सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन. 1111....————राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:25)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 'ए, और स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल में आंकड़ा प्रविष्टि प्रचालक, समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2005 को उन बातों के सिवाय जिन्हें ऐसे अधि<मण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली में आंकड़ा प्र<मण प्रचालक और आंकड़ा प्रविष्टि प्रचालक के पद पर भर्ती की पAति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात : -

(1) संक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भनाम और प्रारम्भनाम और प्रारम्भनाम और प्रारम्भ....————(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, डॉ. राम मनोहर लोिहया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली आंकड़ा प्र<मण प्रचालक और आंकडा प्रविष्टि प्रचालक समूह ('ग') पद भर्ती िनयम, 2018 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

ये िनयम, इन नियमों से उपाबA अनुसूची के स्तंभ (1) में विनिUदष्ट पदों को लागू होंगे।

(5). निरर्हतानिरर्हतानिरर्हतानिरर्हता....————वह \यक्ति–

(क) जिसने ऐसे \यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित हैं, विवाह किया है; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते 'ए किसी \यक्ति से विवाह किया है,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नह] होगा :

परंतु यदि कें ^ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे \यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनु_ेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी \यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

(6). शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति....–जहाँ कें ^ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहाँ वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबA करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के \यक्तियों की बाबत्, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

(7). -या-या-या-यावृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्ति....————बात इन नियमों की कोई, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नह] डालेगी, िजनका कें ^ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार -अनुसूिचत जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, अन्य पिछडें वगc, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य िवशेष प्रवर्ग के \यक्तियों के िलए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 1....————In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Data Entry Operator, Group 'C' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2005, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Data Processing Operator and Data Entry Operator in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi namely.—

1. Short title and commencement....———— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, Data Processing Operator and Data Entry Operator, Group 'C', Post Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application....———— These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix ....————The number of said posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule annexed to these rules.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

5. Disqualification....————No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(क) िजसने ऐसे {क्ति से, िजसका पित या जिसकी प|ी जीिवत है, िववाह किया है या िववाह की संिवदा की है, या

(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी प|ी के जीिवत रहते 'ए किसी {क्ति से िववाह किया है या िववाह की संिवदा की है,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नह] होगा :

परन्तु यदि के न्^ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह उस {क्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनु_ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी {क्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी |

G.S.R. 2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Rural Health Training Centre, Najafgarh, New Delhi (Group 'C 'and 'D' posts), Recruitment Rules, 1989, in so far as they relate to the post of Laboratory Assistant, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Laboratory Assistantin the Rural Health Training Centre, Najafgarh, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi, namely:—.

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Rural Health Training Centre, Najafgarh, New Delhi, Laboratory Assistant (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix.— The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

1 Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Rural Health Training Centre, Najafgarh, New Delhi, Sanitary Inspector (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India.

2. Number of posts, classification, level in pay matrix or pay scale.—The number of the said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the schedule annexed to these rules.

(क) जिसने ऐसे {क्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी प|ी जीवित है विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी प|ी के जीवित रहते 'ए किसी {क्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नह] होगा :

परंतु यदि के न्^ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह, ऐसे {क्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु_ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार है, तो वह किसी {क्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

G.S.R. 4.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Safdarjung Hospital Group 'D' Posts Recruitment Rules, 1982 in so far as they relate to the post of Supervisor, Daftry, Safaiwala or Safaiwali, Secuirty Guard and Peon, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment for the posts of Multi Tasking Staff posts in Safdarjung Hospital of Delhi under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Safdarjung Hospital New Delhi, Multi Tasking Staff, Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification, level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said post, their classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, other qualification, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,—

(a)who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with Staff Selection Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

5.5.5.5. निरर्हतानिरर्हतानिरर्हतानिरर्हता .—वह {क्ति—

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नह] होगा:

परन्तु यदि के न्^ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस {क्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु_ेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी {क्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

6.6.6.6. शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्^ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबA करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के {क्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।

7.7.7.7. 6ावृत्ति6ावृत्ति6ावृत्ति6ावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नह] डालेगी, िजनका के न्^ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के {क्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 7.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Central Soil and Materials Research Station, New Delhi, Store Keeper Grade- I and Store Keeper Grade- II, Group 'B' and 'C' Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2010, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Store Keeper Grade –I and Store Keeper Grade -II in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, the Central Soil and Materials Research Station, New Delhi, namely.—

1. Short title and commencement. —(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Soil and Materials Research Station, New Delhi, Store Keeper Grade-I (Group 'B' post) and Store Keeper Grade-II (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application. — (1) These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule. 4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment to the said posts, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 5. Disqualification.— No person,—

(c) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (d) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

परंतु यदि कें ^ सरकार को यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस \यक्ति तथा विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनु_ेय है और ऐसा करने के अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी \यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Office of Registrar of Newspapers for India, Multi-Tasking Staff, Group 'C' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall be come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.— The number of the said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix applicable thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
