अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 9-1/2012/1/3. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुये, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल सेवा (संविदा नियुक्ति) नियम, 2012 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों में,
नियम 13 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''13. अवकाश की पात्रता. - (1) संविदा पर नियुक्त कर्मचारी प्रत्येक कैलेण्डर वर्ष में 18 दिनों के आकस्मिक अवकाश तथा 3 दिनों के ऐच्छिक अवकाश का हकदार होगा तथा वर्ष के मध्य में नियुक्त होने अथवा सेवोन्मुक्त होने पर, आकस्मिक अवकाश की पात्रता की गणना पूर्ण महीनों के लिए आनुपातिक आधार पर की जायेगी। स्पष्टीकरण - गणना में अपूर्ण दिवस को आगामी पूर्ण दिवस से पूर्णांकित किया जायेगा तथा विश्रामावकाश विभागों के लिये कैलेण्डर वर्ष का तात्पर्य 12 माह की वास्तविक सेवा से लगाया जायेगा। अटल नगर, दिनांक 19 सितम्बर 2018 क्रमांक एफ 9-1/2012/1/3. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 9-1/2012/1/3 दिनांक 19-09-2018 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 9-1/2012 /1-3. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Civil Sewa (Samvida Niyukti) Niyam, 2012, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,
For rule 13, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"13. Eligibility for leave.- (1) Employee appointed on contract shall be entitled for 18 days casual leave and 3 days optional leave in each calendar year, and in the case of appointment in the middle of the year, or on discharge of his service, calculation of eligibility for casual leave shall be made on proportional basis for full completed months.
Explanation - Incomplete day shall be adjusted/rounded off with the next full day for computation and for Vacation Department calendar year means actual service of 12 months.
