No. F 5-22/2016/18.- Whereas the pre-conditions for release of performance grant to the municipal bodies as prescribed by the l4th Central Finance Commission require notification of the actual and targeted levels of service in respect of five basic civic services, namely (i) water supply (ii) sanitation including sewage water (iii) solid waste management, (iv) storm-water drainage, and (v) Coverage of Water Supply Qa X I n all Public/Community Toilets, now in compliance thereof the service level benchmarks for the year 2018-19 (actual) and self-determined for 2019-20 (targeted) for each urban local body as prepared on the online module developed by CEPT University Ahmadabad are hereby notified as follows, namely:-
