सा.का.िन. सा.का.िन. सा.का.िन. सा.का.िन. 210210210210....————राष्ट्रपति,संविधान के अनु(cid:18)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते !ए और उद्योग मंत्रालय, कं पनी कार्य विभाग (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 1987 जहां तक ये नियम स्टाफ कार 8ाइवर के पद से संबंधित हैं, उन बातों के सिवाय अधि<ांत करते !ए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधि<मण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, एतद्दवारा कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय, मुख्यालय में स्टाफ कार 8ाइवर (सामान्य Eेणी) पद पर भर्ती की पGति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् -
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.————1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय, स्टाफ कार 8ाइवर (सामान्य Eेणी), समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती नियम, 2018 है।
(2) ये िनयम राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

(क) जिसने ऐसे [क्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी प\ी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है, या (ख) जिसने अपने पति या प\ी के जीवित रहते !ए किसी [क्ति से विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है।
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नह] होगा :
परन्तु यदि के न्^ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस [क्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु_ेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी [क्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

6. 4ावृत्ति.6. 4ावृत्ति.6. 4ावृत्ति.6. 4ावृत्ति.----—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नह] डालेगी, जिनका के न्^ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में, समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के [क्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 210.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Industry, Department of Company Affairs, (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1987, in so far as it relates to the post of Staff Car Driver, except, as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) in the Headquarter of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade), Group 'C' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,—
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has contracted into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen and other special category of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Deputation or re-employment for Armed Forces Personnel: The Armed Forces Personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms upto the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter they may be continued on re-employment. Note 1: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation/ Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. 1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम नागर विमानन मंत्रालय, नागर विमानन महानिदेशालय, मुख्यालय कार्यालय मल्टी टास्किग स्टाफ समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम 2018 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।
2. नागर विमानन मंत्रालय, नागर विमानन महानिदेशालय, मुख्यालय कार्यालय, मल्टी टास्किग स्टाफ समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती नियम 2011 (जिसमें इसके पzात् उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

3. उक्त नियम में अनुसूची में, स्तंभ (4) में निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक और उससे संबG प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 211.—In exercise of the power conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Director General of Civil Aviation, Headquarters Office, Multi-Tasking Staff Group 'C' Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Director General of Civil Aviation, Headquarters Office, Multi-Tasking Staff, Group 'C' Posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Director General of Civil Aviation, Headquarters Office, Multi-Tasking Staff Group 'C' Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

सासासासा.काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन. 212.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:18)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते !ए और डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली (चिकित्सा अिभलेख सहायक) भर्ती नियम, 1985 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधि<ांत करते !ए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधि<मण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, चिकित्सा अभिलेख सहायक के पद पर भर्ती की पGति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, चिकित्सा अिभलेख सहायक (समूह 'ग' पद), भर्ती नियम, 2017 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

4444. निरर्हतानिरर्हतानिरर्हतानिरर्हता.—वह [क्ति,—
(क) जिसने ऐसे [क्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी प\ी जीवित है,विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है ;
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी प\ी के जीवित रहते !ए किसी [क्ति से विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है ;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नह] होगा :
परन्तु यदि के न्^ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे [क्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु_ेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी [क्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5555. शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्^ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबG करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के [क्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।
6666. 4ावृत्ति4ावृत्ति4ावृत्ति4ावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नह] डालेगी, जिनका के न्^ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय–समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य िपछडे वग(cid:127), भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के [क्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 212.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi (Medical Record Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 1985 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Medical Record Assistant, Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Medical Record Assistant (Group 'C' posts), Recruitment Rules, 2018
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.—No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 213.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi (Group 'C') Recruitment Rules, 1986, in so far as they relate to the post of Medical Record Technician, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Medical Record Technician, Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi namely:
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Medical Record Technician, (Group 'C' posts), Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc..—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person .-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving .—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. (1) इन नियमों का सक्षिप्त नाम जल संसाधन, नदी विकास और गंगा संरक्षण मंत्रालय, कें ^ीय जल आयोग, कनिष्ठ इंजीिनयर (िसिवल और मैके िनकल), समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती संशोधन िनयम 2018 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. जल संसाधन मंत्रालय, कें ^ीय जल आयोग, कनिष्ठ इंजीिनयर (िसिवल और मैके िनकल), समूह 'ख' पद भर्ती नियम, 2010 में,--

G.S.R. 216.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Directorate of Sugar, Technical Officer (Sugar Technical) Recruitment Rules, 1990 and the Directorate of Vanaspati, Vegetable Oils and Fats (Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Development Officer and Chemist), Recruitment Rules, 2004, in so far as they relate to the post of Assistant Director, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Technical Officer in Directorate of Sugar and Vegetable Oils under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Directorate of Sugar and Vegetable Oils, Technical Officer (Group 'A' Post ) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix or pay scale.- The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached to the said post shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.- No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Powers to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission , relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided to candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

3. भारतीय मृदा और भू-उपयोग सव(cid:142)क्षण (मानचित्र अधिकारी) भर्ती नियम, 2015 की अनुसूची में।
(क) स्तंभ (4) में,
i शीर्ष के स्थान पर 'वेतन मैट्रिक्सवेतन मैट्रिक्सवेतन मैट्रिक्सवेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्त में स्त में स्त में स्तरररर' ' ' ' शीर्ष रखा जाएगा,
ii प्रविष्टी के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-10 (56100-177500 e.)" प्रविष्टी रखी जाएगी ;
ख) स्तंभ (11) में विद्यमान प्रविष्टी के स्थान पर निम्नांकित प्रविष्टी रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्

टिटिटिटिप्पप्पप्पप्पणणणण ---- जहां ऐसे कनिष्ठ (cid:128)यक्तियों ने, जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, की प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो, वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ (cid:128)यक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब कि उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ (cid:128)यक्तियों सहित, जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उ(cid:18)चतर Eेणी में प्रोन्नित के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो।

(iii) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या िवभागमूल काडर या िवभागमूल काडर या िवभागमूल काडर या िवभाग में वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर -7 (44900-142400/- e.) या समतुल्य पदों पर िनयिमत आधार पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात उस Eेणी में तीन वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो; या

G.S.R. 217.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Soil and Land Use Survey of India (Cartographic Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:-
1. (1) Short title and commencement: These rules may be called the Soil and Land Use Survey of India (Cartographic Officer) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Soil and Land Use Survey of India (Cartographic Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2015, in rule for the words "pay band and grade pay or pay scale" at both the places where they occur, the words "Level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted.
3. In the Schedule of the Soil and Land Use Survey of India (Cartographic Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2015.
(a) In Column (4)
(i) For the heading, the heading "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;
(ii) For the entry, the entry "Level 10 (Rs.56100-177500) in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted:-

Two years' experience of aerial photo or satellite image interpretation and computer aided analysis.

G.S.R. 218.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Departmental Canteen (Group 'C' and Group 'D' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2002 in so far as they relate to the posts of Assistant Manager-cum-Store Keeper, Clerk, Halwai, Cook, Assistant Halwai, Tea Or Coffee Maker, Bearer, Wash-boy except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Assistant Manager-cum-Store Keeper, Clerk, Halwai-cum-cook, Assistant Halwai-cum-cook and Canteen Attendant Group 'C' posts in the Departmental Canteen, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Departmental Canteen (Group 'C') Posts Recruitment Rules, 2018.

2. Number of posts, Classification and level in pay matrix.– The number of the said posts, their classification, level in pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment , age-limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualifications – No person, –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary of expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Schedule Castes, the Schedule Tribes, the other Backward classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(क) िजसने ऐसे Sयक्ति से िजसका पित या जिसकी पत्नी जीिवत है, िववाह किया है, या
(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पत्नी के जीिवत रहते $ए किसी Sयक्ति से िववाह किया है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहU होगा;
परन्तु यदि के न्Vीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह ऐसे Sयक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्ष को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुXेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो यह किसी Sयक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5.5.5.5. िशिथलिशिथलिशिथलिशिथल करकरकरकरनेनेनेने कीकीकीकी शक्तिशक्तिशक्तिशक्ति---- जहां के न्Vीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण है उन्हें लेखबD करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Sयक्तियों की बावत, आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सके गी।
6. 6. 6. 6. 4या4या4या4यावृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्ति---- इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहU डालेगी िजनका के न्Vीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर िनकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों, अन्य िपछड़े वगZ और अन्य िवशेष प्रवर्ग के Sयक्तियों के िलए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 219.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj Multi-Tasking Staff (Group 'C' Post ) Recruitment Rules, 2011 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi Tasking Staff in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, namely:-
1204 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : JULY 14, 2018/ASADHA 23, 1940 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]1. Short title and commencement (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Multi Tasking Staff (Group 'C') Post Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of Posts, classification and Level in pay Matrix - The number of the said post, its classification and the level in pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc - The method of recruitment, age limit, educationals and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualifications – No person, -
(a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) Who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
Shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen, Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.
