these rules :

Provided that nothing contained in these rules shall bar the appointment or employment of a subject of Nepal, or Bhutan under these rules.

13. Superannuation− The officers holding the posts higher than that of the Commandant and above shall retire from service on the afternoon of the day of the month in which they attain the age of sixty years, and other officers shall retire from service on the afternoon of the last day of the month in which they attain the age of fifty seven years :

Provided that an officer whose date of birth is the first of a month shall retire from service on the afternoon of the last day of the preceding month, on attaining the age of sixty years or fifty-seven years, as the case may be.

14 Power to relax− Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

15 Saving− Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note : The maximum age limit for eligibility for re-employment shall be not exceeding fifty-two years on the date of receipt of application.

For Ex-Servicemen : Deputation/Re-employment :

The Armed Force personnel in the rank of Major in the Army or Para Military Force officers holding equivalent or analogous posts or State Police officers holding the post of Superintendent of Police or equivalent posts, due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having requisite experience and qualifications prescribed above for deputation shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due to release from Armed Forces; thereafter they may be continued on re-employment.

Note : The maximum age-limit for eligibility for re-employment shall be not exceeding fifty-two years on the date of receipt of application.

Note: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationist shall not be eligible for appointment on promotion. The maximum age-limit for eligibility for deputation shall be fifty-two years on the date of receipt of application.

For Ex-Servicemen : Deputation/Re-employment :

4.4.4.4. निरर्हतानिरर्हतानिरर्हतानिरर्हता—वह Kयक्ति –

(क) जिसने ऐसे Kयक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीिवत है, विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है, या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते $ए किसी Kयक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहM होगा ।

परन्तु यदि के न्Nीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे Kयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुOेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार है तो वह किसी Kयक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन में छू ट दे सके गी ।

5.5.5.5. शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति :—जहां के न्Nीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण है, उन्हें लेखब/ करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Kयक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

6.6.6.6. -या-या-या-यावृितवृितवृितवृित—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहM डालेगी, िजनका के न्Nीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के Kयक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

1. संक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ नाम और प्रारंभ नाम और प्रारंभ नाम और प्रारंभ————(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग, प्रबन्धक 2ेणी-II (कैं टीन) समूह 'ख' पद, भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2018 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय, खाद्य और सार्वजिनक िवतरण िवभाग, प्रबन्धक 2ेणी-II (कैं टीन), समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती नियम, 2016 (जिसे इसमे इसके पJात मूल नियम कहा गया है), में नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:————

3. मूल नियम में, अनुसूची में,————

(क) स्तम्भ (4) में, स्तम्भ के शीर्षक तथा इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तम्भ शीर्ष तथा प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात:————

(ख) स्तम्भ (11) में, क (II) में उप शीर्ष (i) मे ''प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संिवदा भी है)" के अंतर्गत ''2800 Yपए के [ेड वेतन के साथ पीबी-1, (5200-20200 Yपए)'' शब्दों, कोष्ठकों तथा अंकों के स्थान पर ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 5 (29,200-92,300 Yपए)'' शब्द, अंक तथा कोष्ठक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;

(ii) क (III) में, उप शीर्ष ''प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है)'' के अंतर्गत, ''2400 Yपए के [ेड वेतन के साथ वेतन बैंड 1, (5200-20,200 Yपए)'' शब्दों, कोष्ठकों तथा अंकों के स्थान पर ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 4 (25,500-81100 Yपए)'' शब्द, अंक तथा कोष्ठक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;

G.S.R. 174.————In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to the article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Manager Grade-II (Canteen), Group 'B' post Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely :————

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Manager Grade-II (Canteen), Group 'B' Post, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Manager Grade-II (Canteen), Group' B' Post, Recruitment Rules,2016 (hereafter referred to as the principal rules), for rule 2, the following shall be substituted, namely :————

"2. Number of post, classification and level in the Pay Matrix:- The number of said post, its classification and Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be specified in column(2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules."

3. In the Principal rules, in the Schedule,————

(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

(b) in column (11),- (i) under in sub-heading " Deputation (including short-term contract)" in A(II) for the words, brackets and figures "PB-I,(Rs.5200-20200) with Grade Pay of Rs.2800" , the words, figures and brackets "Level 5 in the Pay Matrix (Rs.29,200-92,300)" shall be substituted;

2. उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण िवभाग, हलवाई-सह-रसोइया भर्ती िनयम, 2013 (जिसे इसके पJात मूल नियम कहा गया है) में नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात:————

(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पoी के जीिवत रहते $ए किसी nक्ति से िववाह किया है, या िववाह की संविदा की है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहp होगा :

परन्तु यदि कें aीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस nक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुgेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी nक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.---- जहां के न्aीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबQ करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के nक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

6. 9ावृत्ति9ावृत्ति9ावृत्ति9ावृत्ति....---- इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहp डालेगी, िजनका के न्aीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के nक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, National Museum of Natural History, Taxidermist, Group 'B' Post Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.————The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.————The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.————No person,————

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.————Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.————Nothing in these rules shall effect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(क) िजसने ऐसे nक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पoी जीवित है, िववाह किया है; या विवाह की संविदा की है; या

(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पoी के जीिवत रहते $ए किसी nक्ति से िववाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है,

उक्त पद पर िनयुक्ति का पात्र नहp होगा :

परन्तु यदि कें aीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस nक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुgेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी nक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी |

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.शिथिल करने की शक्ति.---- जहां के न्aीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबQ करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के nक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

6. 9ावृत्ति9ावृत्ति9ावृत्ति9ावृत्ति....---- इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहp डालेगी, जिनका के न्aीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के nक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 181.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Department of Science and Technology, Natural History Museum (Group 'A' and Group 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1975, in so far as they relate to the post of Senior Exhibit Preparator, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Exhibit Preparator in the National Museum of Natural History, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, National Museum of Natural History, Senior Exhibit Preparator Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. -The number of post, its classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc. -The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification. -No Person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. -Nothing in these rules shall effect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
