4.4.4.4. निरर्हता निरर्हता निरर्हता निरर्हता ———— वह Iयक्ति ————
(क) जिसने ऐसे Iयक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है; या विवाह की संविदा की है या;
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते $ए किसी Iयक्ति से विवाह किया है,या विवाह की संिवदा की है उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहL होगा:
परन्तु यदि के न्Mीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस Iयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुNेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Iयक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5555. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. शिथिल करने की शक्ति. शिथिल करने की शक्ति....————जहां के न्Mीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं,उन्हें लेखब3 करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Iयक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।

| प्रतिनियुक्ति :- I. भारतीय राजस् व सेवा (सीमा शुल् क और कें Mीय उत् पाद शुल् क) के अधिकारियों में से पचास प्रतिशत,- (i) म ूल संवर्ग या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण कर रहे हों; या (ii) म ूल संवर्ग या विभाग में वेतन मैट्रिक् स के स् तर 13 या समतुल् य मेंनियुक्ति के पश् चात Tेणी में तीन वर्ष नियमित सेवा की हो; और II. राज् य सरकारों अथवा संघ राज् य क्षेत्रों के अधिकारियों से पचास प्रतिशत,- (क) (i) जो मूल संवर्ग या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण कर रहे हों; या (ii) मूल संवर्ग या विभाग में वेतन मैट्रिक् स के स् तर 13 या समकक्ष Vेड में नियुक्ति के पश् चात Tेणी में तीन वर्ष नियमित सेवा की हो; और (ख) अप्रत् यक्ष कराधान से संबंधित मामलों मेंतीन वषW के अनुभव सहित राज् य या संघ राज् य क्षेत्र या अखिल भारतीय सेवा में पंMह वषW का अनुभव रखते हों। टिप् पण 1:- उपरोक् त राज् य सरकारों या संघ राज् य क्षेत्रों को आबंटित कोटा से न भरी गई शेष रिक्तियां नीचे दी गई पात्रता के अध् यधीन कें Mीय सरकार के अधिकारियों जिसमें भारतीय राजस् व सेवा (सीमा शुल् क और कें Mीय उत् पाद-शुल् क) के अिधकारी भी शामिल हैं, से भरी जाएगी:- (क) (i) जो मूल संवर्ग या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण कर रहे हों; या (ii) मूल संवर्ग या विभाग में वेतन मैट्रिक् स के स् तर 13 या समकक्ष में नियुक्ति के पश् चात Tेणी में तीन वर्ष नियमित सेवा की हो; और (ख) जो समूह 'क'पद में पंMह वर्ष का अनुभव रखते हों जिसमें अप्रत् यक्ष कराधान से संबंधित मामलों में तीन वर्ष का अनुभव भी शामिल है। टिप् पण 2:- प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधिसाधारणतया पYच वर्ष से अधिक नहL होगी जिसके अंतर्गतके न् Mीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन् य संगठन या विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन् य काडर बा[ पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि शािमल है। टिप् पण :- 3 प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप् त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 58 वर्ष से अधिक नहL होगी। |

New Delhi, the 26th February, 2019
G.S.R. 58.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group 'A' Executive post of Joint Secretary in the Goods and Services Tax Council Secretariat, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Goods and Services Tax Council Secretariat, Joint Secretary, Group 'A' Executive Post Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,—
(a) who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Fifty per cent. of the officers from Indian Revenue Service (Customs and Central Excise),- (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) with three years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto in Level-13 in the pay matrix for equivalent in the parent cadre or Department. II. Fifty per cent. from officers of the State Governments or Union territories,- (a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) with three years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto in the grade in level-13 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or the Department; and (b) having fifteen years' experience in the State Union territory or All India Service including three years' experience in matters relating to indirect taxation. Note 1: Vacancies remaining unfilled from the quota allocated to the State Governments or Union territories above shall be filled up from the officers of the Central Government including officers of Indian Revenue Service (Customs and Central Excise),subject to the eligibility as below:- (a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) with three years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto in level-13 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and (b) having fifteen years' experience in a Group A post, including three years' experience in matters relating to indirect taxation. Note 2: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years. Note 3: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 58 years as on the last date of the receipt of applications. |

G.S.R. 59.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Multi Tasking Staff (Group ' C ' Posts), Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to post of Multi Tasking Staff in the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training Multi Tasking Staff (Group 'C' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. —The method of recruitment to the said posts, age- limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living;
or
(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

G.S.R. 61.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 1990, in so far as they relates to the post of Chairside Assistant, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Chairside Assistant in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, Chairside Assistant, Group 'C' post Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix.—The number of the posts, its classification, level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,346 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : MARCH 2, 2019/PHALGUNA 11, 1940 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 62.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Willingdon Hospital and Nursing Home (Class III posts) Recruitment Rules, 1973, in so far as they relates to the post of Dental Technician and Dental Mechanic, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Dental Technician and Dental Mechanic in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, Dental Technician and Dental Mechanic, Group 'C' post Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix.—The number of the posts, its classification, level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Gावृत्तिGावृत्तिGावृत्तिGावृत्ति .—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहL डालेगी, जिनका के न्Mीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय –समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के vक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 63.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1981, in so far as they relate to the post of Housekeeper, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules, regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Housekeeper in Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, of Delhi under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, Housekeeper (Group 'C' Post), Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix or pay scale.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached to the said post shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,—
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीिवत रहते $ए किसी Iयक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है, उक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहL होगा:
परन्तु यदि कें Mीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे Iयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुNेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार है तो वह किसी Iयक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्तिशिथिल करने की शक्ति .—जहां कें Mीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखब3 करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Iयक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

Power to relax .—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving .—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concession required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 66.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Water Resources, Central Ground Water Board, Administrative Officer, Recruitment Rules, 2008, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Administrative Officer in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Ground Water Board, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Ground Water Board,(Administrative Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualifications.—No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. (iv) अनुदेशन रात्रि-10 घंटे;
(v) कु ल रात्रि-100 घंटे;
(vi) उपकरण उड़ान काल-100 घंटे;
(vii) एकल रिलीज सिविल में 5 छात्र या रक्षा में 20 छात्र;
(viii) ब$ इंजन उड़ान अनुभव- 50 घंटे समादेशक पायलट;
टिप्पणटिप्पणटिप्पणटिप्पण. . . . वायुयान नियम, 1937 के नियम 67 क(4) के अधीन अनुमोदित या प्राधिकृ त सक्षम प्राधिकारियों द्वारा उड़ान अनुभव के लिए प्रमाण-पत्र जारी किया जाएगा।

टिप्पण टिप्पण टिप्पण टिप्पण 1111.... पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी; जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में हैं, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहL होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रतिनियुक्त vक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहL होंगे।

G.S.R. 67.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Director of Flying Training and Deputy Director of Flying Training, Group 'A' posts, Recruitment Rules, 2011, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Director of Flying Training and Deputy Director of Flying Training in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (Director and Deputy Director of Flying Training) Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, their classification and the level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of Recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax .—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

| Promotion:- D eputy Director of Flying Training in level-12 (Rs.78800-209200) in the pay matrix with five years of regular service in the grade and having successfully completed two to four weeks training in the relevant field as prescribed by the Competent Authority from time to time. N ote.- Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service, or two years, whichever is less and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service. D eputation (including short-term contract): Officers in Central Government or State Government or Union territories or autonomous or statutory organisations or public sector undertakings or Universities or recognised research institutions- (a)(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent Cadre or Department; or (ii) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in a post in level-12 (Rs. 78800-209200) in pay matrix or equivalent in the parent Cadre or Department; and (b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience - Essential: (1) 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as subjects from a recognised Board; and (2) Licenses and ratings – (i) Valid Air Transport Pilot Licence or Commercial Pilot Licence with Instrumental Rating; (ii) Valid Flight Instructor Rating; (iii) Open rating on Commercial Pilot Licence on aeroplanes having an all-up-weight not exceeding 1500 Kilogram; (iv) Multi Engine endorsement of atleast two aeroplanes below 5700 Kilogram on Commercial Pilot Licence; and (3) Experience: (A) Flying Experience with Commercial Pilot Licence or Instrumental Rating:- (i) Total 4000 hours; (ii) Solo or Pilot In Command-3000 hours; (iii) Instructional-2000 hours; (iv) Instructional Night-60 hours; (v) Total Night-100 hours; (vi) Instrument Flight Time-100 hours; (vii) Solo release-10 students; (viii) Multi Engine Flying Experience-50 hours Pilot In Command; or | NaN |
(B) Flying Experience with Air Transport Pilot Licence with Open rating <5700 Kilogram:-
(i) Total-3000 hours;
(ii) Solo or Pilot In Command -2000 hours;
(iii) Instructional-500 hours;
(iv) Instructional Night-10 hours;

(vi) Instrument Flight time-100 hours;
(vii) Solo release 5 students in Civil or 20 students in Defence;
(viii) Multi Engine Flying Experience - 50 hours Pilot In Command.
Note. – Certificate for flying experience shall be issued by the competent authorities approved or authorised under Rule 67A (4) of the Aircraft Rules, 1937.
Desirable -
(i) Graduation in Engineering or Masters in Science from a recognised University or Institute;
(ii) Air Transport Pilot License with open rating on aeroplanes having an all-up-weight not exceeding 5700 Kilogram.
Note 1.- The Departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
Note 2.- Period of deputation (including short-term contract) including period of deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not to exceed five years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract) shall not be exceeding fifty six years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.
