सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....399399399399....————राष्ट्रपति, संिवधान के अनु(cid:19)छेद 309 के परंतुक के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते ए कें #ीय राजस्व नियंत्रण प्रयोगशाला (समूह "क'' और समूह "ख'' पद) भर्ती िनयम, 2017 में संशोधन करने के िलए निम्नलिखित िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कें #ीय राजस्व नियंत्रण प्रयोगशाला (समूह ''क'' और समूह ''ख'' पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2018 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. कें #ीय राजस्व नियंत्रण प्रयोगशाला (समूह "क'' और समूह ''ख'' पद) भर्ती िनयम, 2017 में 9म सं. 1 के सामने स्तंभ (11) के टिप्पण 3 में, ''56'' अंक के स्थान पर ''58'' अंक रखा जाएगा।

G.S.R. 399.–In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Revenues Control Laboratory (Group 'A' and Group 'B' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2017, namely:-
1 (1) These rules may be called the Central Revenues Control Laboratory (Group 'A' and Group 'B' posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Central Revenues Control Laboratory (Group 'A' and Group 'B' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2017 against serial number 1, in column (11), in Note 3:, for the figures "56", the figures "58" shall be substituted.

(क) िजसने ऐसे Nक्ति से, िजसका पित या जिसकी पOी जीिवत है, िववाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है ; या
(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पOी के जीिवत रहते ए किसी Nक्ति से िववाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहP होगाः[भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्रा : दिसम्बर 29, 2018/पौष 8, 1940 2113 परन्तु यदि के न्#ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह उस Nक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुQेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी Nक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. 5. 5. 5. िशिथलिशिथलिशिथलिशिथल करनेकरनेकरनेकरने कीकीकीकी शक्तिःशक्तिःशक्तिःशक्तिः जहां के न्#ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबD करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को, किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Nक्तियों के बाबत, आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सके गी ।
6. 6. 6. 6. 3ावृत्ति3ावृत्ति3ावृत्ति3ावृत्ति:::: इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहP डालेगी, िजनका कें #ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, अन्य िपछड़े वगS, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य िवशेष प्रवर्ग के Tयक्तियों के िलए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R.400.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices, Economic Officer, Group 'B' posts Recruitment Rules, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Economic Officer in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices, Economic Officer, Group 'B' post Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and Level in the Pay Matrix.- The number of said post, its classification and Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the other Backward Classes, ex- Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम के न्#ीय भू जल बोर्ड (प्रयोगशाला सहायक) भर्ती संशोधन िनयम, 2018 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. के न्#ीय भू जल बोर्ड (प्रयोगशाला सहायक) भर्ती िनयम, 2003 में, -
(क) नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा अर्थात्:-
"2. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर: उक्त पद संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान वह होगा, जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) से स्तम्भ (4) में विनिJर्दष्ट हैं ।

G.S.R. 401.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Ground Water Board, (Laboratory Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 2003 namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Ground Water Board, (Laboratory Assistant) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Ground Water Board (Laboratory Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 2003, -
(a) For rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- "2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Scheduled annexed to these rule."; (b) in rule 3, for the words, brackets and figures "columns (5) to (14)", the words, brackets and figures "columns (5) to (13)" shall be substituted; (c) for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:-
