अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 1-26/2022/29-1.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ खाद्य, नागरिक आपूर्ति एवं उपभोक्ता संरक्षण (अराजपत्रित लिपिकीय) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2014 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् : -
ससंंश्शााोेध्धानन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 8 के खण्ड (एक) के उप-खण्ड (च) का लोप किया जाये।
2. नियम 18 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''18. परिवीक्षा.- (1) (क) सेवा में सीधे भर्ती किया गया प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, 3 वर्ष की कालावधि के लिये
परिवीक्षा पर नियुक्त किया जायेगा।
(ख) यदि कार्य असंतोषजनक पाया जाता है, तो परिवीक्षा की कालावधि में अधिकतम 1 वर्ष तक की कालावधि के लिये नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी द्वारा वृद्धि की जा सकेगी।
(ग) परिवीक्षा की कालावधि या बढ़ायी गई कालावधि के दौरान या परिवीक्षा की कालावधि के अंत में, यदि नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी की राय हो कि कोई विशिष्ट अभ्यर्थी कर्मचारी बनने के योग्य नहीं है, तो ऐसे परिवीक्षाधीन की सेवायें समाप्त की जा सकेंगी।
(2) सेवा में पदोन्नति द्वारा पदस्थ किया गया प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, 2 वर्ष की कालावधि के
लिये स्थानापन्न हैसियत से नियुक्त किया जायेगा।''
3. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 3 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् : - ''(3) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा मान्यता प्राप्त मंडल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5,000 की (key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिए कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।''
4. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 4 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''(3) मान्यता प्राप्त मंडल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5,000 की (key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिए कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।''
5. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 5 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (2) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''(2) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा मान्यता प्राप्त मंडल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 8,000 की (key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिए कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।''

NOTIFICATION
No. F. 1-26/2022/29-1.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection (Non-Gazetted Clerical) Services Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. Sub-clause (f) of clause (I) of rule 8 shall be omitted.
2. For rule 18, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-
"18. Probation. – (1) (a) Every person recruited directly to the service shall be
appointed on probation for a period of 3 years.
(b) If the work is found unsatisfactory, then the period of probation can be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period upto a maximum of 1 year.
(c) During the period of probation or period extended or at the end of probation period, if the Appointing Authority is of the opinion that any particular candidate is not fit to be an employee, then the services of such probationer can be terminated.
(2) Every person posted by promotion to the service shall be
appointed in officiating capacity for a period of 2 years."
3. For entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 3 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from any recognized Institute and Certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from Recognized Board/ Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
4. For entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 4 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) Certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from recognized Board/ Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
5. For entry (2) of column (5) of serial number 5 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from any recognized Institute and Certificate of Hindi and English typing 8000 (key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
6. For entry (2) of column (5) of serial number 6 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from any recognized Institute and certificate of Hindi and English typing 8000 (key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
