किशोर न्याय (बालकों की देखरेख और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 यथा संशोधित 2021 की धारा 27 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुये तथा बालक कल्याण समिति के अध्यक्ष/सदस्यों के चयन के लिये गठित राज्य स्तरीय चयन समिति की अनुशंसा के अनुसार, रिक्त पदों पर स्वीकृत पैनल के संबंध मे।
