सा.का.नि. 70.— राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और पुलिस अनुसंधान एवं विकास ब्यूरो (कनिष्ठ विश्लेषक) भर्ती नियम, 2016 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने के लिए लोप किया गया है, पुलिस अनुसंधान एवं विकास ब्यूरो, गृह मंत्रालय में कनिष्ठ विश्लेषक के पद की भर्ती पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थातः - 1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (i) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम गृह मंत्रालय, पुलिस अनुसंधान एवं विकास ब्यूरो, (कनिष्ठ विश्लेषक), भर्ती नियम (संशोधन), 2022 है।

2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन-मैट्रिक्स में स्तर – उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन-मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होंगे, जो साथ उपवध्द अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा और अर्हताएं, आदि - उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता - वह व्यक्ति-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है, या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा;
परंतु यदि कें द्रीय सरकार सहमत होती है कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रचालन से छू ट दे सकती है।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति – जहां कें द्रीय सरकार की यह राय हो कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी भी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या श्रेणी के व्यक्तियों की बाबत आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकती है।
6. व्यावृति - के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अधीन अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वरेगों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए दिए गए आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर इन नियमों की किसी बात का कोई प्रभाव नहीं होगा।

G.S.R. 70.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Bureau of Police Research and Development, Junior Analyst, Recruitment Rules, 2016, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Analyst in the Bureau of Police Research and Development under Ministry of Home Affairs, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called the Bureau of Police Research and Development, Junior Analyst, Recruitment Rules, 2022.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) Who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post;
Provided that the Central Government may if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 71.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुएऔर अखिल भारतीय भौतिक चिकित्सा एवं पुनर्वास संस्थान, मुम्बई, (हवलदार) भर्ती नियम1985 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, अखिल भारतीय भौतिक चिकित्सा एवं पुनर्वास संस्थान, मुम्बई में हवलदार के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 71.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Bombay, (Havaldar) Recruitment Rules1985, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Havaldarin the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Havaldar(Group 'C' Post), Recruitment Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classifications, level in the pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ: (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, अखिल भारतीय भौतिक चिकित्सा एवं पुनर्वास संस्थान, मुम्बई, तकनीशियन (ऑपरेशन थियेटर कक्ष), समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती नियम, 2022 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर- उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट है ।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि- उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।
4. निरर्हता: वह व्यक्ति-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :
परंतु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति: जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

सा.का.नि. 73.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और फरक्का बराज परियोजना अस्पताल (समूह 'क' पद) भर्ती नियम, 1986 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, जल शक्ति मंत्रालय, जल संसाधन, नदी विकास और गंगा संरक्षण विभाग, फरक्का बैराज परियोजना में मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी, विशेषज्ञ (स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ) और सहायक सर्जन/चिकित्सा अधिकारी के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और आरम्भ- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम जल शक्ति मंत्रालय, जल संसाधन, नदी विकास और गंगा संरक्षण विभाग, फरक्का बैराज परियोजना अस्पताल (समूह 'क' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2022 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. लागू होना- ये नियम इन नियमों की उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (1) में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों को लागू होंगे।
3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर- उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और इससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वे होंगे जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं।

5. निरर्हता – वह व्यक्ति –
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है, या (ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है,
या विवाह की संविदा की है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र होगा:
परन्तु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति – जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
7. व्यावृति- इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

GSR. 73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Farakka Barrage Project Hospital (Group 'A' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1986, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Chief Medical Officer, Specialist (Gynaecology) and Assistant Surgeon/Medical Officer in the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Farakka Barrage Project, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Farakka Barrage Project Hospital (Group 'A' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.- These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provision of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedules Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. (i) These rules may be called the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Ground Water Board (Members) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publications in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Water Resources, Central Ground Water Board (Members) Recruitment Rules, 2012 under Column No. (11) for the posts of Member (Scientific) and Member (Engineering) under Deputation (including short term contract), for the entry Note:2 the following Note:2 shall be substituted namely:-
"The period of deputation (including short term contract) including period of deputation (including short term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization/department of the Central Government shall not ordinarily exceed five years. 1. लघु शीर्षक और आरंभ - इन नियमों को उप निदेशक (प्रशासन), उप निदेशक (लेखा एवं वित्त), सहायक निदेशक (प्रशासन) एवं सहायक निदेशक (लेखा एवं वित्त) इनस्पेस के लिए अंतरिक्ष विभाग भर्ती नियम, 2022 कहा जाए।
आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन के दिनांक से ये प्रभावी होंगे।
2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर- उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के 2 से 4 कॉलम में विनिर्दिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
3. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता इत्यादि - उक्त पद हेतु भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं तथा अन्य संबंधित मामले उप निदेशक (प्रशासन), उप निदेशक (लेखा एवं वित्त), सहायक निदेशक (प्रशासन) एवं सहायक निदेशक (लेखा एवं वित्त) के लिए इस अनुसूची 1-4 के कॉलम 5 से 13 में विनिर्दिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
4. अपात्रता - कोई भी ऐसा व्यक्ति,
क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ विवाह किया हो, जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है
अथवा
ख) जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, उसने किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है, किसी भी उक्त पद पर
नियुक्ति हेतु अपात्र होगा:
बशर्ते कें द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसे व्यक्ति तथा विवाह हेतु अन्य पक्ष पर लागू सार्वजनिक कानून के तहत ऐसा विवाह करने की उसे अनुमति है तथा ऐसा करने हेतु अन्य कारण मौजूद हैं, तो ऐसे में किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस नियम से छू ट प्रदान करती है।
5. छू ट देने का अधिकार- जहाँ कें द्र सरकार की यह राय हो कि यह आवश्यक है अथवा व्यावहारिक है, तो वह लिखित रूप में कारणों को रिकार्ड करते हुए आदेश द्वारा किसी श्रेणी अथवा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छू ट दे सकती है।
6. व्यावृत्ति- इन नियमों से, इस संबंध में समय-समय पर कें द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसरण में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अन्य विशेष वर्ग के व्यक्तियों को दिए जाने वाले आरक्षणों, आयु- सीमा में छू ट तथा अन्य छू टों पर किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

G.S.R. 75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group 'A' Gazetted post of Deputy Director (Administration), Deputy Director(Accounts & Finance), Assistant Director(Administration) and Assistant Director(Accounts & Finance) in Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (INSPACe) under Department of Space, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement - These rules may be called the Department of Space Recruitment Rules, 2022 for Deputy Director (Administration), Deputy Director(Accounts & Finance), Assistant Director (Administration) and Assistant Director (Accounts & Finance), INSPACe. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix – The number of the said posts, classification and Levels in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. -The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns 5 to 13 of the said Schedule 1-4 for Deputy Director (Administration), Deputy Director(Accounts & Finance), Assistant Director(Administration) and Assistant Director(Accounts & Finance)
4. Disqualification – No person , -[भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : मई 14, 2022/वैशाख 24, 1944 445 (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living
OR
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts :
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Schedules Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. लघु शीर्षक और आरंभ - इन नियमों को अनुभाग अधिकारी, इनस्पेस हेतु अंतरिक्ष विभाग भर्ती नियम, 2022 कहा जाए।
आधिकारिक राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन के दिनांक से ये प्रभावी होंगे।
2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर- उक्त पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण तथा इससे संबद्ध वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के 2 से 4 कॉलम में विनिर्दिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
3. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता, इत्यादि - उक्त पद हेतु भर्ती का तरीका, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं तथा अन्य संबंधित मामले अनुभाग अधिकारी हेतु उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम 5 से 13 में विनिर्दिष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगे।
4. अपात्रता - कोई भी ऐसा व्यक्ति,
क) जिसने किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ विवाह किया हो, जिसका पति/जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है

बशर्ते, यदि कें द्र सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसे व्यक्ति तथा विवाह हेतु अन्य पक्ष पर लागू पर्सनल लॉ के तहत ऐसा विवाह करने की उसे अनुमति है तथा ऐसा करने हेतु अन्य कारण मौजूद हैं, तो ऐसे में कें द्र सरकार किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस नियम से छू ट प्रदान कर सकती है।
5. छू ट देने का अधिकार- जहाँ कें द्र सरकार की यह राय हो कि यह आवश्यक है अथवा ऐसा करना व्यवहारिक है, तो वह लिखित रूप में कारणों को रिकार्ड करते हुए आदेश द्वारा किसी श्रेणी अथवा वर्ग के व्यक्तियों के संबंध में इन नियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छू ट दे सकती है।
6. व्यावृत्ति- इन नियमों से, कें द्र सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसरण में अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अन्य विशेष वर्ग के व्यक्तियों को दिए जाने वाले आरक्षणों, आयु- सीमा में छू ट तथा अन्य छू टों पर किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा।

| By Deputation: To be filled on deputation basis by (a) Officers holding analogous post (Section Officer) on regular basis. Or a) Senior Project Assistants, Senior Personal Secretaries, Private Secretaries/Personal Secretaries and Project Personal Secretaries in DOS and ISRO in Level 8 (Rs. 47600 - 151100) in the Pay Matirx without any residency period. (b) Assistants, Senior Assistants and Personal Assistant in DOS and ISRO in Level 6 (Rs.35400- 112400)/Level 7 (Rs.44900-142400) in the Pay Matrix with a minimum of 5 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis; (c) Senior Translation Officer in Level 7 (Rs.44900- 142400) with a minimum of 2 years service and Junior Translation Officer in Level 6 (Rs.35400- 112400) with a minimum of 7 years service in the Grade in ISRO rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in ISRO. Age Limit : Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years. The eligibility for deputation shall be determined with reference to the last date prescribed for receipt of nominations for the posts. Tenure of Deputation : The period of deputation shall be as per the Recruitment Rules of the post which shall be 5 years and can be extended thereafter upto 7 years subject to his /her continued suitability, administrative convenience and in public interest.
