सा.का.नि. 86.— राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए गृह मंत्रालय के अधीन स्वापक नियंत्रण ब्यूरो में अपर महानिदेशक के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति को विनियमित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम गृह मंत्रालय, स्वापक नियंत्रण ब्यूरो, अपर महानिदेशक (समूह 'क' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.— यहाँ इसके साथ संलग्न पदों की संख्या, इनका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर इन नियमों के साथ उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) से (4) तक में विर्निर्दष्ट

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि.— उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उक्त पद से संबंधित अन्य मामले उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (5) से (13) तक में विर्निर्दष्ट किए गए अनुसार होंगें।
4. निरर्हता.— वह व्यक्ति,—
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है की संविदा की है; या
(ख) जिसने, अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए, किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :
परंतु यदि के न्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.–– जहां के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
6. व्यावृत्ति.–– इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वगों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 86.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Additional Director General in the Narcotics Control Bureau, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-
1 Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Narcotics Control Bureau, Additional Director General (Group 'A' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.— No person,—
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,536 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : JULY 5, 2025/ ASHADHA 14, 1947 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation in age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedule Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government.

सा.का.नि. 87.––राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और बी.सी.जी वैक्सीन प्रयोगशाला, गिंडी, मरास (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 1981 को, जहां तक उनका संबंध कार्यालय अधीक्षक के पद से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते है; जिन्हे ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में बी.सी.जी वैक्सीन प्रयोगशाला, गिंडी, चेन्नई में कार्यालय अधीक्षक के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति को विनियमित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात: -

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called BCG Vaccine Laboratory, Guindy, Chennai, Office Superintendent (Group 'B' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into the force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of Post, Classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of Recruitment, Age-limit, Qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification - No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of these rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 88.––बोर्ड के न्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से ब्रह्मपुत्र बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1980 (1980 का 46) की धारा 29 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जल शक्ति मंत्रालय, जल संसाधन, नदी विकास और गंगा संरक्षण विभाग, ब्रह्मपुत्र बोर्ड [मुख्य इंजीनियर (स्तर-I), मुख्य इंजीनियर (स्तर-II) और सचिव] समूह 'क' पद भर्ती विनियम, 2020 को, जहां तक उनका संबंध मुख्य इंजीनियर (स्तर-II) के पद से संबंधित है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने से लोप किया गया है, ब्रह्मपुत्र बोर्ड में मुख्य इंजीनियर (स्तर-II) के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति को विनियमित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.– (1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम जल शक्ति मंत्रालय, जल संसाधन विभाग, नदी विकास और गंगा संरक्षण, ब्रह्मपुत्र बोर्ड, मुख्य अभियंता (स्तर-II) समूह 'क' पद, भर्ती विनियम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. पद-संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.– उक्त पद की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन विनियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से (4) में विर्निर्दष्ट है।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि.– उक्त पद की भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वह होगी जो पूवोक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से (13) में विर्निर्दष्ट है।
4. निरर्हता.– वह व्यक्ति-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा:
परंतु यदि के न्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार पर लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.– जहां के न्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हे लेखबद्ध करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी।
6. व्यावृत्ति.– इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका कें रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वगों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 88.––In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 29 of the Brahmaputra Board Act, 1980 (46 of 1980) and in supersession of the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Brahmaputra Board [Chief Engineer (Level-I), Chief Engineer (Level-II) and Secretary], Group 'A' Posts Recruitment Regulations, 2020, in so far as it relates to the post of Chief Engineer (Level-II), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Board with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Chief Engineer (Level-II) in the Brahmaputra Board, namely :-
