ORDER
New Delhi, the 25th May, 1979
S.O. 317(E)/18FB/IDRA/79.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India, Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development), No. S.O. 65(E)/18AA/IDRA/ 78 dated 4-2-78, the management of the unit of Messrs Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manufacturing sugar at Bobbili in the district of Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh (herein after referred to as the said industrial un- dertaking) has been taken over under clause (b) of sub-section (l) of Section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Re- gulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) for a period of three years ;

financial institutions) to which the said industrial under- taking or the Company owning such industrial undertaking is a party or which may be applicable to such industrial undertaking or company shall remain suspended for a period of one year and all the rights, privilages, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising there under before the said date shall remain suspended for the said period.
