G.S.R 182.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) and (b) of sub section (2) of section 165 of the Assam Rifles Act, 2006 (47 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Assam Rifles Warrant Officer (Personal Assistant), Recruitment Rules 2013, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Assam Rifles, Warrant Officer (Personal Assistant), Ministerial, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Assam Rifles, Warrant Officer (Personal Assistant), Recruitment Rules, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely;-
"2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the schedule annexed to these rules".
3. In the said rules, in the Schedule, in column (4), for the heading and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

G.S.R. 183.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) and (b) of sub- section (2) of section 165 of the Assam Rifles Act, 2006 (47 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Assam Rifles Radio Mechanic, Group 'B' posts Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Assam Rifles Radio Mechanic, Group 'B' posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Assam Rifles Radio Mechanic, Group 'B' posts Recruitment Rules, 2013 (herein after referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules".
3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,
(A) against serial number (1), relating to the post of Subedar Major (Radio Mechanic),-
(i) in column (4), for the heading and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Assam Rifles Tradesman (Group 'C' combatised posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules".

G.S.R. 185.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) and (b) of sub- section (2) of section 165 of the Assam Rifles Act, 2006 (47 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, to amend the Assam Rifles, Veterinary Field Assistant (Group 'C' post), Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Assam Rifles, Veterinary Field Assistant (Group 'C' post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Assam Rifles, Veterinary Field Assistant (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2015 (herein after referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely;-
"2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules".

सासासासा....का.िन. का.िन. का.िन. का.िन. 188....————संविधान के अनुMछेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा दिए गए अधिकारों के प्रयोग तथा अंतरिक्ष विभाग (भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन के कें Lों के नियंत्रक) भर्ती नियम, 2004 तथा 2009 के अधिTमण में, अब तक, ऐसे अधिTमण से पूर्व, इन मामलों में किए गए या विलोपित कायU के अलावा, इसके द्वारा अंतरिक्ष विभाग में इसरो के कें Lों के नियंत्रक की भर्ती प्रTिया तथा पदनाम को विनियमित करने हेतु राष्ट्रपति निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, जैसे कि:-
1. लघु शीर्षकलघु शीर्षकलघु शीर्षकलघु शीर्षक और आरंभऔर आरंभऔर आरंभऔर आरंभ....————इन नियमों को अंतरिक्ष विभाग (इसरो कें Lों के नियंत्रक) भर्ती नियम, 2018 कहा जाए।
2. पदों की संख्यापदों की संख्यापदों की संख्यापदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स, वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स, वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स, वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्त में स्त में स्त में स्तरररर....————उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के 2 से 4 कॉलम में विनि]दष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
3. भर्ती का तरीका, आयुभर्ती का तरीका, आयुभर्ती का तरीका, आयुभर्ती का तरीका, आयु----सीमा, अर्हता, इत्यासीमा, अर्हता, इत्यासीमा, अर्हता, इत्यासीमा, अर्हता, इत्यादिदिदिदि....————उक्त पद हेतु भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं तथा अन्य संबंिधत मामले इस अनुसूची के कॉलम 5 से 14 में विनि]दष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
4. अपात्रताअपात्रताअपात्रताअपात्रता....————कोई भी ऐसा aयक्ति,
क) जिसने किसी ऐसे aयक्ति के साथ विवाह किया हो, जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीिवत है
अथवा,अथवा,अथवा,अथवा,
ख) जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, उसने किसी अन्य aयक्ति से विवाह किया है,
किसी भी उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु अपात्र होगा:
बशतd कें L सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसे aयक्ति तथा विवाह हेतु अन्य पक्ष पर लागू सार्वजनिक कानून के तहत ऐसा विवाह करने की उसे अनुमति है तथा ऐसा करने हेतु अन्य कारण मौजूद हैं, तो ऐसे में किसी भी aयक्ति को इस नियम से छू ट प्रदान करती है।
5. छू ट देने का अिधकारछू ट देने का अिधकारछू ट देने का अिधकारछू ट देने का अिधकार....————जहाँ कें L सरकार की यह राय हो कि यह आवश्यक है अथवा aयवहारिक है तो वह, लिखित रूप में कारणों को रिकार्ड करते hए आदेश द्वारा किसी Bेणी अथवा वर्ग के aयक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छू ट दे सकती है।
6. .या.या.या.यावृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्ति....————इन नियमों से, इस संबंध में यथा समय कें L सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट तथा अन्य छू टों में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अन्य विशेष वर्ग के aयक्तियों से संबंधित आदेशों में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रभाव नहi पड़ेगा।

1. Short title and commencement - These rules may be called the Department of Space (Controllers of ISRO Centres) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
2. Number of posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix - The number of the said posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns 5 to 14 of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living
OR
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts :
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

बशतd कि के न्Lीय सरकार, यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे aयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुpेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी aयक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

G.S.R. 189.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 56 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Central Government, after consultation with the Delhi Development Authority, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Deputy Director (Survey), Assistant Director (Survey) and Surveyor, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Delhi Development Authority (Survey Cadre) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts, their classification, level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. .—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5. Initial constitution.—The incumbents holding the post of Deputy Director (Survey), Assistant Director (Survey) and Surveyor who were appointed vide Delhi Development Authority's Resolution No.272 dated 29.03.1967, 43 dated 05.05.1979, 25 dated 31.01.1991 and modified Resolution No. 89/2015 dated 16.06.2015 on the regular basis to the said posts before the commencement of these rules, shall be deemed to have been appointed to said posts under these rules and the service rendered by them in the said posts before such commencement shall be taken into account for the purposes of probation, confirmation, promotion etc. 6. Disqualifications.—No person,–
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, had entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by an order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category or persons.
8. Savings.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 192.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Water Resources, Central Ground Water Board, Draftsman Grade-III, Group-'C' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, the Central Ground Water Board Draftsman Grade-III, Group 'C' Post, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Water Resources, the Central Ground Water Board, Draftsman Grade-III Group 'C' post, Recruitment Rules, 2011 —
(i) for rule 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.–The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules".;
(ii) for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:-
